Clinic is crowded and cramp. The q display is stupidly placed. They have a display outside which they can easily use but they choose to make people squeeze inside to look at the q number. And the prices are ridiculously expensive.

    1. Services provided by counter staff was hostile and rude. Upon registered, Q number was 67.. waited for 37mins Q number remain at 68. When approached the staff to ask.. staffs told us that numbers is consistently? And tell me nothing he can do and mention to me "do you wanna go somewhere else instead?" Did expect such rude attiude by this organization. Will not come back anymore.

Got off work early, and got in line at 520pm. I asked the nurse how many people in line, and she claimed 4. I stayed because I am sick and thought I could see the doctor very soon for meds since only 4 people ahead. Turns out there were actually 8 people in front of me. I found out after 40+ mins later when I asked the nurse who said there were still 4 people in front of me. Basically the nurse lied to me that there were 4 people ahead of me to keep me hanging around in wait, instead of telling me the truth so I could head off quickly to another doctor. I don't trust this place anymore. Dishonest and wasted all of my time, which I took off early from work which is now wasted. Owners of the place: come fight me and my comment. I dare you.

Be prepared for ridiculous waiting times and chaotic staff here. I went around 7pm on a weekday and was told roughly 1h30mins of waiting time with a queue number of 147. Came back around 8:40pm and was told 8 more patients which will take another 5-10mins and my queue number is now 170. Its currently 9:10pm now and there's still 4 more to go. Another patient that came in later than me asked about the waiting time and was told it'll take 5 mins per patient. When queried the staff simply said its cos the doctor is still seeing patients with reservations. Edit: came out from the doctor now and surprisingly, another patient is now 170 while I'm 172. Save your time, effort and money and see another clinic instead.

If I can give 0 I would have given it. My son went to see doctor on 4th Jan 5pm. Only temperature taken. Ask for symptoms and given medication according. Nothing else. Checked on my son. Can someone enlighten me that this is the new MOH protocol? I am speechless.

I took my girls here for the flu jab via online appointment booking. I didn't have to wait long. Went with hubby, via online booking as well another day. We waited for very long. Upon checking with the counter staff, she apologised, claiming that my hubby's name was supposed to have been called earlier. Thereafter, we still waited for long. It was a weekday evening.

On the 02/10/2023, i took an e-queue over at their minmed connect app, knowing it’s gonna take long since there are 17 people before me at 2:30pm. And i worked in the mall, so i stayed at my outlet to take a rest before it’s my turn. When there are 4 people before me stating in the app, i made my way up to the clinic and sat at the clinic. By the way, my queue number is 101. The queue was showing 98, and i waited, then it jumped to 102, 103, then I approached the receptionist in blonde hair and she told me that i need to register even taking the e-queue. So at 3:30pm, after registration i took a sit in the clinic and waited for an hour, so I approached the receptionist again, saying when it’s going to be my turn, cant be i waited an hour downstairs and additional hour in the clinic. So the receptionist told me you still want to see the doctor? I can slot you in now cus you missed the queue. I was like “???”, i missed the queue, your receptionist told me to take a sit after registering me and you told me i missed the queue and going to slot me in now if i want to. Also being said, in between there are people who missed their queue and come in later than me, get to see the doctor first. Terrible service from your receptionists. I know y’all might have shift work, but you have 7 receptionists and 2 doctors, and your receptionists have to keep on approach your doctors just to verify the correct medication given. I suggest you can hire more professional receptionist in handling the queue issues over in the app and in clinic, as well as an appropriate pharmacist to issue the medication. It will be more efficient this way than wasting everyone’s time, as we are already sick at that moment, we need time to rest as well.
