Dr Fong has been our family doctor since the time his clinic was at Rivervale Mall. He is always careful and detailed in his assessment, and willing to discuss the best management plan with you. The nurses were kind and helpful with arranging an appointment. Initially they were fully booked but they called me back when an availability opened up. Will definitely continue to come back here as I trust Dr Fong completely.

Dr Fong has always been very patient & detailed with his examination before prescribing any medication. He is especially good when handling kids and stubborn elderly. He will go way and beyond to check for every details. Without his detailed tests, I would have lost my hearing (previous visit to polyclinic brushed my blocked ears and dizziness symptoms as flu is coming up). His medication works for me like magic. Another occasion of vomiting and gastric was not brush off easily as gastric flu. He insisted a specialist appt even after the symptoms were gone. It was indeed more than just gastric flu. His knowledge and skills are on par if not better than any specialist doctor.

Dr Fong is really a good and thorough doctor, however it’s way too hard to secure a slot to see him. I visited them in multiple attempts only to be told by the receptionist their appointments are full for the day while the time I arrived at the clinic is within 10mins from their opening time. They should put a notice or don’t accept walk in patients at all if they always don’t have slots for those who walk in.

Dr. Fong is very professional, meticulous, and extremely patient. I brought myself and my two young children to see him and he took the time to go through each of our symptoms and medical history. I can tell that he genuinely cares for his patients. I appreciate the fact that he tried to build rapport with the children to keep them calm before he examined them. Thank you Dr. Fong for going above and beyond to make our consultation a pleasant experience.

Made our appointment for both my kids coz they were having high fever, cough and running nose. The nurses were pretty upfront and informed us that Dr Fong may only be able to see us maybe after 12.00pm. Dr Fong saw both my kids. By the time we came out, it was way pass their operating hours and Dr Fong explained thoroughly about the viral influenza that's been going around. Thank you nurses and Dr Fong. 🙏😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came down at 235/240, counter staff saw me, went into a room, came back out and told me registration closed. I asked what time registration close, she just said apptment full. No compassion at all. Next time pls put a sign outside that registration is closed. Might as well i walk in to polyclinic.

Really professional clinic with an excellent Doctor and kind reception staff. The staff was really helpful in giving helpful suggestions to ease my kid's fever. The doctor does a detail check up and is very good with kids. Will definitely recommend. Thank you!

Am a resident staying nearby and this is not my first unpleasant encounter with them. Seldom will I post negative reviews but I feel the need to create public awareness of the negligence of this clinic as a healthcare provider. Called in to check for available slot to see Dr Fong, first few calls were picked up but left on mute mode (can hear the background noise initially than thereafter silence) and subsequently cut off. When finally answered, the lady recept was nothing short of balant rudeness, told me that Dr Fong is on leave and no Dr to see. When I asked again to confirm what she said that the clinic is opened but no Dr to see (not even relief Dr), she impatiently told me off that if I want to see Dr go other clinics. I hope they shift out of the premise to allow for better healthcare providers to provide needful essential medical services to the residents here. Reviews of Dr Fong might be positive but the way the clinic is run and managed is certainly contradictory.

We love Healthbridge Family Clinic. Been here for d past 20 yrs!! The nurses tender loving care and politeness makes our waiting time shorter even it was a long wait. Not forgetting our most awesome n tactful Doc Fong who always listens n handle us w full attention. And this was last 20 years! Lately nurses or assistant changed...numbers not in sequence. Waiting time is jz ridiculous u can walked in at 9am n u wl see Doc at 1230pm. How is that possible! New assistant quite rude. Because if Dr Fong, We are still here because of Dr Fong who is still d same caring detailed n gave us d attention. Good listener n care for us.

Dr fong is very nice and friendly. the only thing about this clinic is the front line staff. They open at 0830, called in at 0837 told me they fully book, i tried to explain that I'm a follow up patient that seen Dr fong few days back and was advise by him to go back to visit him if still unwell. But the lady over the phone ask me to go other clinics because they can't take in anymore patients and they r fully booked To be honest this is not the first time. there is 1 time i called they say fully book with a lot of people, but when i go down to the clinic to take a look is empty inside. When i go in for registration the lady give me an annoyed look.
