Dr. Juhi is excellently equipped with sound knowledge and quick solutions / suggestions for any issue you might have. She’s direct , to the point with a focused motive of keeping you and your baby safe . I delivered a healthy baby girl just last week and my heart is full with the service :) The hospital as well is very clean and well maintained .

Dr Luthra,I am Anita Ramdasi. I am just returning after waiting at your Arcus hospital for 1.30 hrs. I had brought my husband at your clinic for his severe leg pain problem. I had called up your clinic in the morning for appointment. Your receptionist gave me today's appointment for 6 pm. But she specifically told me to come at 5.30 pm. After coming to your clinic your people tell me Sir comes by 6.45 pm....i waited till 6.55 pm...but he could not wait for any more...this is ridiculous....sad... your people do not know to respect the time of people.... they should have given the correct time...

I had humerus fracture with radial nerve impingement and complete wrist drop on 15th April 2021. It was very scary situation at that time due to immense no of Delta variant patients and scarcity of hospital beds. Luckily I had to select Arcus hospital during such time to get my fracture corrected surgically. They have an ace service with respect to sterilization, staff cooperation, follow ups and very smooth management. I was operated under Dr. Rohit who did an amazing job throughout. He makes you feel very comfortable and has sound knowledge about his work. Dr Aleem followed up with me for physiotherapy sessions who made sure that I dnt loose any hopes with respect to recovery time, supported me and gave full attention towards my recover. Henhas empathy for the patient and has a remarkable approach towards the betterment. I am thankful to all the staff, nurses and both the doctors who treated me well and Alhamdulillah I recovered completely and I am able to practice dentistryagain.

I met with an accident in August 2021 and fractured my right radius and ulna (near the wrist). My surgery was done by Dr. Rohit Luthra, in Arcus Hospital. My mother was in extreme pain for many years and was fearful of undergoing surgery for both knees replacement and had delayed it alot. As Dr. Luthra had seen my brother who was in his early twenties and had advised against surgery for his elbow and instead only physiotherapy we searched out for Dr. Luthra once again as we knew he would advise surgery only if mandatory. After the xrays came in concurring w her immense unbearable pain Dr. Luthra said that surgery was unavoidable. But w Dr. Luthras bright positive and confident nature we knew we were in the best hands as he reassured us that in a few months this pain would be history and he was 100% true. We underwent the procedure and Arcus hospital is the best combination of professional, homely and w all facilities. The staff from the nurses to the assistant doctors and even the ayas they helped my mother like she was family.The food set up is v hygenic and the room was comfortable but updated like a hotel as well. Dr. Luthra had told me dont worry i will treat her like my mother and it was heartening to see what a positive skilled and helpful team he has organised. Even if it was 10.30 pm after his surgeries and opd Dr. Luthra saw us every evening for rounds and for everyone who knows how he is w so much positivity he encouraged us & me personally as to how well she is progressing. Seeing my mother home within 3 days and sessions of physiotherapy arranged to even a walker from his hospital itself we were able to transition to post op care seamlessly. Now 4 months later we have just returned from a 10 day trip from kerela w sitting in the flight and multiple 4 hr long cab rides to climbing many many many temple steps that is a huge feat considering my mother was unable to even stand for 30 mins pre op. A huge contribution to Dr Aditi who was so patient during every physio session and encouraged and guided my mother w her expertise so thoroughly and professionally throughout. We are deeply indebted to Dr. Luthra and his brilliant team for their work and dedication. A doctor has many patients but a patient has only one doctor and Dr. Luthra is someone exceptional who despite that gives his undivided attention to all:)If you are considering any ortho treatments blindly from experience i can tell you he is the best!! I would specially like to write about the physio department of Arcus. Dr. Rohit has impeccable ability to treat his patients. Alongside him, the physio team is the best I must say. I was treated by Dr. Akshay and Dr. Sanna and although my treatment went for almost longer than a month, they left nothing unturned to diagnose my problem and treat me with the best they could. I am still recovering but they always took care of me even for the slightest discomfort I face. The best part is the way they comfort me before the treatment and their behavior towards their patients is appreciable. It was my first ever pregnancy and I was worried about having a normal delivery, but with Dr. Juhi's guidance everything got really smooth for me. She and the nurses who were with me in the labour room were super cooperative and they actually guided me while delivering the baby. The guidance was so good that despite all the pain I was able to follow the instructions. Have no doubt in mind if you want to have a good delivery experience and consultation otherwise.

Arcus Hospital Physiotherapy Department I had been suffering for more than 7 months when I visited Dr Luthra’s Arcus Hospital in May 22 and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and Tendinosis. Doing simple movements was impossible and I had almost given up and accepted that pain would be part of living.I had been given medications ,injection and was suggested physiotherapy sessions with Doc Aleem. He has worked persistently trying different exercises and treatments to relieve me of pain and strengthen my muscles . He is extremely positive and supportive and encouraged me all the time. After doing 40 + sessions I feel less pain and confident of doing all the movements that I was unable to do. Dr Rohit Luthra is the best Doctor for knee surgery and for any other orthopaedic treatment in Pune . Best thing about doctor and hospital staff is they are confident, co-operative and friendly with patients . This automatically help patient recover mentally and the rest recovery is taken care by doctor and his team. I had admitted mine father for knee replacement surgery in Arctus hospital and with doctor Rohit's efforts my father started walking without any support in 3 weeks and now my father can walk 2-3 kms after 3 months of treatment. Overall I was very much satisfied by the treatment given by doctor and hospital staff.

Totally wrong diagnosis. A fracture was diagnosed as a soft tissue injury! The doctor was not ready to even listen to me. There was no chance for me to explain what had happened. They just look at the injury in a hurry, prescribe and that's it. 0% satisfaction. I'll never go back here. Good thing I took a second opinion as I didn't feel good about the diagnosis. For such a doctor to wrongly diagnose a fracture for a nerve injury us just unacceptable and disappointing.
