Never ever experienced such an incredibly worst service through OYO. This hotel is a mess. They judge you and give you the room of their choice and preferences, not yours. Most of their rooms are not clean, not managed and have incredibly uncomfortable mattress with broken springs. No complimentary water bottle in the room. Trust me guys they don't believe in consumer satisfaction. This property is listed in the Townhouse category in OYO application but it's no where even near the experience of townhouse. I'd have given zero stars if i had a choice.

This was the worst oyo experience I ever had. -To begin with the room was way too small and there was barely any walking space. -The room was very dirty and there were so many mosquitos. -The washroom was very unhygienic, small, and no utilities were provided in it. Plus there were several bugs. -The T.V. stopped functioning in the middle. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, and one side of the bed was even broken. - There was dust settled everywhere in the room. Plus the glasses they've provided in the room were dirty and looked like they were not even washed. - When we complained about all the issues to the hotel staff they were not helpful at all and their response was "It is what it is, and the mosquitos are complementary with the room". - On the top of all this, the room was way too expensive for a such a bad OYO. Not worth it at all!!

Hotel neat and clean location perfect and near by shivaji matro Station walking distance 5 minute.

Friendly staff.clean beautiful modern room with comfortable bed. They have a kitchen too and different types of menu you can order at any time. Amazingg which was available in the hotel definitely recommend this hotel, I'm sure I'll stay again. The hotel is very good place located in shivaji park metro station and on the road .

Most worst stay i ever had. On online it was 1500, but they have charged 1700 from us. The room was so congested and average. The don't have complimentary breakfast even at this price. You will get hot water only in the morning, that too takes an hour to fill the bucket as the decreases the amount of flow. The bathrooms were average, pipes leaking. It doesn't wort the money. Stay there if you get it for 600 - 700 rs. Its too too too much costly, without any facilities. I never recommend here. Please don't waste your money if you really want a proper stay. Utter wast.

I faced peculiar experience regarding stay in this hotel. We are from Bangladesh. I booked hotel one month ago and make a good amount of advance and I have talked to concerned peoples several times regarding confirmation of booking. They confirmed booking 100%. But when we reach the hotel for check in, they told us that foreigners are not allowed in this hotel but they are trying to book another hotel for us. After around 2 hours they told us that as instructed by higher authority, you can stay in this hotel. As per rule of hotel we have to pay remaining full hotel rent before entrance to our room. Length of room was is good, although wide is not enough. Room is totally blocked, no ventilation. One AC is good enough out of 2. Bathroom floor is not good. Behavior of receptionists are good. I strongly recommend to make proper ventilation in the rooms.

Poor services. 1) if you park a car and at the time of checkout gaurd will come and ask for 200 rs for parking the car. 2) Room service is poor and delayed. 3) AC was not working properly. 4) They ask to wait before handing over keys and wait time is more than 15 mins 5) In reception area many unwanted people were present and looking at us as if we have come here for something strange. 6) Receptionist doesn't have manners to deal with customers. 7) Room size was very small. Ist they should change their name online as well that it should be easily accessible for everybuddy. Nd about stay I'll say that if some buddy has change their room to another floor then it should be properly addressed bec there were so many guests who coming nd knocking my door to meet their guests....which is totally very bad...during stay I'll also say that....there were alot of mosquitoes inside room . Their was problem with the bathroom equipments also... sometimes tap was working nd sometimes shower was working on same time. The amenities they show me online were not available in my room. They should look after that ...

My experience with this OYO was awful. The room was way too small and didn't match the pictures provided online at all. It was dirty with dust settled everywhere. The washroom was smelly and didn't even had any utilities. There were so many mosquitos in the room. And the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Waste of money. Don't get a room here!

Rooms are ok size Food is also okie dokie. Disha said new chef is coming soon.So 🤞 Room service was delayed but I gave 4 because of their polite and friendly behaviour. Only Rude person there , was the man at reception. Bola " Jo hai yahi hai, complaint karna hai kardo to Goibibo". Ac is trouble there. Remotes are fixed in wall. So u cant off it or change temp easily .You have Reach upto that point to change it. People are good at hotel Disha, Ranjeet, Surendra. Thanks all.

Beyond the expectations... Mostly you find the rooms not so clean and find disturbance atmosphere in most of the places But it is pretty much good for your stay. Room is so clean. Washroom is also neat and clean. Service is also good. Best place to spend time😊 In some of the hotels u will not feel safe in walking specially in the night but here the lobby is also neat clean and quiet too. The masala tea they server over here is really good. Must try that! I recommend you to visit over here once. You will love the stay over here.

Courteous and helpful staff. But the place needs maintenance. Hygiene does not seem to be a priority here. Washrooms weren't spic and span. The flow of water from the taps was very slow. The crockery placed at breakfast buffet were not washed properly
