Falsely advertised the amount of bedrooms to inflate the price. We only were able to take 1 warm shower and I was there 5 days. Staff did nothing to solve the problem, but contacted me twice since we left about a washcloth, maybe they should call a plumber. SMH Bugs in bathroom I was scared to bring my toiletries bag back to the states! Beautiful property wish the staff were competent

It’s an exclusive paradise ❤️ beautiful beaches and, I recommend Playa Blanca Restaurant, La Cana Beach Club, Ojos Indigenas and the petting zoo 🐴. For staying Tortuga Bay is the top! Unforgettable experience.

Their customer service was terrible a rep called Miguel answered and 4 times I had to repeat my question and wasn't provided a solution. I also speak Spanish fluently so it wasn't a language barrier... hope they get their act together

You must have to pay USD$30.00 just to have acces to a plublic beach (Playa Blanca) if you are dominican and are not allowed in any hotel..... Incredible 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ but if you go after 4:00 P.M. or through a yacht the entrances is free... I thought we had rights to enjoy our beaches .... still proud to be Dominican 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEF!!! THEY CARGE 30 USD AND THEY GIVE YOU PRICES WITHOUT TAXES. AT THE END THEY CHARGE YOU THE TAXED AND GIVE YOU SHOCK + 10% SERVICE CHARGE. BEACH IS TERRIBLE. SEA IS FULL WITHSEA WEED AND THE SEA IS NOT DEEP I CAN WALK TO PUERTO RICO FROM HERE.... I WILL "NEVER EVER" COME HERE AGAIN!!!

For room service I had Hector the Protector taking care of us. At the banquet we had Jandy, Noemy and Bienvenido. They are the Best👌

Very bad place. They charge you USD30 only for access the beach. We wanted only to be an hour or something. Everything here is overpriced and not worth the money. This place is one big scam!
