The Puntacana village is a great break from the hotel if you are close by when on vacation. There are a lot of good restaurants (I think we tried all of them) and the grocery store is key to pick up snacks and drinks for your room. We came around Christmas and it was decorated for the holidays and they has some festivities too.

Extremely good place to live in Punta Canada But never buy any thing because will not be able to sell it in a million years. Best way is to rent for as long as you want. Great food and shopping all around the community, it is right next to the airport, beach is a little far it is very safe and secure. I have been in Dominican for the late 7 months and have not had any security issues what so ever any where and I go around all over the country, so security is not an issues if you are sensible.

Very nice place with a few decent stores . The only problem i found was that all of the stores have the exact same stuff!!

PC Village is always a nice place to visit, filled with themed restaurants ranging from Italian to Mexican, and even fusion. If you’re a beer enthusiast, the Canita Beer factory is a definite must.

Great place for many occasions. They got both casual and fancier food places, depending on your mood and budget. The shops are on the high end spectrum though. Its very common for them to have activities, bazaars and events. Best part is that they are petfriendly on all their outdoor areas (not inside the restaurants unless they have outdoor sitting)

I've found these houses overpriced for what you get. Services are responsive most of the time. The plaza is not bad, the supermarket is very convenient give it's the only one nearby but it's expensive for their usual quality.

A great and quiet place to live, where if you respect the rules and others, you will do very well.

Puntacana Village is a residential area consisting of shops, restaurants, boutiques, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. It’s located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. At night it’s beautiful and lit for the holiday season. It’s so pleasant to walk thru it and sit and relax to chat with friends and family. We went for dinner and the place is spectacular.

If you want to visit Punta Cana outside of an All Inclusive resort then Puntacana Village is the place to be. It is 5 minutes away from the Punta Cana Airport, gated security 24/7, walking distances from restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The only thing you have to be aware of is that if you stay in the village and you want to move around the area it is best if you hire a private driver with his minivan or rent a vehicle because it is 15 minutes away from the day by day area called Bavaro where all the all inclusive resorts are located.

Very cute little plaza with everything you need. A supermarket, restaurants, fast food, looks like a big garden with lots of trees and chilling place.. Is a walking distance from the residential area so must Locals hang around here. There is also a school near by and a church built with coral reef Rock with and arquitectural design like the Colonial times.

Dog friendly with water stations spread around, clean walkways, plenty of open businesses with no vacant lots. Security is present but not obtrusive. Moderately expensive.
