Disappointing.
The
bad
news:
security
layers
are
complicated
to
enter
Cap
Cana,
where
the
hotel
is
located.
I
was
without
cell
phone
reception
and
without
a
working
wifi
in
the
room
until
later
in
the
night,
for
which
I
had
to
keep
reaching
out
to
the
staff.
The
toilet
seat
was
lose,
the
master
bedroom
faucet
had
little
pressure,
and
the
showerhead
was
broken.
The
good
news:
the
area
is
really
safe
and
there
are
security
measures
at
multiple
points.
The
pool
area
is
beautiful.
There
is
a
mini
market,
pharmacy,
and
coffee
shop
nearby.
There
are
bikes
available
to
get
around.
The
apartment
was
very
clean
and
the
kitchen
had
pots
and
dishware.
The
staff
did
the
best
they
could
for
me.
María
and
Elsa
were
helpful.
The
breakfast
was
good.
In
conclusion,
the
hotel
proprietor
needs
to
rent
fixed
apartments
and
not
allow
the
rental
of
apartments
that
aren't
"ready."
I
would
think
twice
before
ever
going
back
and
I
would
check
if
these
basic
things
are
fixed/working
before
renting.
The
staff
do
their
best;
please
be
patient
with
them
because
they
do
alot.
One
nice
tip
for
reception:
when
answering
the
phone,
mention
the
name
of
the
hotel
and
thank
the
customer
for
calling
or
ask
how
to
help.
Thanks
for
all
you
did
to
help
rectify
the
damaged
things.
