I stayed here for 4 to 5 days and i just loved it ... I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.... Should try atleast one ...

This hotel has worst housekeeping with very bad smelling rooms with dirty bathroom and toilet.Flooring was so dirty. The bed blankets towels also smelling bad.Issued wet blankets same time manager was ignoring. No water pressure,no water heater. The service is very poor The hotel manager doesn't care for guest and their needs. Never ever stay here, even in low cost. The hotel staff stay here in vacant rooms and drink alcohol full nite. Basically to say family people must never stay here .Has it seems to look like short term couple guest visit here.

The AC units in the rooms were a joke. Not only was the cooling fixed at a stifling 24°C, but the flaps were also jammed shut, preventing any circulation of air. We were left sweltering in the stuffy rooms, unable to escape the oppressive heat. To make matters worse, the hotel staff consistently hounded us for additional payments. It felt as if they were more interested in emptying our pockets than ensuring a pleasant stay. The constant badgering for money created an atmosphere of unease and made us question the integrity of the establishment. Overall, our time at Dev Palace Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. We couldn't wait to escape the dilapidated premises, as it felt unsafe and wholly unsuitable for families. The name "Dev Palace Hotel" is a laughable misnomer, as there was nothing palatial about the entire experience. In conclusion, I implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of Dev Palace Hotel. These people are fraud, manager is very arrogant. Price shown on apps are not the actual price they charge you additional or deny check in. Thankfully i did not made any advance payment online, could have been worse.

Don't ever plan to stay in this hotel, having very bad experience. Manager's behavior is very Bad. Very bad property. Very Bad smell everywhere.

Good. Limited Parking. Owner , Managers & Staff are very nice , courteous & cooperative.

The hotel is shabby and is not what it is shown in the website. The staff is after money. In the December winter of Delhi, they dont have a AC that can heat the room or any other heater for that matter.
