We’ve been there 11 times but we never get enough of the welcoming smiles, the beautiful views & the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always going above and beyond every day to make sure you’re having the best time ever. Every time, we are blown away by the GO (Great Organizer aka the staff). The front desk, the scuba diving center, the excursion center, the circus, the restaurant and bar, the housekeepers, the kids club, the lifeguards, the entertainment, I mean everybody is so kind and dedicated! That time, we really want to congratulate the Sports Team!!! Their energy and good mood was contagious!!!! One young man leads that wonderful team…. Emmanuel, the sport manager. Kind, dedicated & always with a smile, Emmanuel showed a true passion for his job. Never a dull moment for him, always on the move, for a volleyball game or a beach party ! People like you make truly a difference !!! One word …. Bravo !!! When you leave Club Med Punta Cana, you just want to book your next trip (literally it’s what we do !).

Our stay was amazing. The capacity was about 30% of normal due to COVID but everything but one restaurant was open. The Oasis rooms are terrific and I would upgrade if you can. Our children were in the towers which were refreshed but still felt a bit dated. Activities were great and we spend a lot of time sailing and playing volleyball. The food was very good and while there are some staples there was lots of variety over the week. One tip if you are considering an excursion is to book externally. We used trip advisor and paid 1/2 what the hotel was charging for the same trip. This is an amazing experience and you will love your stay.

We had an incredible stay with the family at the Club Med Punta Cana. The place is gorgeous, the food is amazing, the rooms really good, plenty of awesome sports and the team is outstanding. Special thanks to Guillaume (deputy head), Jules (head of sports), Ludivine (Tiara) and Esteban (tennis) who made our stay memorable! It’s the second time we come in 6 months and we will be back soon :)

Last month, we stayed at a club med resort for the first time and, we were very disappointed that our fist trip to Punta Cana was anything but relaxed. Since about first night we noticed that there were lots of ants in our room, specially in the kid’s beds (one of our girls has hyperreactive skin, which makes every bug bite bigger and more painful, and has to take antihistamine to avoid complications)… so, we noticed front desk immediately the problem and they said they will send someone with a special product for the ants and then clean the room and change bed sheets, but housekeeping only gave my husband a bottle of regular insecticide and asked him to apply it.. they o my changed the sheets. We continued with the ants problem and they offered to move us until next day to a different room (it was done at 11:00 pm because the new one had a drain in the toilet and they had to fix it before we move all our stuff). Lupita at the front desk offered the laundry service for free because many of our clothes were full of ants… my husband took out clothes to the laundry and the person in charger told him that we will be charged, so, they denied the free laundry one more round to front desk to ask for solutions, and after a couple of hours they took our clothes to the laundry service. (Lack of communications between Club Med Employees) After that incident and many calls and visits to front desk we were tired of being worried about bugs, clothes, etc, and decided to change to a new hotel, so we asked the refund for the days that we won’t be using, only that, not even asking full refund, upgrade… at this point we just need deeply to rest and spend the rest of the days without stress; but once again Lupita said that it might take about 45 days, and that there was a possibility that we get a club med credit instead Of the refund, so we were hands tied and couldn’t leave the resort. The second night at the new room, I almost step on a big cockroach near the toilet… I killed it and drop it off the room, also informe to front desk, they only cleaned the room .. it stayed out there for 2 days before they clean it. Besides the ants and cockroach problem, when it rains, there’s water leaks in the windows and doors (we had to use towels to absorb the water that was getting inside from one of the doors). There is a HUGE lack of interest in customer service in this Resort; next time we hear about Club Med the only thing comes to our mind will be incompetent people who don't really know how to solve a problem and who also expect the same client to solve their problems, making a week of vacation into a week of work and stress. No Thanks!!! Food is average, with lots of bread and a lack of variety. Some members of the staff were very friendly: Ari, Alicia, Christian. Circus show is good. The beach and the views are really nice. Room size is good, but lack of maintenance.

From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. Club Med is set up to cater to the entire family. The staff speak multiple languages. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The grounds are manicured and beautiful. And it's a lot of fun to stay there. There were food choices for the entire family. We have 2 small children who enjoyed the food, the kids' club, the activities, the pool, the beach, and especially the shows! We took our kids all over the resort, and they were welcome everywhere (except the adults-only section). They really loved ordering the virgin daiquiris at the bar. It was a favorite of theirs. It was so relaxing! All inclusive is the way to go. We budgeted the vacation when we initially bought our our reservation, so while we were there, we did not have to worry about the cost of food, drinks, or activities. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. While the kids were making friends in the kids' club, we were able to get quality time as a couple (and actually finish our sentences!!!). There were sailing lessons, archery lessons, tennis lessons, and more. We even tried to join the circus! It's truly a beautiful and interesting location.

I stayed here with my family for two weeks in April 2022. We stayed in the resort centre, which i can highly recommend due to its proximity to everything! The (family superior) rooms we stayed in were functional, but that's the only positive thing i can say about them. They are in real need of refurbishment. The food was superb, especially the a-la-carte Indigo restaurant. However, the booking process for Indigo dinners was a mess. That said, i'd recommend going there as often as you can be bothered to endure the booking process! Drinks were also good, and you can get pretty-much any cocktail you desire. The activities were so so. There is a lot on offer, but the group lessons are not much to shout about. Included water sports are limited to kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding (when winds are light) and laser sailing. Snorkeling equipment can also be borrowed. The snorkeling is actually okay if you don't expect too much! The service was also a bit hit and miss. It's certainly not at the standard of Mauritius or the Maldives. The locals' command of English and French was at times a problem, but that won't be an issue for Spanish speakers. Finally, the location is amazing. The beach and sea are lovely. The only slight negative was the amount of seaweed that got washed up on the beach. But that might be a seasonal thing.

First, the good! There were a few standout employees, Ralph from indigo, and Joe with the excursion photos… stood out in kindness! Next, the not so good, the food… if you are gluten free, I wouldn’t recommend. I somehow got gluten and was sick 2 of my 7 days of vacation.

Will not be returning to this resort. Came here with my mother in October for a relaxing mother-daughter getaway and definitely did not receive that. For one, this resort is HIGHLY catered towards its European guests. Once staff realizes you are not French or French/Spanish speaking, you are treated completely different from the rest of the guests. There is only one pool, and it is completely full/no seats by 8am. The beach is nice, but there were at least a dozen workers raking seaweed and several large trucks picking up seaweed the entire time we were by the beach. The buffets were mediocre at best, and communicating with restaurant staff was difficult as not much English was spoken. The resort is very large, and walking to the beach took us at least 10-15 minutes, as we were placed in the very back corner of the resort. The best part of our stay was our excursion to Saona Island. The tour guide was very nice and we enjoyed the fact that lunch and beverages were provided as well as snorkeling. I do not recommend this resort to any American/non-French or Spanish speaking couple, group, or family and strongly advise you spend your money some place else.

Great resort for couples and families. Many sports and water activities. Food, drinks and almost all activities included. Children 's clubs are excellent with enthusiastic staff. Amazing Cirque did Soleil performance. Circus trapeze for 5 years and up. Family members from ages 72 to 2 thoroughly enjoyed it.

Your intestines will be very angry with you if you go to this resort! The food handling was atrocious. The only hot food, temperature wise, that I received, was my omelet that was directly from the grill. All other "hot" food was "warmish" at best. The heat lamps and hot plates were clearly non-functional. This concerned me during my stay, but I seemed fine and thought I'd dodged a bullet. I was so very wrong. I missed 4 days of work this week, and if I don't work, I don't get paid. Finally after a trip to my doctor and starting antibiotics I'm slowly starting to feel better. Over 10% of our group of 1200 have had the same or similar issues following our week at Club Med Punta Cana.

If you’re fun of Club Med then the one in Punta Cana you should not miss! It’s located in gorgeous resort with access to the beautiful turquoise beach with white sand. Very spacious and looking luxurious. GO team is EXCELLENT, above your expectations!!! You will never want to stop doing any sports in the club! 😄 They bring such à positive energy into every class! Dinning restaurants are very nice, and Indigo beach bar is the best spot to enjoy sunset or afternoon drinking your favorite cocktail. Service is fantastic and all of them are super kind and smiled! I am giving not 5 but 10 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tiara section is worth every upgrade. We got 2 suites next to one another opening onto private pool. BBQ lunch & tea time, private bar, private concierge. Arrived and departed directly from the Tiara reception. It’s a resort within a resort. Had noises from air conditioners fixed immediately. Excellent attention to personalized service. WAY better than at the normal rooms. HIGHLY recommended. Ramon the tennis director is always very friendly and accommodating. Strung my racquet within hours the very same day. We will always return to the Tiara when coming back to Club Med here.

Amazing experience at the Club Med. We stayed at the 5 tridents. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Dedicated room for the children. Fantastic kids’ club with lots of great activities. Staff is super friendly and dedicated to help on anything they can. Super responsive too. Beach/resort/sports are all great, easily accessible and offer a lot of variety. Beautiful pool, spacious, no rush or battle to get a seat at the pool. Strongly recommend this resort.

Beautiful and beautifully landscaped all-inclusive resort. Meals are served buffet style at different stations, each with a different kind of food. Even with the variety it is difficult for vegans because much of the otherwise vegan food is prepared with milk or butter. Staff are accommodating but there is a language barrier in that many of them speak only Spanish. Vegetables are more often than not overcooked. There is a good selection of fish, meat, eggs, salads, and pasta. Service is great. Laundry is expensive and takes 24 hours. The kids club is fabulous and safe. Beaches are good. Pools are excellent, and there are volleyball courts where there is usually a game. Evening entertainment is good. The Chef de Village (resort manager) makes the rounds and talks to guests to see how they are doing. A pretty good vacation ; I would come back. Recommended

Went in early December and stayed in the basic room. Low crowd levels. Tons of activities open. Only two formal dining areas available at the time, some construction on another in process. Wish the room air conditioning was a bit stronger and the beds were a little bit softer, but loved everything else! Went as a date, but would love to bring the rest of the family back for more!

Lovely location with friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the sports activities and the GO’s who ran them- Jorge at golf (knowledgeable and a good instructor) and Javier and Melanie who ran a variety of energetic fitness classes. There are so many good food options-I am surprised I did not gain more weight! Would return to a Club Med when looking for an All-Inclusive vacation .

The resort was good and had many activities to engage the people staying. Being an all inclusive resort, it's worth it. Good food, water sports, sunlight and the beach are the best part. I enjoyed staying there. Must visit if planning for a relaxing holiday!

Really great family friendly resort, very oriented towards active types. There are 12 really good tennis courts and lots of lessons for all levels. Beach volleyball is always available and there was a tournament they put on every day before dinner. Surprisingly good basketball courts too. The food is surprisingly good, everything felt very organized, and the property is very clean. The only thing is they don't have cash available (everything is put on the room), but you should be able to tip, so bring lots of small bills.

Mixed feelings about this trip, rooms were very disappointing, resort was okay but you see it's a bit tired and needs upgrades. I will post some pics of the rooms so you can make up your mind if it's acceptable for you but the booking website promised freshly renovated rooms. Food and animation team were great, like we are used to in club med, so many things to do and experience. Bar and restaurant staff was a bit hit or miss some very friendly others just doing their job. Last but not least a very bad experience at the watersport center made me decide to give it only 2 stars, knowing full well that I will visit club med again but.......not this location.......and oh yeah before I forget.....it's full of french people ;-)

We had a great time! Club Med did not disappoint! Food and restaurants were excellent! The Hispaniola restaurant had just opened when we arrived on July 14. It was fabulous with a view to die for. Resort and grounds were lovely, clean, organized and well groomed. Loads of activities. The circus school was amazing…I would give it greater than 5 stars! Customer service was fabulous. Only small concern we had was the age of the room(s) we were in. Our room was a bit dated but still very clean but then again, we spent very little time in there. We originally asked for a room closest to the adult side (furthest from any noise) but that room was dated, old with some cosmetic issues. The fridge wasn’t working and the lock on the door wasn’t in good shape and it smelled like mold. We asked for a change in rooms which they accommodated right away and they placed us in another room which was right next to the theatre. It was much better. We loved being close to everything and when we go back, we will ask for a room closest to everything. I'm sure all renovations will be completed by then. All in all, it was a FABULOUS trip! 11 days of R & R accomplished on this resort. We mostly liked the family feel of it………we loved that there was no swim up bar…it was very family friendly and we met a few like minded families which worked well for us. Will definitely visit again.

This resort is amazing! I’ve come here twice and the service is still amazing! The pool is very nice and relaxing and can cool you down from the warm Dominican sun. Although only 2/3 restaurants were in service because of a hurricane but, it was still amazing food and desserts! There are so many options for everyone to enjoy and there is a large range of different foods. The 2 bars at the resort were top notch and made amazing drinks (nonalcoholic too) my favorite part of this resort is the Circus by Club Med, kids and adults can fly high on the flying trapeze, bounce on trampolines, and spring on the bounce wall! The acrobats are so amazing at teaching the guests all of the new tricks and how to perfectly execute them safely. The shows put on here are some of the best! Dancers and acrobats preform together and create something incredible. They also have a smaller and earlier show for the kids which is very entertaining for them! The resort is very big, and if you are under 18 without an adult you cannot go on the carts and must walk pretty far (depending on where your room is) which can be a bit frustrating. The rooms are pretty standard nothing special, the beds are comfortable, bottled water (no fee), spacious bathroom and balcony, so good enough but to be honest it doesn’t really matter because you are barely in your room because of the entertainment going on at all times in the resort. The parties are so fun and enjoyable to dance with your friends and party all night. The teen/kids club is great so that us parents can get some time for ourselves. The clubs go from around 830 am to 3/4 pm which is super nice to be allowed to have some adult time. The staff here are so kind and respectful they also are really helpful when assisting guests. All in all, I would 100% recommend this resort as a nice getaway and vacation place for relaxing and enjoying yourself!

The hotel is nice but it’s the appallingly poor management that I’d like to flag. Our room was filthy at check in, there were no pillows for the kids, no blanket for the baby crib. We’ve asked for them multiple times over two days but nothing, absolutely nothing, has been done! The manager of the village is nowhere to be found. Real shame for the Club Med brand.

Our first time at a Club Med and in Punta Cana, for a holiday with our 3 young kids. In summary: it’s not perfect but overall we had a good time at this resort, and we’d come back. I would definitely go back to another Club Med as well, it’s more than just a regular resort. The wide range of activities, shows and beach parties made it a lot of fun. PROS: - Beautiful location and beach - Good value for what it is - we had the cheaper rooms and they were perfectly fine and nice. Included all the food, wine and drinks you need and there’s little need to pay for extras - Lots of activities and fun parties for all ages - I thought the food was fantastic (noting we’re coming from the US). A huge range of options which changed every night - Kids club was generally well organized with lots of varied activities for them CONS - Being a Club Med and an integrated resort, you wouldn’t really know you’re in the Dominican Republic, unless you make the effort of arranging tours outside. I wish they had made more of an effort to incorporate elements of local culture (live music, cultural activities) into the resort itself - The staff/service was quite variable. Some were wonderfully friendly and nice. Others seemed very grumpy and unhappy. No idea if this is because they work long hours etc, but it impacted our experience a bit. - The kids liked the Mini Club on some days but not others - Whilst the food was good the restaurants at times became extremely disorganized, especially at breakfast time, where each and every day they ran out of milk, bowls and people to serve coffee! - Whilst you probably won’t need to buy much extra stuff while you’re there, if you do have to buy something from their shops, the prices are insanely expensive - eg US$45 for a basic small bottle of sunscreen (make sure you bring loads!). And while I love wine I couldn’t bring myself to pay for the “premium” bottles which I saw in some case were priced at 5-10x the price of that same bottle at home Anyway despite the cons we still had a great time.

This was amazing trip for us with 4 kids under the age of 8 for 6 days. Rooms: yes they are outdated and worn down BUT they did good job cleaning ( we were not in the room too much anyway). We were able to get connecting rooms and it was spacious. Service: wow our check in with Montserrat was amazing! Everyone was very nice thank you guys Food: all food was very good and big selection, great and easy to get a spot at the restaurants.Alcohol on the other hand didn’t taste too good. Entertainment: Now this is what will make us come back, I love the evening shows and the circus training. They do really good job with planning a lot of stuff for their guest! Adults and kids! Everyone from the circus team was so nice and friendly you just want to be around them! Gift shop: Now here is where we could use more friendlier staff and of course it is all overpriced so if you are on a budget bring lot of sun screen because they will charge over $20 for a bottle 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Beach: we actually spend more time here at the beach than pool I felt like the beach was cleaner.(pool was very hot and by the afternoon water seemed grayish) They did very good job cleaning out seaweed from the beach we truly appreciate that! Overall we will be back next year ;-)

The staff are really friendly, especially Samantha, Nathan and Waly who have help make our experience more enjoyable! They have a wide variety of delicious food and the drinks are amazing! The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is great if you want to relax after being in the sun all day. There are so many places to cool off like the pool and ocean, and fun activities to do like trapeze and archery. Overall, Punta Cana is an amazing place to stay at because of Club Med!

Our family of five, (which included my 7 month old grand daughter) just returned from this resort yesterday. My recommendation to those seeking this type of experience is to look elsewhere. The rooms, service and the ability to communicate with the staff in English were very poor. My perception is that there is very poor leadership in place for this resort. Typically, when you see this level of issues, the organization is about to go under and is directly linked to poor/lack of leadership. The food was acceptable. The show I saw was good. The child care area smelled like rubber. We had to change rooms due to high levels of moisture, a c not working properly, faucets not working properly. ants in drawers, coffee maker not working, etc. The second room had mildew in the shower, coffee maker did not work, safe did not work, floors had not been cleaned, etc and this was an improvement over the first room. If our daughter had not spoken Spanish and French, it would have been extremely hard to communicate. A guest from another country wanted to fight my husband basically because we were Americans. (staff member did take control of this person) Beach was pretty, however, lots of seaweed and sargassum was present. (Staff cleaned often) We were there in their off season. I cannot imagine what it would have been like during peak. Tito, our bar host, was amazing. Applause to him!! Infinity pool was beautiful. This is a great concept, too bad it is so poorly executed. We will not be returning!!

I had the pleasure of staying at club med punta cana this remarkable hotel with my family, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this establishment prided itself on providing an outstanding guest experience. The array of activities offered was unparalleled, catering to all age groups and interests. The staff at the hotel deserves special commendation for their impeccable service. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was seamless and memorable. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a diverse range of activities was truly impressive. Whether it was engaging water sports, relaxing by the poolside, or participating in family-oriented events, there was never a dull moment. This made our stay especially enjoyable, as there was something for everyone. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a welcoming haven after a day of exploration and excitement. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities did not go unnoticed, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay. In conclusion, our experience at this Punta Cana hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a stunning location, an extensive selection of activities, and the exceptional staff truly sets this establishment apart. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience, my only concern regarding my stay over there was the room, we had some issues that was not addressed as we were expecting, and another really bad experience was with the Family manager Flo, a side from the fact that she left us wating for her for more than 45 minutes outside her office but further more she chose not to be flexible with us although she could've made our stay much more exceptional being a bit flexible, last but not least i would like to thank Younis from restaurant Hespaniola this man is an exceptional human being, i would love to mention all the amazing people i met. Ester and the beautiful nights we enjoyed with her, Ugo chef de village, Caludia from réception she is amazing. Piercy was also amazing. Yolanda from room service was exceptional too. Esamel the sports manager is an awesome person. Ahmet and koray from bar Cielo those guys are from another world amazing people. Wutherlande from Hespaniola was awesome too.

I have been at the Club Med for a couple days and have had the best time. I have made so many friends from so many different places . The kids club was a blast and I’ve laughed so hard so many times. All the GO were so nice but my favorite ones were Lulu, Waly, Sophie, and Chrislove ! I became a pro at the trapeze and want to be here every day! ❤️ Thank you Club Med!

This was by far the best holiday my husband and I ever had. The village is just breathtaking, the food is delicious AND healthy. We loved being able to do many sport activities (trapeze, sailing, tennis, golf…). I highly recommend it if you are looking to stay active, meet a lot of lovely people and have a really break from the city. I also highly recommend to take tennis classes with Octavio, one of the best coach I had. Definitely, we will return!

I had to say this place is amazing not only was I able to find a lot of peace and quietness yet I had amazing GO's as well. One of them includes the name Arthur he was super kind with me and was always kind with everyone. Another one is Lulu Lulu only speak French, which was a fun challenge to be able to improve my French. Next is Wally. Wally was very athletic and challenged me in many athletic sports activities, and finally Sophie, Sophie was super kind overall and always invited me to every to every event. I had an overall amazing time and I would definitely rate this five stars please bring your kids here.

Cash got stolen inside my room. I recently stayed at Club Med Punta Cana and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My cash, totaling $260, was stolen from my resort room. The cash was inside a deep pocket in my backpack folded behind other papers. The person who stole my cash left some change in the hope that I would not discover the disappearance. Despite bringing the matter to the attention of the management, the response was not as proactive as I had hoped. Management reported the issue and said that a case would follow up with me a week later. It's been many weeks and I still have not heard anything. Also, it was not just me, my fellow guests reported that their stuff had been gone through. Someone also tried to enter their rooms multiple times while they were inside. I am worried for this resort’s security and safety measure. I encourage the management to consider enhancing security measures to prevent such incidents in the future. It was very disappointing that such unjust acts go unnoticed. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

This is our second time back and we will continue coming back. The activity organization is fantastic and provides a great vacation with family or friends with different interests. Whether you want to relax by the pool or beach, or learn a new skill (tennis, sailing, trapeze, etc), there's something for everyone all day. Food is always great, especially for buffet. Fresh made plates by chefs, 2 buffet dining locations that have roughly 10 different stations each. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out, especially the newly remodeled family rooms. Best part for us is always the service. From check-in to bar tenders and waiters everyone is happy to help and be of assistance.

Check-in wasn't available until 5:00 PM. They were booked at 110%. The rooms were small and run-down. Shower tiles were cracked, the TV didn't work, and the window leaked rainwater, leaving a large puddle on the floor. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were good. The AC worked well. Food was just okay - disappointing for a luxury resort. It was plentiful with variety though. The grounds were nice and well maintained. The beach was fine, There were lots of free activities and paid excursions. Good for kids, but there was a "Zen" area for adults only. The common areas were nice and well kept. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. An okay experience, but not luxury, despite the luxury price.

I just got back from Club Med Punta Cana, and I have to say that I was impressed with my overall stay. From the airport pick up to drop off, the staff made sure I had everything I need. The buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing. The fresh fruit and vegetables was the perfect touch to each meal. The manager there Jennifer was an amazing person to meet! She made sure that everything was taken care of to a T. I was there for a conference. This was my first time at a resort out of the country so I have to say that Club Med and their staff impressed me with the way they treat both guests and employees. Their team work and their drive to make their guests feel comfortable definitely shows in their hospitality. I give them five stars and 100% recommend this resort for your stay in Punta Cana.

I have visited several resorts and this one has it's own flow. You can honestly have the vacation you want. With a little daily planning you can be as involved or as isolated as you want. Food was great, but service at the main restaurant varied greatly and you spent a lot of time waiting for your glass to be refilled. The resort was NOT crowded so there was room for everyone. It's the only good part of this pandemic.

Lovely vacation. Wish they did better with gluten and dairy allergies. All the main dishes for many meals had either or both. It's not that hard to make meat without a sauce or breading...

We just came back after staying at the resort for 7 days. Club Med Punta Cana was an absolute amazing experience. It was a last minute booking to celebrate my spouse's 40th bday and she definitely has a blast. We came as a family of four with 4 year old twin boys. The kids enjoyed the mini club during the day (8am to 5pm) and at night (7pm to 9 pm). Thomas, who is in charge of the kids entertainment was always around and always going out of his way to help in any way, whether it was kids related or not. Fannie, Ronny, Steph, Sophia, Pepito (sorry if I missed some names) from the mini club had the kids involved in all kinds of activities throughout the day. Having the kids in the mini club allowed my spouse and I to enjoy quality time on our own, which was much needed. There are 3 bars around the resort but if you want to have the best drinks then you definitely have to go to the one at Indigo and see Alina. Her bartending skills are absolute best!!! (And she deserves a promotion). The food was excellent and the selection is really on the healthy side. The beach parties were nice and so were the barbecues. The adult only Zen pool was nice to get away from the loud party scene and just relax. The shows are fun and entertaining. The nightlife is good and club scene runs until 2 am. A few remarks in case management is looking for constructive criticism. It would be nice if there was some alcohol selection at the Hispaniola besides just the beer on tap. A bar during buffet hours would be a great addition. The other big one was the place too get towels - please provide more of those then just having it by the two pools. People at the beach need towels too and the walk is kind of far. Overall, the positives definitely far outweigh the little things that could be improved. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice family getaway.

Cocktails and service in the bars of high quality and impeccable. Congratulations Tulio for your kindness, professionalism and for your wonderful team. Lovely flower. Pepito and Nathy were our loves. Lovely Enol and Fritznel. Great circus team. Our entire stay was perfect, our thanks to the Chef de Village and the entire Club Med Punta Cana team for this wonderful vacation. See you soon...

What a fantastic resort. First class staff, food and amenities. Kids wanted us to move here and never leave, and to be honest, we kinda wanted to do the same.

We just got back from a week long stay here and we all had a blast! I was seriously impressed at how hard the staff work to keep everything exquisitely maintained. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The food was always fresh and tasty. We also brought our 18 month old with us. They have a baby club there that my daughter LOVED. The nannies we all super nice and attentive to the kids. It’s the best resort I’ve ever been to for adults and children of all ages. We will definitely be back!

Our trip stated a bit rough because the AC on the room wasn’t working. We had maintenance check it out and confirm it wasn’t working properly. After speaking with Roberto at reception , he was able to speak with his manager and give us a room upgrade . Because of this, our trip has been incredible . Roberto was so kind and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were properly accommodated, so thank you Roberto and thank you Club Med !

Great place, highly recommend. Clean rooms, many free activities included, nice variety of food. Great for families and couples. Beautiful blue water and they had seaweed barriers. Included golf and tennis lessons. Entertainment in the evening. They have child care options.

Excellent stay at Club Med Punta Cana again this year! Lots of activities, with awesome coaches at fitness and tennis in particular. The team at the Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med was amazing as always. As gold members, we had a dedicated GO who helped us with many questions.

Overall the grounds are very nice and the entertainment was good. But if you are not French and or cannot speak French, stay away. All of the food, entertainment, announcements, menus etc were all catered toward a European audience. I went on a work trip which was fully paid for, but if I had spent my own money I would have been extremely disappointed

We cannot recommend it more! Second year in a row for thanksgiving week! And the best if you have children…. But great activities if you are single too!

This resorts should have a 'French-speaking visitors only' label, as about 95% of the staff were unable to understand or speak proper English (even at the Front Desk...). I've visited about 20 Club Meds in my life and have never experienced such a 'pro-French' vibe as this resort has felt like to us. Upon arrival -our inbound flight came from Paris- the Chef du Village immediately started his introduction in French, not bothering to ask if there were any non-French speaking guests in the group. We were then escorted to our room, by a GO that could not answer simple chit-chat questions like "how long have you been working at this club?" It all felt very uncomfortable from the beginning. The quality of the restaurants was so-so, but got better during our stay. The quality of the room was fine, since we didn't pay top Dollar and therefor lowered our expectations. We were actually surprised by the size of it! We could really tell that the Chef du Village and staff were doing there best to give people a great time. But, having spoken to other non-French-speaking guests, I can say that we weren't the only ones that felt like outcasts. It's such a shame, because the location of the resort is amazing. We loved the connection between the pool and the beach and the 'open and airy' atmosphere of all the bars, restaurants etc. That would be the only reason for us to return, but to be honest, I think we won't.

My family I just returned from this resort and it was our first Club Med experience. We absolutely loved it, best holiday we've had in a while. We stayed in the Tiara exclusive space and the infinity pool looking at the ocean was breathtaking. Christelle and her team are amazing, as was all the staff we encountered. Our daughter loved the kids club and all the activities, and we loved taking advantage of the adult-only Zen pool whole she was having fun. I read a whole book for the first time in years! Based on this experience we would seek out other Club Meds, but especially can't wait to return to this paradise!

Superb food (favourite restaurant is Hispaniola) every day. The staff are wonderful (Samuel in archery, Haya/Obi/Marino in water sports, Brigitte in Kids’ Club etc.) and there are lots of activities to enjoy. A great value-for-money experience. Highly recommended.

For me, the best quality/service/experience lodgings in Punta Cana. The way in which they organize their staff to make you feel welcoming and being able to guide you around nearby authenticity has still not been understood by other hotels nearby. The last time I visited I went to the one in Miches and it was wonderful! Will be back soon for sure! Yadi & Sonia from Tourimpact Group

Great experice at the club med!!! There was a lovely young organizer i think Hugo was his name. He was the sports organizer for my morning jogs and aquafitness activities. It was so much fun to let loose with him and i learned a lot about my body as he is very knowledgeable about fitness. Thanks to everyone at the stay and my new friend Hugo!!

We had a fantastic trip to Club Med Punta Cana. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The food was delicious. My children loved all the activities in which they could participate. We all enjoyed the food and the drinks. We would definitely go back again!

I am a returning customer with yet another wonderful stay and experience at Club Med Punta Cana. Beautiful resort with tons of activities catered to different tastes. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Delicious food. Zen Oasis (adult only area) is amazing, beautiful rooms, pool and awesome bar (smoothies are very good).

Customer service on the phone during booking was a hit or miss depending on who you were talking to. Their phone reps were often confused and not well informed. Information online did not match what the agents were saying. That should have been a red flag for us not to book with them. We then decided to cancel the booked trip within our allowed time window because we realized that too many online reviews were complaining about the rooms' quality, which is important to us. They said no problem and processed the refund from their end. But here is the catch, we were then informed that refunds take a minimum of six weeks to be processed. We have canceled trips with a couple of different resorts in the past, and it was always five to ten business days. Six weeks for a refund is ridiculous. Fix your phone customer service and refund procedures Club Med, and we went from planning to travel to a few different Club Meds this year to running away from them altogether. I would be happy to adjust this review if Club Med fixes this issue promptly.

Just had a vacation here and loved it! The staff were all super friendly and was easy to find a couple favorite bartenders, especially Alina at indigo bar! The Zen pool was lovely, very much enjoyed the hot tub oasis in the evenings. Beach was great, i slid a blue chair forward to lounge right at the water line. Such a relaxing experience. Also really enjoyed the sunset cruise/snorkeling and the archery lesson! Tried the mini golf as well which was cute, but the holes need a little upkeep, the "grass" lining is coming apart or lumpy in many places. But i got the feeling many people don't really use it much anyways. Also the mosquitoes out there and in a few other areas are absolutely vicious if you aren't prepared with some good repellant! I only took one star off the room because we got locked out the day before we were due to leave and it was a hassel to get rectified, we were very late for our dinner reservation at Altimar because of this issue. Oh and also that dinner was disappointing considering it was the only restaurant you had to pay extra for ($80 pp) and the food was not any better than the regular included food. Actually the appetizer and desert were worse than the free options. Would do the vacation again but wouldn't bother with a restaurant not included unless i went off resort.

Unbelievable. What a wonderful retreat. Great way to regenerate your soul and spirit. Nature was beautiful. The bluest ocean and whitest beaches I've experienced in quite some time. The resort is very Covid19 conscious with several protocols in place to keep guests safe. Best staff in the planet. Would do again in a heart beat. Go treat yourself. You deserve it.

All inclusive. Amazing food, excellent service, impeccably kept grounds, lots to do on land & in water. Good for couples, singles, and families. The worst thing I can say is that the rooms could use a little sprucing up, though everything was clean and functional. The Zen "adult only" is the newer side. We had a great time and will be back with the family.

From my son: it was awesome because the food was epic, the kids club was awesome, at the kids club we did archery and much more. From me: If you want to sail: ask for JOSE, he has lots of patience & will show you in the water, if you want to learn tennis, ask for GERMAIN, if your child is 8-10 I hope OBERSON & QUINCY are his teachers ..although everyone is REALLY NICE at the kids club!!! CHRISTINE from Cape Cod was the BEST yoga teacher so far....we had a fantastic week & cant wait to be BACK!!!! 🥰

We spent nearly a week here with our 6 month old baby while my wife attended a conference at the resort. What an incredible experience. The property is secluded, with a beautiful beach. Rooms were nice and comfortable with twice daily housekeeping. The food was delicious with so many options. But the best part was the staff. They were all so helpful and friendly. I will not forget the kindness they all showed to our baby. For families traveling with young ones, this place is amazing. They have baby solid foods, provide bottle warmers, changing pads, baby tubs and a pack and play for the room. They even have a bottle sanitizer.
