Just returned from a four-night stay, ocean view and club level on Zilara (adults-only side). It's a beautiful resort and the staff makes this place shine. I can't say enough about the workers' friendliness and upright desire to please. They are proud of their country and this resort corridor-- as they should be. Here's why it wasn't a five-star experience. Food is never outstanding in the DR and my fiance and I went in with minimal expectations. My soon-to-be wife loves the DR and has been 12+ times to various resorts. She thought the food was on par with most other properties, which was disappointing considering this is supposed to be the gem on the block. The hibachi and Italian were our favorites. I found the Indian inedible though I'm an admitted Indian food snob. But Journeys tasted like the curry/marinades you'd buy at a US supermarket. The piano player at One Eyed Cat is tremendous. Fun atmosphere there, too. While the staff is A++++, our room was skipped 3x for housekeeping despite us not having the do not disturb light on. Manager said he isn't sure what happened. Hopefully unique to us. There also isn't a lot to do unless you want to get drunk and eat very average food all day. The same crowd crowded the swim up bars each day. We aren't big drinkers so when we did want a drink, we had to navigate the drunks and jockey for a drink. Minor issue. We loved the water park but it did get very busy on the weekend. I played Punta Espada golf course (not part of Hyatt) which was a really great experience. Very difficult course and windy but the views are worth the fee. We will return to Punta Cana, though Hyatt might not be our spot.

The hotel is big, clean, luxurious and the food is good. I would have given the hotel a 5 star if not for some observations. First of all, we got bitten badly in the room. Didn’t get to know what it was. Second, I observed that the staff treats blacks differently. Though the Dominicans will say they are black, they treat black people at this hotel differently. I sat down right by the smoking area actually just by the wall of it. The staff would come to tell me I couldn’t smoke my cigar there but they would only come after the other cigar smokers have left. The other cigar smokers were white. One of the days I sat with a guest who’s white, smoking cigars and having a drink. As soon as he left after 45 minutes together smoking, the staff came to me telling me I couldn’t smoke where I was.I had to point it out to him that he passed by several times but never came to me when I was with a white guy. My issue was they never came when I sat with a white guy, neither did they come when the white guys were there. They only came when I was alone. Moreover this was right by the smoking area. Only difference was we were on a lounge chair by the wall. Even though I reported my complaints to the managers, no one showed any concern. I had a picture of the swelling on our body too which I showed a manager and all he tried to do was explain that it must be our skin. We were bitten by something yet no one cared. I also showed a picture of a lizard in the bathroom and no one cared or even offered to help get it out. I was disappointed. Will I stay at this hotel again, definitely not. Will I recommend it to people. If you’re black, please think twice.

Five star prices for three star service. We had multiple issues during our stay, all of which were corrected, but not before we were given an excuse each time. When we travel on a five star vacation we hope to not experience so many issues. A couple of issues are understandable, but not one or more each day. In short, we probably won’t return. 1. Resort - very beautiful and well maintained grounds. It’s location is pretty far from any excursions. 2. Activities - lacking. There was a short show or two each night, but other than say drinking by the pool there was not very much to do. The pool closes at 7. The water sports were fun, but the space available to sail or do other activities was very limited. Most of the activities were in the space between family and adult resort so children were present. 3. Food - average. The portions were small and taste inconsistent. At dinner one night three in our party ordered the short ribs. Two were too tough to chew and one was good. We have not been to many all inclusive resorts and in talking to others, they said that the food was consistent with other all inclusive resorts that they’ve been to. 4. Drinks - bartenders were great and so were the drinks. 5. Hotel service - poor. We arrived very early (1pm) and requested a room near our friends. Hotel check in was supposed to be 3pm. We were club guests so we expected slightly better service. We checked in multiple times to see if our room was ready. At 3:45 we went to reception and were told that that our room was ready and they were getting ready to message us. They did end up upgrading the room as a result of the delay so that was appreciated. 6. Housekeeping - for the first two days we had no housekeeping service. The concierge said it was because our do not disturb light was on. It was not. They apologized and sent someone to clean the room. The next day we were in the room, no do not disturb sign on the door, the maid knocked and then walked away after placing a door card on our door indicating that she could not enter because the do not disturb sign was on. It was not. 7. Room service - the food was great, it just took a long time. One breakfast took an hour and a half.

Beautiful resort with great accommodations and beach. We really enjoyed the resort and in particular the staff were wonderful. So friendly and willing to help with a smile. Our only disappointment was the food. This is a high end resort, the restaurants are really well appointed but the quality of food is not up to par. For example, the steaks at the steak restaurant were of poor quality. If the Hyatt addresses the food quality it will truly be 5 star.

It's a really good resort but they push hard for reviews while you're staying there which is kind of a turn off. Also, if you want to pay for a room upgrade be prepared for "bartering" just offer way less than you think, they might do it. Otherwise the property is gorgeous, food is amazing... Shutters breakfast and lunch is best and tempest table is best for dinner.

Just got back from a 6-night stay with Club level service. The resort itself was a very beautiful, well maintained and very clean place with a beautiful, clean, weed-free beach. The service was top notch, and the staff, from the maids to servers, bar tenders etc. were top notch with amazing attitudes. Drinks were great and some of the food was great, some just OK. We felt the resort lived up to the you tube reviews and we found it as advertised. However we found the nighttime activities somewhat limited because After about 9-9:30 PM there didn’t seem to be much to do. We met several couples who come back every year and love the place. Everyone we saw seemed to be enjoying themselves.

This is an AMAZING resort and the overall experience of the stay offered at Hyatt Zilara is absolutely lavish. - We had upgraded our room to a swim up and would totally recommend that if you prefer having the convenience of stepping out of the room directly into the pool (less crowded water). - The food and drinks were not the best but were definitely good. We tried the food at "Journey" restaurant and it was totally worth it! - The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay, so make sure to tip them. If you are celebrating any special occasion, make sure you remind them repeatedly (to get a possibility of specials) before coming because even though it was mentioned on our initial booking and on arrival, they kind of "forgot". Overall, this is a great all inclusive resort and I would definitely recommend this place and would also visit in future!

Just checked out of the resort and the worst part about it was having to leave. This place is immaculately clean, inside and outside. Service was best I’ve experienced at an all inclusive. Staff extremely attentive. We had just one poor experience at dinner one night having to wait an hour to be seated, but other than that, we always got seated right away. Food was very good, for an all inclusive. Beach was amazing but we spent most of our time at the pools because there was an issue with the seaweed this time of year. But the white sand was incredible. Definitely will be coming back to stay at this resort!

Phenomenal experience at the Hyatt Zilara in Cap Cana. Stayed here purely based on previous reviews, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Beautiful blue pool waters, gentle ocean breezes, and top level service. Would recommend upgrading to the club level service, worth it for breakfast at Shutters alone. Many different restaurants to choose from. Nothing blew us away from a food standpoint, but all was really good. Italian and Asian spots we like the best for evening dinners. Some tips for you before you go: - Again club level for something other than buffet. -They have house wine available even though they only give you bottle options. Just ask. -We did a ATV excursion but felt like it was not worth being away from the resort for the six hours we were gone. Lots of peddling on the excursion with aggressive people asking for money. -The staff from Bell boys, the butlers, and all service work really hard so be sure to reward them with tips. -Any bar we went to even if they did not have a drink on the menu they would make it for us. -It was nice having the option to go over to the sister property next-door for different food options. -Lots of daily activities on property, and the beach is just beautiful as well! Overall just an amazing trip, hated to leave. Would absolutely visit other Zilara properties in other countries too.

We had an amazing all inclusive resort vacation here. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The swim up pool was amazing. Our Butler Luis was the best. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it once in a life time experience. The beach was just gorgeous. Best resort we've been to yet!

Hands down, best resort I've ever been to. The atmosphere, food, drinks, service, pool, beach, etc - all excellent. Food and drinks are infused and seasoned, making your experience unique. For restaurants, we loved Shutters & the hibachi restaurant. For drinks, at the One Eyed Cat, get the spectre drink, they put a bubble filled with infused smoke on top of a martini glass. Truly not one thing I could complain about. If you're debating coming here, just do it - it was one of the best island trips I've had!

Booked through Costco and was a little apprehensive because never booked though them before, couldn't have been better. Using them provided us with 'club' level so we had access to private bar, pool and concierge, Eli. Eli was there for anything we needed, checking in frequently to make sure all was good. We never heard 'no' all week, the staff we all very friendly and helpful to ensure our vacation was flawless. The facility is new and beautiful, clean with very nice rooms. Multiple restaurants with a variety of options, buffet is one that no matter your taste or diet you can find something tasty. Pools and spas were large and clean, bars provided anything you wanted. Hyatts are typically great but this one is a level above!

Great resort! Staff amazingly helpful! Food was good overall but had room for improvements, especially in theme restaurants. Best was Italian, NOODLE AND THREAD, and Asian TEMPEST TABLE. Pools, layout of facility was very nice. Great 4-5 day breakaway place.

This resort was amazing. The staff is super friendly, especially Brayan who let us know things to do each day. They have tons of things to do or shows to watch each night. We really enjoyed the fire show. The views are amazing, as well as the restaurants. We would definitely go back! ♥️

I don’t even know where to start, this resort is fabulous and exceeded my expectations! The rooms were very modern and clean. I must say the food was far better than expected at an all inclusive resort. Me and my husband have stayed at all inclusives before and the food is usually not great. The food here was absolutely great! We actually ordered more of some dishes and walked away full. The spa was amazing and so was the romantic beach dinner. The service is great too! Everyone is so friendly and seems to enjoy working here. We definitely will be back with some family in the near future.

The best hotel I’ve been to. Food was fantastic and everything was spotless. There was a review that mentioned the AC not working. I definitely like a cold room and the room was cold. The only negative was my wife mentioned that the water pressure isn’t great to wash her hair. We had a “host” Eli. Very personable. My wife lost her headphones (I was positive they would be gone forever) and within an hour he was able to get them from the lost and found. The staff is trained to put their hand on their heart every time they see you. Honestly I find that uncomfortable, but I understand they want to show you some sort of service. Side note- if you’re traveling to DR from the states, you most likely have enough to tip the staff a months salary relatively easily. Be generous they work hard.

Beautiful resort, warm staff, modern rooms, most of our stay was wonderful. The only issues we had were our room while booked as a club level room we weren't in the club building so to get to the club pool, restaurant, etc. we had to walk across the property. Also, the staff does not check who is club level to limit the guests in the pool nor do they check who has rented a cabana pool side so we had to handle getting someone to leave on our own. I feel like we paid or amenities we didn't actually to get to enjoy. Our goal for the vacation was total relaxation and that wasn't always able to be accomplished by the club pool when it was packed. The food is good. As a self confessed foodie, I have had better. I do think for an all inclusive it was probably very good as we didn't have anything at all that was bad, just not sure why there is so much praise for the food. We did have a great time however, it's a beautiful property and location. Quite a few wonderful staff. Our swim up room proved to be the sanctuary we were looking for to get away from it all.

Holy bananas this place is amazing. Don’t even read the rest of this and book this place. We came for a family trip and I can say the staff is spectacular. Everyone always smiles and goes out of there way to ensure you are taken care of. Being vegetarians, food is sometimes a challenge, but not at this place. The restaurants are amazing. The staff always went out of there way to make sure we had a great meal. Special recognition goes to chef and his team at Journeys Indian restaurant. The meal he made us is easily top 3 when it comes to Indian restaurants. I keep comparing this place to all the resorts we have stayed at since. We will definitely tell everyone to stay here.

Honestly one of the best family vacations we have had. The resort was stunning. All the staff were so friendly. My brother has severe food allergies and they were very accommodating to his needs. Food was great, service was great. The coffee bar was a great - any type of coffee at any time of the day. I do not work out that much and I had to work out because the gym was so nice. Lots of activities during the day. Rooms were nice as well. ONLY con was the water pressure for the shower was not great. But 12/10 recommend. I cannot wait to go back. Many people who we met had vacationed here multiple times.

Wow! I am so happy I came here. This is the perfect place to turn your brain off and just enjoy being pampered. The staff were all super nice and sweet, the food was great at every restaurant I went to (I tried all but two of them). The water was great in the ocean or the pool! The AC in the rooms was fantastic and worked well even though the strong, constant breeze was enough to keep us comfortable outside. I wanna go back!! Worth every penny!!

The hotel’s restaurants were a gastronomic delight. The food was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. The chefs and their teams displayed exceptional culinary skills in preparing delicious dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Furthermore, the restaurant staff was always willing to accommodate any special requests and recommend the best menu items. Special mention goes to Mr. Joel Sella, whom I had the opportunity to meet at one of the restaurants. Congratulations to the Hyatt company for such a beautiful resort.

Talk about feeling at home! The atmosphere and more importantly the bartenders are INCREDIBLE. Specifically Ezequiel and Juan had exceptional service. Mine and my husbands drinks were never empty! Not to mention Ezequiel introduced us to a new combo; tequila shot with a slice of pineapple (no more limes for us)… this is our new favorite! They are so fun to be around and kept us so excited to come for drinks after dinner during our week stay ☺️

Great place very clean rooms are amazing. but it lacks in some areas. if you are not a Hyatt globalist you will not have access to all restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Only thing you will have access to is the buffet. I came for Dominican food, but I only saw a breakfast station in the buffet that offered Dominican breakfast. Other than that, you may want to leave the resort for authentic Dominican food. The bars are great. love the waterpark.

Exceptional food and drinks, while the staff was also very accommodating and we received great service all week at the restaurants and pool/beach. Each restaurant not only had good food but the ambiance and setting of each was also great as each has a unique design/theme. The resort is also in a very private part of Punta Cana and we did not see anyone selling items on the beach which was a big plus for us. The room was very well appointed and the facilities overall were far nicer than a standard all-inclusive. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Punta Cana area.

High end resort with excellent food (best of the 8 AIs we have tried by far). Buildings, restaurants, rooms, and grounds are beautiful. Service is wonderful. If you are a beach lover I would look elsewhere, it is very murky and rough to walk in. Everything within the control of the resort was 5 stars.

The resort is stunning, beautifully manicured. It was our first all inclusive experience and this hotel honestly set the standards so high. Large property, lots of restaurants to choose from and great food (we are big foodies so this was important), never had to make a reservation or wait in line, not big drinkers but the drinks we did have were fresh and lovely. The added bonus of staying at the Zilara gives you access to their sister, family property, Ziva, so it was cool to venture over there and try out the restaurants and water park; decent water slides for the young at heart : ) and also a lazy river. Staff very friendly and lots of them, never struggled to find someone if you had a question. I will say it is not a big party resort, the energy definitely shuts down in the evening (which worked for us because we went for relaxation, not entertainment and party vibe). Also, there was some seaweed but I did see the crew out early in the morning doing their best to clear it. We are now looking at trying another Zilara Resort!

Over-the-top indulgent w/o being cheesy. Everyone was so nice, professional & smiley. Food and service way better than I dared to hope for. Facilities were top notch. The spa was amazing! Ynez gave the best hot stone massage I've ever had!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I would definitely come back. The beach is beautiful. We were always able to get chairs and the staff would move them to wherever we wanted. The food was great. So many different options. The room service was also very nice and convenient. We also enjoyed the snacks that were left by the cleaning staff. We didn’t get to try all the places, but the Tempest and the Italian place were yummy. We also really enjoyed the Snack Bar. The pool looked beautiful. We stayed at the beach the whole time, so never utilized the pool, but recommend getting down there early to reserve your spot. Staff: Extremely friendly. Every single person was so nice and really did not want you to lift a finger. The service was 10/10. Club Access: We did not do this and I do not regret it. Weirdly the hotel staff was bargaining with me on prices / rates for club level to get me to upgrade, but we still passed. It didn’t seem worth it. People still served us drinks at the beach and we didn’t really feel like we were missing out on anything. We were able to get room service for breakfast or eat at the buffet. The coffee shop also has pastries. If you are on the fence, I don’t think the club access is worth the money personally. Zilara is a much calmer side than the Ziva (the kids side). Anytime we ventured over to the Ziva side, the energy was completely different. It’s definitely more lively on that side. We preferred the more relaxed vibe of Zilara. Overall, I loved our stay here and would definitely come back and am already recommending this to my friends.

This place is top notch, the second you arrive you are greeted with a smile. My wife and I came for a getaway trip and I can say the staff is spectacular. Everyone always smiles and goes out of there way to ensure you are taken care of. The restaurants are amazing, and having access to the Ziva side is a great deal The staff always went out of there way to make sure we had a great meal. You also will not find a more friendly and accommodating staff than this crew. I keep comparing this place to all the resorts we have stayed at and none even come close. We will definitely tell everyone to stay here. We look forward to our next trip!

I was so impressed with Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. The beach and pools were fantastic. It was such a relaxing vacation. I loved that there was so much to do from swimming and hot tubbing to paddle boarding and kayaking to archery on the beach to amazing night events. We loved listening to the piano at the bar and a variety of musical performances at the bottom of the stairs in a green space (we always sat around the fire pit to talk and listen). They had a very cool performing bartender we enjoyed as well as fire dancers in addition to the music. There really was something for everyone. What really made our stay were the people. We met Diomedes when he was teaching guests how to do archery. He remembered our names and always went out of his way to say hi to us when we saw him around the resort and was always helping out. He really made our stay! Jose, at the club pool, made amazing drinks, made us laugh, and made us feel welcome. Antonia and Francis at the club bar were also fantastic at making delicious drinks and always had a recommendation for us when we asked. They went out of their way to make food that they normally would not. For example, there was a day I woke feeling a bit of stomach upset and asked for some white toast and they brought it up immediately for me. Another example was when I was feeling just a salmon with butter and they made that for me instead of the sauce that was listed. We asked the cleaning service to come at a specific time which they did readily so we could have clean sheets to rest on in the afternoon. The cleaning service was top notch and always left plenty of water bottles in addition to getting everything spotless. The room was comfortable and very spacious. We went with the least expensive club option and it felt like we went with the most expensive option by how wonderful it was. The club level was absolutely worth it just for the club pool (that hot tub was by far the best) and the club bartenders.

This is an AMAZING resort! Excellent food and beverages- never had a bad experience. Entire staff is welcoming and very friendly. We got an Oceanfront swim up suite and didn’t regret it!! We had the best view, chairs & pool right outside our door. Our butler Andrew was the best- he was available for anything we needed and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy. Thank you Andrew & Hyatt Zilara- we will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying the staff and the service was great. Room was clean and the hotel is beautiful. Food was great as well. Reason I only give it 4 stars it’s because as expensive as this resort is, alcohol drink selection was really weak. They only have 1 tequila selection I had never seen before which was really a big no no for me. I can compare the Drinks they offer to a really really much cheaper resort I’ve been to in the country. Also I paid for a room with a private pool which is worthless since the water in the pool is extremely cold all day long so we didn’t even attempt to use it. Same was the case for the big infinity pool they have for all guests. The jacuzzi however was decent. Also in my opinion and it’s not related to my review, if you’re looking for an atmosphere to turn up dance, etc I wouldn’t recommend this resort as it is really calm and chill. However If you want calm and chill you’ll be good there.

Hands down one of the best use of Hyatt points in the Western Hemisphere. Great value even if you're paying full rack rate. Everything is brand new (resort opened in early 2020) but the staff is incredibly well-trained and phenomenal. Food was pretty good. The amenities were insane (try the water park and the fitness center is better than 50% of Equinox's I've been to). Omg and the food portions though... let's put it this way... they are very generous with their proteins. I mean it was insane. Way better than most other all-inclusives I've been to (including ones at a much much higher price point). Absolutely zero complaints and would come back again.

5 Stars for an amazing experience on the water. Facing due East, the sun rises early in the morning for the experience here.. everything is very well thought out. You never cast your eyes upon anything unfinished. Everything is immaculate. Service is not incredible, but they are still considering Covid to be in full effect, so it's understandable that they might not be right up under you every time you turn around. In any case, amazing pool, swim up bars, all balconies have a view of the ocean, tons of restaurants on site, lots of entertainment, how can you not have a great time while you're here? I have enjoyed myself thoroughly.. food is rather bland everywhere, typical of a country club type experience. That's the only downside, I'm my opinion. I would have liked to at least have an option for authentically cooked Dominican food, with real spice and flavor..

I had the most amazing experience (May20-25)! The property was stunning, staff was so accommodating and very kind from beginning to end with the exception of my butler service which was non-existent. I felt like I had to practically beg Andrew for support throughout my stay. I did not meet him until the middle of the second day of my stay. While he seem very nice he did not respond to messages as I was asked to communicate with him through. Nonetheless, the other staff were friendly and accommodating .

Thus place was amazing. The beach was clean and not super crowded. Attendants were always around asking if you wanted drinks or how everything was. The employees were all incredibly helpful and polite. It seemed like they truly liked assisting you with what you needed. Our butler was Frandy and he was amazing. I definitely recommend this location to all my friends. We will definitely be back again.

Where do I begin:Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food delicious in all the restaurants we visited. Great entertainment (music or shows). The beach was cleaned every day. ( never ending job). I made new friends at the Shutters restaurant. It is right by the beach. What a wonderful view of the beach, ocean and horizon, while you enjoying your meal. The services is excellent. It is a great place to visit. I thought I was in paradise. In heaven when I visited the spa for my massage. The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana should be on everyone's bucket list.

We visited this resort when it first opened and even with some facilities being under construction the experience was amazing. The staff was top-notch. Special call-out and thanks to Alejandro!! He went above and beyond - I managed to leave my phone on the plane (and you are not allowed back on after de-boarding) but he knew someone on staff at the airport and they were able to not only FIND my phone, but bring it to the resort! Saved our trip, it would have been a terrible first day and, honestly, entire trip without him. Thank you Alejandro, so so much.

We visited just recently to celebrate an anniversary. The grounds were lovely. Loved the huge pool, but really enjoyed our swim up even more. Food was always great, but the real standout was service. Every, single, person treats you like family. Such a high quality experience when it came to service. We were there when Fiona hit, and I was blown away with the care and professionalism the resort and its staff showed during a difficult time. I hope they bounce back from the storm and would very much consider going back when going to the DR.

This was my boyfriend & I’s first trip together out of the country at an all inclusive & it was definitely the best choice we made as far as resorts to stay at! We loved everything about the place. The staff was also amazing especially Ransel. He was so helpful with everything we wanted/needed. We looked forward to seeing him everyday we were there! He even sent up something special for my boyfriend & I to the room it was so sweet. Definitely consider Hyatt Zilara to be your place to stay. The rooms were great, the daily activities, shows at night, food, and service were all amazing. 10/10.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it.

Service: 10 Stars The people here are so kind, friendly and humble. The energy and love they have for where they work is absolutely wonderful. They made you feel like family. Food and Drinks: 10 Stars I am a wine and champagne kind of woman, and there selections here are amazing. Food was so flavourful and beautifully portioned as well as presented, it left you absolutely satisfied. Rooms: 10 Stars Absolutely breathtaking!

Just celebrated our honeymoon at Hyatt Cap Cana Zilara! We loved every moment. The grounds, food and service was beyond exceptional. There was no bugs at all! We also always felt so safe at the resort. My husband loved the water park. The weather was amazing during our stay. Only downside was the beach and entertainment. If you are looking for a party resort! This is not it. The beach has a lot of seaweed and the water is not clear. As long as you know your expectations before travel, you will absolutely love this resort.

LOVED IT! We went here for our honeymoon and the service was excellent! They even had a cute little happy honeymoon banner, cake and champagne in our room when we got there. The resort itself was BEAUTIFUL, the beaches were lovely. Food was delicious and so much variety, little busy at times but not bad. Fun activities and loved that it was connected to the water park and all the amenities of the neighbor resort. Highly recommend and would totally go back!

Our stay here was simply amazing! I can only say good things about the beautiful beach that is kept in great condition, the pools, the bars and the variety of high end food. I would recommend to others and plan to come back. This was the perfect spot for a romantic stay - the beach was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and I have travelled all around the Caribbean and Australia so I have seen many beaches! Our Butler Larisa Rodriguez went above and beyond for us and made us feel like royalty. We also used to resort photographer for a last minute maternity photo session and were amazed at the quality of the photos that we will now treasure for a lifetime. Sometimes the beach has a little bit of seaweed but this is not something the resort can control and we had many days where there was none at all! The entire resort feels totally luxurious.

This is best all inclusive that we have had the pleasure of visiting. We were fortunate enough to visit for a work rewards trip, so we were with a group of close to 50 people. They took such great care of us! The food served at restaurants and via room service was so delicious! However, we only got to experience a small fraction of the restaurants (you'd need two weeks to try them all!) The staff was all so kind and caring. They were not "fake kind" they genuinely seemed to care about the well being of their guests. Service from the pool bar could be a bit slow, but they were busy. The pool was beautiful and the beach area was so well kept. The rooms are spacious and so functional! They have great storage space, from the open air closet design to the little shelves above the sinks! The spa was so beautiful and smelled absolutely amazing. We loved the hydrotherapy experience and the massages were top notch. The spa smelled amazing and unfortunately, no one knew what oil blend was diffusing. I'd love to have the blend for home use. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and we plan on coming back to stay on the family side with our teenage children!
