Clean and modern hotel by Sheraton. One of the closest hotels to the airport in case of a late night or early morning flight. Staff is friendly. Due to our late night flight the same day they let us check in at 11:30am! which is very nice of them. The pool area is nice and clean, as is the gym. The rooms are spacious and count with everything that you need. In front of the hotel there is a small “village” with stores and restaurants which I recommend to visit l.

Our family stayed here for a week recently. The entire staff was very friendly, the cleaning was done well, the food was amazing, and my kids enjoyed the pool. There is a plaza with many restaurants in front of the hotel. You get to go to Playa Blanca and Ojos indigenas for free (free shuttle and entrance included, you will receive shuttle info upon check in). Most excursions pick up right from the hotel (visited monkeyland, horseback riding, hoyo azul, and Catalina Island). Overall, wonderful experience!!

Rating purely based on their terrible airport shuttle system. Called almost a dozen times and wasted over an hour before getting gouged to take a taxi because nobody at the hotel could give accurate instructions for meeting the shuttle. Worst shuttle experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and spring for a transfer in advance if you’re going to stay here.

The best hotel in the airport area. Great location, there are nice restaurants nearby. They provide free shuttle service to the beach and shopping mall. Good customer service. Their front desk staff is very pleasant. Steven is the best! Don’t miss the breakfast near swimming pool area!

I’ve been traveling to Punta Cana since 2014. I was doing hotel searches and four points came up. I decided to book a day and bring my family (my husband, mother in law and step daughter) and the stay was absolutely marvelous. Sheraton always delivers. I can’t wait to come back here again!

When you reach Punta Cana airport, it would be difficult to find the Four Points shuttle stand since it is slightly outside the airport exit area on the right side near the mango tree. Even the security guards don't exactly help you. Very few would know English. We had to get help from a stranger to find the Four Points shuttle stop after the hotel staff guided him over the phone. The hotel shuttle does not have Four Points or Marriot or Sheraton logo on it. The shuttle goes by the name - Travel Ismael. It is white in color. The hotel staff are friendly and the ambience is good. Complimentary breakfast is available. They even provide free shuttle rides to Playa Blanca Beach with different time slots. For travelling to the US, you would require an antigen test. The PuntaCana Doctors clinic is 5 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. You have Wendy's and a Gourmet restaurant across the street from the hotel.

The location is superb, minutes from the airport with lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staffs are welcoming and the room is clean and quiet. BUT, be careful when using the sliding door of the bathroom — it may not stop at the right position when you close it thus rips your fingers. It’s potentially very dangerous to kids and elderly people for them may even break their fingers! For the managing team at four points, PLEASE fix this problem or at least put some notice sticker near the door handle, so that future guests wouldn’t have to suffer the perfuse bleeding and excruciating pain like me on my first night in Punta Cana :(

A good experience upon arriving met with Luis the shuttle driver after landing in front of the airport, very friendly very helpful and resourceful. Although it’s so close to the airport you can walk don’t get finessed by cab drivers outside the airport one offered to take me for $10 once Luis dropped me off I told him I could’ve walked how close it was. I was assisted by Leidy who explained all the terms and amenities(breakfast, beach shuttle,gym,wi-fi,pool,conference room) I had access to. The breakfast is good omelettes, plantain, fruit, sausage and French toast. I paid for the king suite instead of the king traditional because it wasn’t that much more in price and it’s so much room inside the suite the bathroom is clean and huge it comes with a room safe.

This is at a perfect location close to food shopping and the airport. I only spent one day at this hotel but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I felt comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points. Check-in was smooth. All the staff were friendly. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can walk right across the street to do some shopping. I was able to get some cardio workouts in the gym. The cleaning service was also available for me to be able to get my laundry done.

We stayed for 3 days, we had positive experiences. The staff were amazing especially the GM Desislava, Manuel Rosa,Rayller, Cherwin,Felix,Gregory,Marlon and the shuttle driver. They all went far and beyond with helping us. The staff were awesome and amazing. They have great customer service. The hotel is clean and in quiet area. I had great and wonderful time. I enjoyed my staying there. If I come back definitely I will stay with them. I will give this hotel ( Four Points by Sheraton) Puntacana Village 10/10 They deserve it.

I love that area of punta cana the rooms are good just like the breakfast the parking is good the price is high and theres never no duscounts of stays you have to call ahead because they will over. harge if its kinda full their vapacity

This is a great place to stay! very close to airport, and the customer service is exceptional. Stephen at the front is great at helping guests.

The employees are so nice. The food is fantastic especially compare to the price. The first lunch I’ve had in Punta Cana is here. And nice outside pool too.

We stayed to get a couple extra days in DR. The hotel was 2 minutes from the airport. It was a good stay with a big room for a family of 5. The buffets were decent. Nothing bad. Fresh fruit and juices. Would stay there again.

Free shuttle to and from Airport. Easy check in and out. This is really the only hotel in this little area but it was nice. Next to a great little shopping, eatery, strip mall. Great meals and drinks here. The staff was so very friendly. Our favorite was Felix! Rooms were cozy, could use some love but not worth complaining about!

I highly recommend this property. We had the best stay!! So close to the airport, within walking distance to great restaurants, the Hotel's restaurant has a really good dinner and cocktails menu, they offer room service, outdoor pool, convenient shuttle service to beach resort access. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The rooms need a little love, but overall they are spacious and comfortable. The Staff was wonderful, but I especially want to Thank Stephen at the Front Desk and Ezekiel in the restaurant for providing exemplary service.

Convenient location if you are staying for a night after a long flight or prior to your trip. This hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the airport. Punta cana village is right across the building, and they have a good variety of restaurants

Our room was quite nice and was extremely clean. All the staff, from the front desk to bartenders, were kind, helpful, and spoke great English. Free shuttle to airport was handy.

The restaurant service was awful. Untrained waiters, had to ask to be waited on 3 times, then waiter did not get the order right, forgot an important part, when asked about it said, give me a minute and never came back. Had to call management, a nice gentleman named Yoseuris apologized for the situation and had courtesy for my companion and me. Was only lodged there paid by a client, so breakfast was included and mostly self served. But will not use restaurant service again.

It's a good place to visit very clean and the front desk personal is very kind and the people in the kitchen are excellent speacilly if you tip them.. good parking space they have a pool

we stay as family for 3 nights. we have one of the most enjoyable experiences from the front desk ,bar and Resto ,housekeeping, bell boy,driver. Moreover I have to single outJesus at the bar/ restaurant for his warm, kind personalty , his professionalism and he has welcomed and provided us with the best service ever. Jesus had made our 1 year old son very happy during our stay whenever we came dowm for our breakfast and dinner. Jesus is the best at what he does and represents a Four Points Hotel Company very well. Jesus is a great employee who goes and above and beyond whithin his job description. We really value his service ,his personality and is culture sensitive .and unbiased.

So we checked in here because our flight was canceled Was told 3 diffrent prices for the room, had to pay higher what was quoted and he said no free breakfast since we booked on an app….Horrible customer service here and they took advantage of travelers that were stuck…. Then we ate dinner and they had 3 tax on the bill when actually one of them was to protect tips. So lied all the way around…. Rude front desk and lies about pricing….You know where they can stuff that free breakfast….

This is NOT 4.5 stars. First, the staff are very nice. Now the bad part. The rooms are small and not well maintained. Our first room had a very noisy AC system. We moved immediately. Our second room had a gross bathroom odor that came through the entire room. We stayed one night and never staying again.

Amazing Hotel! Our room was super clean and comfortable! The breakfast and their dinner menu better than restaurants that we spent over $100 on a meal. The pool, shuttle services and location made our vacay super luxurious on a budget. One memorable meal was a dinner when I had the pumpkin ravioli and a black bean soup that was spectacular. On top of the delish food, we experienced the service to match Jonathan and Argeil treated us like royalty. My favorite Caribbean weekend getaway! CJ

Nice city hotel, they have free bus to take you to the beach. Breakfast sometimes good, sometimes average. Average rooms, but clean.

If anyone out there is trying to find good deals for hotel rooms visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices any where! Very friendly staff, hotel room is very clean, comfortable and modern, and the shuttle services are very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Professionalism is paramount. And it’s not what you encounter at this hotel. At least not at the front desk. I was told a price for some consumption abs when I went to pay it, the next clerk had a different price. Although not a big deal. What is terrible is the brutal Treatment by tour clerk as we asI complaint. To the point that he came very aggressive saying I was implying he was taking the difference. Something I never said but I was not happy with the lack of professionalism. Every time you come to the front desk they act like you are bothering them. From an Elite customer I think you must train your employees a little bit better. Other than that this hotel is well located and everyone else is very nice.

Location location location. This hotel is located in a perfect area where you have access to a strip of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, mall. The included breakfast is incredible and the nice is great.

Excellent hotel. Organized, clean, good customer service, and the cost includes parking and access to the Blanca Beach and other services in the resort nearby.

The folks at check-in were nice and accomodating. The location is really close to the airport. The only issue was the a/c smelled moldy whenever it ran so we had to keep it off.

Lovely property convenient to the airport and Punta Cana Village, with several restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the supermarket, great breakfast and super staff!! The employees are amazing! Especially the front desk staff!! They truly know how to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable!! I will definitely return to this property.

Service was very bad at the hotel. Had to wait for more than half an hour for a glass of beer and a cocktail. Then got feedback that cocktail was not possible because they did not have pineapple juice, so we had to choose something else and wait even more. We also had an issue with late checkout, agreed a day before for 2pm late checkout, even though based on loyalty program titanium status hotel must give 4pm. On the check out day the front desk said the late checkout was not possible anymore and we had to move out at standard time. I appreciate the hotel is busy, but the way and arrogance we were treated, in particular by shift leader Hylenna, was far from Marriott standards. That ruined our mood for the afternoon.

Great location for an overnight or if you rent a car to go explore. New village across the street to enjoy with tons of restaurants and a few stores. Several banks, pharmacies, and stores 1 block away. Had only one issue with an employee assuming I wasn't an elite member instead of him asking me or checking on the system. The hotel has a restaurant as well but I didn't try to I preferred the restaurants across the street. Lastly, the rooms were overpriced as well.

For the priced paid an for the brand I expected a little more. Toilet bolt was not there, I almost feel down standing from the toilet. Conditioner and body wash were empty. I asked for another pillow and did not get it. Staff is very Friendly as expected from the area

Four Points included shuttle but lacked communication about process Airport shuttle was a no show. Front desk apologized and comped breakfast. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was nice. The black out curtain helps keep room dark. Lack of communications about perks of being a Marriott and beach access and shuttle service hurt rating.

The pillows in bed were comfortable, the space was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well enough for cell phone use (we didn’t use our laptops). There was no mini fridge in the room. Very happy with our one night stay after a flight into Punta Cana. They served a free breakfast with this day that was amazing eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes, omelettes, mashed plantains etc. we also got room service, and the eggplant balls and fried plantains were wonderful.

We were at Hyatt Zilara but the hurricane caused damage, so we moved to Shertons. George the bartender definitely made our visit worth the while he has exceptional customer service!
