The extension of Northshore Plaza l was completed just near the start of 2022 and visitors can now access Plaza ll via an overhead bridge from Plaza l Level 2 or cross the street on Level 1 instead. Some of them are yet to be officially opened but more will come in Q1 2022. Some famous brands include A&W (super long queue but confident hype will diminish in a few months), Daiso, 4Fingers, Dancing Crab. There will be a newly opened food court as well run by Kopitiam. Similar to Plaza l, it has an open air design concept with three levels. Walkways are very spacious and there’s even a full view to the sea at the end of Level 2! Really great place to enjoy the sea breeze! Will be sure to visit again after Q1 to visit the rest of the stalls. Really convenient for adjacent housing apartments. Great for elderly, kids, families and dates!

Not many shops opened yet. I only visited 2 stores here, Daiso and A&W. Opening soon Cantine by Kopitiam. Seaview from the foodcourt. Can see JB from here and the seaview is nice to see. It is walk from Northshore Plaza I via bridge at second floor. I don't see a parking was build for this except at the HDB building itself but there is a construction there. Google didn't lead me to park here but at Plaza I though.

This is an extension of Northshore plaza and can be reached easily via a connecting bridge. Get down at Samudera LRT exit, enter Plaza I and walk through the bridge to reach this Plaza II. No need to walk via the road as google shown in google. The look out point is very small, congested and gets crowded on weekends. The view is OK, not too great. You mostly see the oil refineries on the other Malaysian side. This plaza is full of restaurants.

The mall is split into two segments, Northshore Plaza I and II, Northshore Plaza II: there’s a myriad of food options that’ll make the journey there worthwhile. Northshore Plaza II will have more in store with A&W, Dancing Crab, and 4Fingers Crispy Chicken to satiate any hunger cravings. Daiso, Cheers, and The Pet Colony are further music to the ears of residents in the area too. With plenty of skylights and community pods to chill at, this mall resembles luxurious condo clubhouses more than your everyday neighbourhood mall. It is accessible to the Punggol residents and it is a great place to shop, eat & play. For those who don’t drive, the mall is connected to Samudera LRT station; for those who do, the mall is only a short 7-minute drive from Waterway Mall, and eight minutes from Coney Island.

A peaceful neighbourhood mall with all the basic essentials like food, entertainment and household items 🌼 serving the needs of residents and students in the area, there’s a spectacular view of nature which should be cherished 🩷 and remain untouched if possible. Definitely a great place to stay if you like natural beauty and serenity 👍🏻

My 3rd time here but this time to dine at A&W. Previous 2 times was just passing by. My 2 girls and I did not had to wait very long. Staff are friendly and attentive to want to help us clear our tables. For sure I will be back as I have always loved A&W.

A shopping plaza different from any other plaza. The plaza I and II have different anchor shops, one of it is Decathon. This place is spacious and windy along the walkway. The eatery shops here are the same but there deco and setting of the shops / restaurant is nice. Namely the well collective restaurant is a good place to hang around in a hot afternoon. A place to pay a visit if you are near punggol. Forgot about waterway point if you are looking for a different experience with sea breeze.

A once empty land when I cycled by to now a bustling mall and heartland! Nice place at Samudera LRT stop, eco friendly mall without aircon but with huge fans ventilating. Benches to sit down too!

Revisit... Many restaurants closed! But luckily my favourite Viet is still here. Still nice! --- A nice neighbourhood mall with sea view and quite a few good restaurants. The first time I visited, it reminded me of those beachside malls at gold coast! But of course we have nicer food here!

Dine at The Cantine while enjoying the tranquility of the sea at a fraction of the price of Clarke or Collyer Quay.

Nice huge airy space for food and some shopping. After meal can take a walk for some sea breeze or kid can play at the BTO playground. During weekday afternoon is pretty deserted due to lack of walk in customer

Went to Northshore Plaza ll last saturday. The place very quiet not too crowded. There are facilities for children such as plauground. But most important there are varieties of halal food there. Remember to use fairprice app for payment to entitle for 10% off the price. Not sure if fairprice app payment applicable for all store or only cantine and cheers.

Lovely place to relax with the family and have a meal overlooking the seafront. Didn't explore the entire place but seems to be very family-oriented and quite a few food options and supermarket.

User experience of the mall is terrible, which is poor of HDB in this execution of a 'New Generation Neighbourhood Centre'. Toilets are situated really far away from the main walkways, which will be a challenge for those such as the elderly and those having walking difficulties. The signboards (e.g. showing where the toilets are) have the TINIEST words and symbols - you literally have to squint to see it. Whoever designed this mall should be fired. Not a fan of the carpark situated beside the mall instead of inside the mall due to the additional time needed to get there.

👍👍 First time visiting this place, I thought it was a mall but it seems to be shop houses inside the place. There is no safe entry to the plaza but to the shops. There are quite a number of foodstalls here and linked directly from LRT. The giant supermarket not that big though as I thought it would be...
