We had booked Hangout for a family wedding, but unfortunately we encountered many issues with the property. The lights didn't work properly and the AC kept turning off frequently. On top of that, the owners of the property were quite rude. One out of the six rooms we had booked could not be used due to an electricity issue, and although we were promised compensation or a refund for the unused room, we were never refunded the money. The family running the show made a lot of fake promises and were not very professional. Will not recommend them.

Disappointing experience at this 3 BHK flat booked for a Diwali get-together. The service from the owner and staff fell short of expectations. There were delays in providing essential services, which are typically included in Airbnb bookings in Delhi. Communication regarding these services was untimely, impacting our plans for the stay. Overall, the service quality did not meet the standard I anticipated for this celebration.
