If I could give this place a dozen stars, I would. They made our stay absolutely incredible and feel like a once in a lifetime... Which it would have been if we didn't love it so very much. We already can't wait to go back. The team there made everything seamless and from your butler to the restaurants to the team members walking around to take your orders at the beach and poolside, we were pampered like we didn't think possible. If you're on the fence about preferred club, I recommend. We were very on the fence because we tend to be on the thrifty side, but since it was our honeymoon, we went for it. Preferred club gave you the option of having some quiet time due to the private beach and pool area, and you could still go and experience the activities and party in the main areas. In addition to the exceptional level of service, they have an activities team that prepared daily activities and set up a special nightly activity in the theater. We went to bed early almost every night (can't keep up with the party crowd!) So we didn't get to experience the theater but we heard it was amazing. Food was good everywhere and surprisingly fast! I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and understand how they get repeat visitors! You truly have to experience it to understand the level of effort behind all they do to make your stay unlike anything else.

Finally an all inclusive resort that exceeds the quality standards and service standards of a high end resort such as a Hyatt Regency Resort, Ritz Carlton Resort, Westin or Mariott. Claury, our Personal Concierge for our building was always helping. We had her cell number and could text her day or night. What an amazing smart woman with the heart of a servant. Our group couldn’t say enough positive things about her. The rest of the resort staff were amazing and better than I have seen overall at Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria properties. Secrets is a great addition to the Hyatt brand portfolio. If I had to give one comment, the only items I could come up with are meals served for lunch at the pool bar. The quality was lacking so much compared to the AMAZING food we experienced everywhere else. Bravo Secrets staff: you exceeded our every expectation!

Initial check-in is slow and painful though the staff are nice they are highly trained to pressure you into buying a Club membership and other "upgrades" upon arrival- this after our 12 -hour flight. We booked an oceanfront swim-out room but were switched without being told to a room on an upper floor. The impact of the mold smell cannot be exaggerated. I'm not a sensitive person and not one to complain but I literally could not breathe when in the main part of our $2,700/night suite. Hotel management said I was given a room that is the same "class" as the one I booked. I explained I booked a room with a swim-out pool and "class" could not possibly make up for not having our own pool- especially when I just paid $19,800. They then offered to change our room only after I said I was moving to the Hyatt (the place you should stay!). The room they showed us was literally exactly like the room I could not tolerate and had no less mold smell but a worse view. Staff also will pressure you to join their club- basically a timeshare pitch and seem frightened to back down as if management will fire them if they leave you to enjoy your vacation. This, plus food that reminded me of being stuck in an airport. We moved to the Hyatt Zilara on day three and could not have been more impressed. The place is perfect in every respect and the food is much better with high concept restaurants and options for all palettes.

This place was quite nice, but if the 5 resorts we have been to in Mexico and the D.R. we only liked it better than 1 of them. They had the best drinks, and it was the easiest to get to. The service, room, and food were above average. I would have called my ocean view room a partial ocean view. I could only see a small strip very far away. I felt the location was the least beautiful, and there weren't a lot of activities.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Last minute trip in the middle of the week excellent accommodations but the view day or night beautiful Stayed here with my friend for a 7 day trip. We had a swim up butler room. I felt so relaxed from the start. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our butler Alexis was amazing, he coordinated all of our spa services. The restaurants were so yummy and satisfying. The drinks were excellent and the service was always quick. I had such a fun time!

Just returned. Best vacation I’ve had in a while. Place was clean and service was EXCELLENT!! Our Butler was Ronald and he was terrific. We had the Ocean Front swim out room!! An absolute must if you visit. Definitely a place to visit if you want a nice private vacation. Good food, secure location and detail-oriented service.

Secrets Punta Cana Cap Cana was amazing!!!! The resort is simply BEAUTIFUL! The staff, food, and amenities were superb. The fitness center had fresh chlorophyll water daily, which I loved. The performances in the Theater were excellent. Great drinks. Did I say the food was superb already? I will truly miss the night and pool entertainment with Smile, Deva, DJ Elias and Coco. The lobby performances were also entertaining. Mr. Robert who was one of the supervisors at the Mexican and Seafood restaurants made sure our food was season to our liking and the correct temperature. The room service staff were accommodating and the food was always delicious and hot. My husband and I enjoyed the beautifully decorated Dominican lunch on the beach! My husband and I felt this is one of the BEST ADULT RESORTS we have visited. You must vacay at this resort. We will return soon!

Our honeymoon was wonderful! We upgraded to Preferred Club which was definitely worth the extra cost. Our butler Enrique was nothing short of stellar as he checked in with us each morning and was always easily found throughout the resort, though we didn't need him for too much other than to make one reservation and to request two pillows and an extra tissue box! The lovely honeymoon surprise setup he did was so thoughtful and kind of him! It was wonderful being able to easily find spots near the preferred pool or preferred beach side. All the staff are so lovely at this place and we tried to ask for as little as possible. Housekeeping was top notch and very fast - we'd come back after a couple hours at the beach and our room was already made up. Thank you to all the staff - from check in to check out, it was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful honeymoon experience!

We completed a vacation club tour here and hands down the atmosphere, food, drinks, and staff was amazing. My husband and I booked at Dreams, yet spent fours here for the presentation. We almost purchased, yet the price point was way out of our budget. We did leave with a $200 spa credit and $50 store credit. It was an amazing break from our current resort which sucked for what we paid for. Hands down our next trip to DR we’ll book here.

What an amazing place. Secrets was fantastic. Food was very good. The staff was excellent and made you feel pampered from the time you step in. Room was very comfortable and spacious! We loved the huge shower with dual heads. Special call out to Manuela who attended to us by the pool. She was extraordinary in her attentiveness and attitude! She was always there with a smile and welcomed us each day. Santiago was our waiter at the Seaside grill for lunch. When he heard we were on our anniversary, he insisted on making a reservation for us at the French restaurant where he worked at night. When we arrived, he had a special table waiting for us with the menu already selected! It was our favorite meal and made us feel extra special. Lastly, Jourdain was our concierge who welcomed us and checked in every day. He had a special honeymoon surprise waiting for us in the room after a day at the pool. The whole vacation was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana to anyone wanting a first class experience.

Vacationed here with a group of 7. Incredible all-inclusive. Our concierge Gerardo took such good care of us. Surprisingly, this service was included for our non preferred rooms. Take advantage, you will be, please! The view through the main lobby over the pool to the sea is stunning. Wonderful entertainment throughout the resort. Enjoyed tasting different food items at the restaurants. Water sport activities fun to try along with chilling on the beautiful beach shaded in areas with palm trees and cabanas.

Cleanest resort I've ever been to, even the public bathrooms by the pools. The staff are ALL friendly and super helpful. We never had a sub-par meal, and service was always quick and friendly at all of the restaurants. The drinks were all very good too, but I think they make them stronger in the morning to get you drinking and hopefully tipping (which we were happy to do). Take extra cash to tip the staff, they work super hard and are the reason this resort is such an awesome vacation place. We will definitely go back!

We just finished a 5-night stay over Labor Day. Probably the best all-inclusive we've been to so far. Gorgeous beach, food was excellent, rooms were outstanding, and service was top notch. Special shout outs to our bartender Fransisco at the Rosewater for always keeping things fun. Maria our super friendly server on the beach for being so kind in helping us with our Spanish. And Enrique our butler for his advice and for looking out for us.

This is by far the BEST resort I’ve been too all around! The room is great with tub on the balcony, super clean and they really thought about the little details! The crew are AMAZING - literally the most friendly and professional i got to experience. Food is awesome, snacks…champagne&popsicles on the pool…what else you can ask for? The beach is so beautiful…..there’s not enough i can say to describe how good is this place! Thank you!!!!

The experience was amazing from the moment we got to the resort, we were treated like royalty. We had the most incredible customer service experience and the property and rooms are beautiful. I've been to other Secrets and this one is the best so far. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from (French, Hibachi, Italian, Mexican) which were all incredible. Definitely can't want to plan another trip here!

Let me start by saying that I’m a big traveler! This resort by far has taken the cake in comparison to any other all inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed out. The decor, the food, the entertainment.. EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME. Everyone was soooo nice! The customer service was on point, but out of everyone my favorite was Alexander!! He was our personal concierge guy and man did he make us feel special. He literally made sure our stay was the best experience. I can literally write a book on how sweet & customer service oriented he was! I will DEFINITELY come back to Punta Cana & will be staying here!

Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa was a great place to stay. From getting off the shuttle at the entrance we were welcomed and common theme was "Welcome Home" . We were greeted and given hand sanitizer and towel, drinks and snacks as we were directed to sit as our luggage was staged for them to take up to the room and as soon as we got checked in. The room was a nice size and the view and fully stocked mini refrigerator helped to provide a relaxing atmosphere after dealing with international travel. The various types of restaurants were all great, the various bars, and the pools were very nice. The bar at the pool was easy to get to without leaving the water. The staff was quick to answer questions and engaged in a way that would make makes you feel like they have known you for years. The entertainment from in the main lobby, to beach parties, to karaoke were great. The store on site was fully stocked and had essentials that is available if needed. Setting up excursions with the staff was easy and shuttles were great as transportation. Overall I would recommend Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa as 5-star from my experience and can't wait to travel back.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon at the end of May and we had a phenomenal time! We stayed in a Preferred Master Suite Pool View, which was spacious and had a big plunge pool on our balcony. Our arrival was seamless and quick, sipping champagne and filling out like 2 quick forms. Our entire stay was so lovely - The weather was great, the guests were happy and fun, the amenities were nice. We found that every single staff member was friendly and pleasant to interact with, even just walking by someone watering plants, they would smile and say hello. Our butler, Miguel, was an absolute delight to work with - Very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. I'm so grateful we got to work with him. Our travel agent recommended the Preferred rooms and I'm glad we went with it. The Preferred pool is more low key, which is nice for the morning before shifting to the party vibe of the main pool. We also really enjoyed breakfast at the Preferred options, Rosewater and Oceana. I really don't have any complaints - I would definitely recommend this place for a honeymoon or special occasion, as we loved our time.

I can not say enough how absolutely AMAZING Secrets Cap Cana was. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was magical from check-in to checkout. Our butler, Alexis made us feel so special the entire time and always checked in with us to keep us updated on the hotel events and actives throughout each day, while also showing us what special treatment feels like. The hotel itself, is stunning and so romantic for couples celebrating their love. The entire staff were completely attentive and made sure to get to know all of their guests. The live entertainment was incredible and changed from night to night. The nightlife staff made every second of being there so much fun! La Diva made our vacation so much more special with her infectious personality and her love of people. All in all, we would 1000% recommend this hotel to any couple visiting the Dominican Republic who wants to have a little romantic fun with a touch of luxury. We will be coming back again for sure!

This resort is fantastic. It is very clean and well maintained. The views are spectacular. The food is great but the presentation is A+. It was the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. There's so much to do. But there is no sense of urgency to do anything while you're there. The staff is friendly and make you feel very at home. The Coco Cafe is the best part of the entire trip! Dania and Esther at the cafe made our entire trip!

I am OBSESSED with this resort. This is our second year going to Secrets Cap Cana and we will continue to go back. The food, the staff, and the overall luxury feel are what keep us coming back. There are sooooo many food/cuisine options, there is food available 24/7, and we were never disappointed in anything we ate! See my pictures! The staff are all so nice and genuinely seem happy. Every year they make me feel special for whatever we are celebrating(Birthday/Anniversary). Tipping is important! The beach view rooms are amazing and I love the bathtub on the balcony. The WiFi works all the way down at the beach. The pools and beaches are gorgeous. There is always something to do! There are water activities, day pool activities and nightly entertainment. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury!

This has been our go to place. Although we have wanted to visit other places, we just prefer the consistency of this resort! We even purchased the timeshare because it was just that amazing. They offer classes on various things as well as tours. So you will get a schedule of the classes on the property not just when you arrive but every day. This way you can plan your activities for the day. Spanish lessons, games, yoga, photo, shoot, whatever you wanna do. The bars are wonderful #endless. I went Coco loco, crazy! And then came back to the states making the drink. They have a Theatre Clubs Spa wonderful beach, cabanas for massages, or just to lay out on the beach. I can never get enough of this place. It’s home. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤩🤩🤩🤩❤️❤️❤️❤️🏠🏠🏠

Awesome all inclusive resort. The staff are extremely friendly and are always ready to help. The location is awesome with white sandy beaches and clear water and blue skies. And you can swim in the ocean. There was some seaweed on the beaches, which the hotel makes an effort to remove, but not always successfully. Restaurants on site are amazing and you really do not have to go outside except for excursions- snorkeling, deep sea fishing etc., Highly recommend, and would definitely visit again

The hotel was lovely and clean all over. Bed was really comfy. Food was by far the best I've had at an all inclusive. 24 hour room service was included. Favourites of mine were the fillet mignon at Bordeaux, the Barefoot Grill and all the cakes at Coco Cafe. Sunbeds by the pool are all padded, the beach ones aren't unless you're in the Preferred Club. If you want a sea view at the pool, you have to go by around 9.00 (people can't reserve beds until then). If you don't mind where you sit, you have to be there by 9.30 when the hotel is full to get a bed with an umbrella. Hotel management: please provide an umbrella for each pair of beds! Volleyball with Ricky Bobby was great fun, and Angela, one of the waitresses at the pool was brilliant. The only bad side to this hotel is that the shop prices are extortionate. Make sure you bring enough toiletries and suncream as you'll get charged 4-5 times the price you get them for back home. The spa was also highly priced, about £40 per person more for a massage than back home.

Oh where do I start? The grounds are immaculate. The food is truly delicious, we didn't have one disappointing meal. The room was incredible. Everyone was courteous and friendly. But nothing surpassed the unbelievable service! Our butler Alexis was wonderful, our servers Elba and Esperanza added to the joy of the experience with their friendly faces and positive attitudes. We barely had to lift a finger! Truly amazing trip.

One of the best all inclusive resorts hands down! Layout of the resort was well thought out. The food is top notch. The beach is vast and relaxing. And the attention to detail that every employee demonstrates is second to none. Every night there was something enjoyable going on, whether it be in the lobby or the auditorium I would HIGHLY suggest the preferred club as an add on if possible, the ordered pool and rose water restaurant are well worth it, yeah you get a butler but we only utilized them for reservations, they were always near by to assist with anything Rooms are spotless and amazing

Not much to do close outside the resort, but plenty to do there. We only spent one night from an airline comp, but absolutely would have loved to stay longer. Room service selection was great and service was quick even later at night. Also would have liked to take part in some more of the resorts amenities if we had more time. Resort staff were also excellent in welcoming us and serving.

This is a great resort. The food is absolutely amazing here! The service is exceptional. We stayed in 3 different resorts (2 of which were top 2 rated), and this by far outshines all the others. There is not one single thing I tried here that I didn't like or enjoy. The beach is nice, very close, they have an area just for preferred too so there are some additional benefits to that as well. We have stayed at secrets in Mexico in the past and enjoyed that experience, so we should've just trusted our gut and come here first. Unfortunately, we ended our trip at this amazing resort. Seaweed is an issue at all resorts, as you can see, but if it doesn't bother you, you will be fine. They do clean it daily, but it's still pretty bad. Very easy beach access. Very lively and upbeat resort. If you are looking for no noise, do not come here. The music played until pretty late and was super loud, so it could still be heard from the rooms. Doesn't bother me at all, but I know it does bother other people, so it's worth noting. Great selection of reaturaunts and even breakfast buffet and Cafe are good. Our favorite was the steakhouse, for sure. I only docked them a star because my husband got sick the last morning after drinking the bottled water from the fridge in the room. He was completely fine all until that point. We think that maybe previous guests filled it with sink water. Don't ever use the sink water, not even for brushing your teeth because you will get sick....use bottled water only. Aside from that, nothing bad at all to say. Alexandra was amazing! Everyone was, but she was exceptional! After having such a terrible experience at the first resort we stayed at, which is in the top 3, we really wished we stayed here first.

Tips - be prepared when you get out of your taxi to be greeted with great service and beauty. Hibachi was my favorite meal. Steakhouse was the next. Purple towels are the softest. Coors Light and Corona on the preferred side. Javier makes the best Bloody Mary. You should try the Mama Juana. This is a beautiful resort with breath taking views. The palm trees on the beach make for amazing social media post. We did the preferred side, which came with our Butler Miguel, he took care of all our request and helped make the stay memorable.

This place does not deserve to hold the top spot on Trip Advisor. It's nice enough, but disappointing in many aspects. Food is very mediocre, no top shelf liquor unless you pay extra (and they try to push the extras on you pretty hard). The check in process is slow and awkward as they try to upsell you as you wait for your room which of course isn't ready when you arrive. I give it 3 starts because it's OK enough, but not deserving of top resort accolades.

From the moment we arrived we felt cared for and relaxed. ANIBAL, our butler, made every step of the stay, from check in to check out and everything in between, seemless and enjoyable. He took care of everything while we were there and always checked on us to be sure we were doing well. The care was so luxurious!!!! We thought the preferred room and what came with it was well worth it! We spent most of the time at the pool drinking at the Manatee Bar. Not only is the view the most amazing there, but the drinks from those bartenders are the BEST! MANUEL specifically treated us like royalty. He always had a smile on his face. Those guys were on top of it!!!!! Honestly, I wish we could mention every person we came on contact with. That's how impactful their kindness is there and how prevalent it is as a general climate there. I do wish the indoor restaurants were a little more air conditioned, but it didn't ruin our time.

Secrets was amazing. Had a great vacation filled with good food, great service, and an amazing setting. Couldn't ask for more...except maybe a longer stay.

We recently enjoyed a six-day stay at Secrets Cap Cana this summer and had a great experience. Facility and Maintenance: The property is not only beautiful but also well-maintained, offering a serene backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Food and Dining: We were happy with the quality of the food, which was consistently delicious across all meals. Customer Service: What stood out most, however, was the outstanding service. The staff members were consistently cheerful and in high spirits, making every effort to accommodate us—even in extreme heat or rain. Special Mention: We would like to extend a special thank you to Madeline, our pool server. She was always cheerful, quick to deliver food and drinks, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-served. Also want to mention Ariel and Aneurys. In summary, our stay at Secrets Cap Cana was nothing short of fantastic, largely due to the exemplary staff and top-notch facilities. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a memorable vacation.

Absolutely beautiful and safe place to relax, enjoy the love of your life, and dine. Friendly staff, fun staff and welcoming of all people across the globe. Luis, my concierge sent my husband and I positive messages each day. He made sure we had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne each eve. And the day of our anniversary, he scheduled breakfast in bed. Whatever we needed, Luis and the staff provided. The gym was adequate. The spa was lovely. Hydrojet stations throughout the pool. Massage for two with a bubble-filled hot tub served with chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, exotic fruit and champagne. We explored the showers from all over, bucket to Dutch. And yes, there is the sales pitch for Unlimited Vacation Club. Definitely worth attending, just need to move faster, luckily it was a rainy day when we attended. We will come back again. One thing we learned, is if you dine at one restaurant and you want dessert from another, just ask. We truly enjoyed our stay, We will return.

Johan was our personal concierge and he was very attentive and so helpful when we had any questions or concerns. He went out of his way for a birthday we had in our group and did a nice surprise at the restaurant and in her room. All the staff are soooo kind and always serving. I’ve never seen such incredible service! Food was incredible also. Everything was top notch! I highly recommend this resort.

This is a nice resort for adult couples with a very nice pool, beach, and restaurants. The service by everyone was wonderful! The staff in all areas were very polite, friendly, and ready to help in any way. Our Concierge, Angelo Mercedes was especially great! He kept us informed daily and helped us in any way we needed. He went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed in our room and anything we needed for getting around the resort. I would recommend requesting Angelo for anyone staying here.

Another perfect stay. My Mom and myself we were treated amazingly from the very first minute we arrived. This was hands down one of the best all inclusive resorts we've had a chance to stay and we've been visiting Dominican Republic yearly for the past 10 years. The layout of the resort is well thought out, the atmosphere and ambienc throughout simply beautiful. The food was great- nice choice of restaurants, plenty of options. The beach is stunning, vast and very relaxing. During the day and every night there was always something enjoyable going on-plenty of activities ranging from yoga on the beach to crafts. Rooms were large and so comfortable- we opted for swim-up (non-preffered) and it was simply amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Alexander our concierge who was fantastic! His attention to detail was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't thank him enough for making our stay truly exceptional. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend. This is as good as Sandals, the food is even better. The only downside - no water sports are included, but otherwise the resort, the service, the food - all excellent. And it's only 20 min from the airport! Shout out to Danny Boy the beach server/attendant for treating us like family.

Madelyn our pool attendant was wonderful, she never let our drinks run dry, she was kind and always had a smile on her face. Carlos was also wonderful, he was our concierge, he always helped us set up dinner reservations and informed us of different events going on around the resort. The rooms were extremely clean and toiletries always well stocked. We’ll be back!

What a great place. The place is beautiful and the staff is top notch. They go out of there way to make sure you are having a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and luxurious. The drinks are good as long as you don't get too complicated. An Old Fashioned? NO...but A Pina Colada or a bunch of tropical drinks then YES. The food was pretty damn good for an all-inclusive. The breakfast and lunch buffet were some of our favorites along with the Steak House and the Seafood place. All in all a great time was had by all and i truly think the Staff is what made the trip.

We just got home from staying there for our honeymoon the last week of October into November. We booked through a travel advisor and did one of the junior suite preferred rooms and have absolutely no regrets! It still feels like a dream. From the moment we arrived up until the last day everything was perfect. Our butler Miguel kept us updated on the events happening each day and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything about this place was amazing! The people were so kind and friendly, and always trying to make sure we were happy. Our room had a nice view of the ocean and was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the activities they had to offer. We also held a small vow renewal ceremony with just my hubby and I and it was perfect! We have already talked so many times about wanting to go back!!

An amazing resort. I just enjoyed 7 luxurious days here and the staff is amazing with their positive attitude and happiness. The food is good for an AI resort, but service here is what they are known for. Two pools, plenty of bars, 7 restaurants, coffee bar, pool side food service plus room service. Treat yourself at least once and visit Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

If you are looking for beautiful beaches and amazing hospitality, Secrets Cap Cana is the place to be. Out butler, Carlos took great care of us through out our stay. La Diva was a bundle of fun and managed to teach me the salsa.The accommodations were amazing and clean and all service personnel went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

SPECTACULAR, this resort is beyond the definition of all inclusive, the property is amazing, beautiful rooms, great service and the most stunning beach in all the Caribbean. It's pricey but it's worth it every peny. Despite the resort standard vibe the staff here adds up to a genuine local experience.

My husband and I just came back from a 7-night stay at Secrets Cap Cana. We had an absolutely incredible time, and the resort itself is just beautiful! We couldn't get enough of the pool, and were always able to find lounge chairs both by the pool and on the beach. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, and while there was a bit of seaweed it really did not affect our stay or ability to get into the water or lounge on the beach. The staff was very friendly and the service was impeccable. Staff maintained wearing their face masks at all times, even in the 35C weather, and they never failed to make us smile or go the extra distance to make sure we had everything we needed. Sergio, our concierge, was the BEST - he was always available to answer any questions we had and made a point of checking in with us every day of our stay to ensure everything was going well. Another shoutout to Diva on the entertainment team for chatting with us almost every day and encouraging us to get involved in the resort activities and classes. Diva's warmth and kindness made our stay truly special. We were happily surprised at the high quality of the food here too! All of the a la carte restaurants were delicious; our favourite was Bordeaux (the French bistro). We never had a bad meal, and I highly recommend trying out the Dominican breakfast as well as the Dominican BBQ lunch on the beach! Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a romantic getaway! Perfect for honeymooners or people celebrating a special occasion, or for groups of friends too!

This was my second time and I am so grateful for the generosity shown. The food is amazing and far above our first trip. Service is wonderful and events are a blast. Thank you to Jose, our concierge and La Diva, the best dancer there. 😘❤️ Can't wait to go back.

Secrets is a more than nice getaway. Besides the tranquility of your room, there is a spa (cost for services), fitness center, pool lounging and many restaurants to experience. The staff is friendly and make sure that you have a good time while away from reality. Less is more at Secrets, but the temptation of more won over and over. Relax, it's Secrets!

Stayed here with my friend for a 7 day trip. We had a swim up butler room. I felt so relaxed from the start. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our butler Alexis was amazing, he coordinated all of our spa services. The restaurants were so yummy and satisfying. The drinks were excellent and the service was always quick. I had such a fun time!

My wife and I spent four nights on this property in early January. We had an amazing stay at the resort which is absolutely stunning! The staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a wonderful experience. The Guest Relations Manager was phenomenal - very genuine and attentive over our entire stay!

This resort was fantastic from A to Z. The staff is amazing and so was the food! The service is impeccable, entertainment is great, rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. We had a very relaxing and fun stay!

They built a beautiful resort here sparing no expense on anything, which makes me wonder why the Seaside Grill serves such inferior steaks. This makes no sense, why go to great lengths to train expert servers and then skimp on the quality of the beef??? The service at Seaside Grill was impeccable, however the cooks do not understand meat temperature at all. Jose our concierge was excellent, as was Santa our poolside server as were all the servers throughout the resort. Only fix this beef (steak) problem and this will truly be a five star resort.

This trip was excellent and this resort is beyond beautiful, everything was awesome from the service to the food to the entertainment. Our butler Alexander was fantastic and nothing was ever a problem for him to get taken care of. Minnie was great at the volleyball on the beach ( reminded us of Kevin hart ) we are leaving today but will definitely be back. This trip was money well spent and we’ll worth it. Not to mention I love the Dominican Republic and the people here. Thanks again to secrets and their staff for an outstanding vacation

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we had the best service. We booked as preferred club members and that was so worth it. We didn’t need to do anything! We had a butler assigned to us (Anibal) and he was awesome. All we needed was to text him what we needed and it was done within minutes. We will definitely come back for an anniversary. This place will hold a special place in our hearts. It was such an amazing experience.

This resort is breathtaking. So clean, beautiful beach, stunning views and several pools. Our room was so nice with updated features . Loved having the nightly lights down services . 24 hour room service. Several bars throughout the resort , and so many friendly faces greeting you asking if they can help with anything. Restaurants were delicious , with the hibachi meal being our favorite . The beach , I mention again, is so beautiful. No vendors, no locals and servers everywhere . It’s completely private . We purchased a Cabana for the day and it was worth the extra price for the shade and sun. Thank you Jackson for taking care of us .

We just got back and had the best vacation! The resort was beautiful, clean, and the staff was amazing! Osvaldo our concierge went over and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. Our favorite bartenders Henry and Agustin at the outdoor pool bar made sure everyone had a blast every night! Pure entertainment. We had a gorgeous swim out suite and Marilin was the best bartender! She made sure our glasses were never empty. From the time we arrived greeted with champagne to the day we left, we had the best experience. The resort is beautiful and the staff were amazing! Can't wait to visit again!

My Wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time, much too short of a time. We were there for a quick three days but we enjoyed every second of it. Manuel, our concierge, was a HUGE help with everything. He left us a few surprises in the room, and got us hooked up with one of the best dinners we have ever had beachside, and a great breakfast in bed the morning of departure. All of the service staff was amazing as well, every department across the board. We will certainly be back next time we visit the DR.

My wife and I stayed at the Secrets Cap Cana resort for our honeymoon in July 2022 and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay throughout the week. Our personal representative, Carlos Javier, kept us in the loop about different activities and events at the resort, as well as taking care of any other details while we were on our stay. The dining is excellent and we enjoyed trying a number of restaurants while we visited. We are already planning our return trip and would highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana for individuals looking to have a safe and relaxing vacation.

Resort and service were great. Future guests be warned. Choose a room far from the theater if you like to get to bed before the 11…12…1am. Also two recommendations to Secrets. Post signs in conspicuous locations reminding guests to be respectful of other guests in their rooms. Two, get rubber wheels for all your carts. I liked it but little consideration for guests who don’t stay up late and party late into the night.

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive and we loved it. The food and drink quality was top notch and service was very friendly. We opted for a preferred room, which was in a quieter part of the resort and had more seating in the beach and pool areas. Our personal concierge Alexis was very helpful and helped us check in slightly early. The evening entertainment was great and we didn't even leave the resort. Felt very safe staying here as well.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and my birthday at Secrets Cap Cana. I must say, it was amazing! We had a swim out room in the preferred club section. Our butler, Joan Pelier was awesome! He made sure our every desire was met, including rose petals and champagne for our anniversary and a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday. In addition, he sent us a text after we returned home to say hello and that he hoped we had a good flight home! The room was clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was kept stocked with our favorite beverages and there were snacks left in the room daily. Everything, with the exception of the spa services we received, was amazing. We were sad to leave, but will definitely return next year.

Amazing experience! We stayed in the preferred section and had Carlos as our concierge. He was super attentive and always ready to help with anything! The entire staff was extremely helpful and you could tell they really enjoy working there! Some tips: Two restaurants require men to wear pants, and the food there is not to be missed. The hibachi grill needs reservations, but they are hard to get. Honestly this was our least favorite meal, and we would suggest just getting a table to order off the menu. Get your pool/ocean chairs early, as they get "reserved" by about 11am.
