Disappointed with the terms.. I purchased iPhone here and they asked to get tampered glass and phone cover for additional discount. It was all okay but the quality of the additional stuff is cheap and not worth of the cost, 1. The cover were missing the column and lock buttons… had to go store for replacement 2. The screen guard is came out in some days and store denied that if it would have came out in 7 days then only they replace. Whereas I went after 15 days approx If the quality is not at par then apple does not worth keeping such items at store. We trust apple and it’s products at store and here they broke the trust for mere screen guard. I had purchased 3 iPhones from this store so far and loyal customer. They not listened to me :). I don’t think hence forth if I visit this store for iPhone or accessories..

Ok store, they once sold me AirPod 1 telling me it’s AirPod 2 . Since then I never went there for a purchase . Apple products are genuine not the people who work there. Do your home work and be sure what you buy.

The consultant in store was Least concerned on addressing the issues. I still promptly expressed my challenge about setting migration of my IPhone another iPhone More concerned on where the product was Purchased from then the issues facing Apple customer out of the store. Staff was not good, showed no interest in giving proper information about iphone and when I decided to get a phone then continuously 5 to 6 times asked to take apple care for my iphone though I didn't want one for mine I already said then also they kept on saying and that thing was v irrirating and hence I decided not to get one from that uni store. THAT'S not a good staff behavior forcing customer to buy things. V disappointing. I'll suggest to buy from inspire or apple official website.

Pathetic service - We wanted to buy a few devices for business use and an iPhone 14 pro Max for personal use but came back unattended. The staff is selective in attending people. They don't attend younger people with some sort of a bias in their mind (and they were doing nothing, just chatting). As soon as an older person entered the store with his son, they attended him. We own a brand ourself and know how important service is for our customers. This sales staff needs training. If you disrespect your buyers, they're going to look for alternatives.
