Never buy anything from Flipkart. They just accept your return request and then cancel it without notifying you. This is not the first time that I am experiencing this issue. Go for other shopping apps. At least they provide a solution and genuine customer service. Good Afternoon Flipkart Company.... Last Week I purchased a Screen Guard... But when I opened it. It was not good.. minor dirt was there in the screen Guard.... So I called the Customer Care of Flipkart Company Department.... Customer Care Service from Flipkart Very Good .... They told me that next day wish master will come and take your product back ... Next day he came and took back the parcel.... Next was my refund amount... So once again I called Customer Care Service of Flipkart. I Spoke to Mr. Arbaaz he told me that my amount will refund in 24 hours.... Next day my amount was refunded. Iam happy because of not about the refund... Iam happy because the Customer Care Service provide by Mr. Arbaaz Sir. He spoke to me in a very humble way and given me the assurance of refund. I request Flipkart Company to provide Customer Care Service like Arbaaz Sir . He is very good and spoke to me very politely.... Flipkart mentally harassing me for payment of pay later amount which is already paid by me to idfc bank directly, Also i have given transaction amount, txn date, txn id with NOC certificate BUT FLIPKART WITH out confirming from idfc, just sending me reminders for payment and getting multiple calls on daily basis. Dear Flipkart Customer Service, I am writing this email on behalf of my brother, Mr. Mathesh Suresh. He had ordered a Luminous Inverter UPS worth INR 17,599/- on Flipkart on 16th April 2023. However, the product has not been delivered yet. He has been contacting Flipkart for the past 14 days but hasn't received any satisfactory response. Every time he calls, he is told to wait for another 2 days and that the order cannot be cancelled. Despite his persistence, the issue has not been resolved, and he has not even received any invoice in his mailbox. The order is still showing in his account, but he has not received any updates on the delivery status. This has left him very disappointed and frustrated. We kindly request you to look into the matter and take the necessary steps to either deliver the product as soon as possible or refund the amount to my brother's account. We would appreciate it if you could resolve the issue at the earliest as this has caused a great inconvenience to my brother. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.
