Amazing pocket friendly breakfast spot in town!!! They have simply aced the making of “PODI” Their Podi is the top notch, so anything out of their PODI is highly recommended….Button Podi idly, Podi dosa whatever it’s simply wow. Their crispy vadas are unforgettable. Happen to drive in NH66 en route Kannur or Taliparamba then Chaimaram is your ideal stop for breakfast ya evening snack break!🧡

I truly appreciate the initiative of introducing authentic filter coffee for the first time in the Taliparamba area. The snacks and other food items are consistent with what one would expect good and satisfying. Personally, I visit this store primarily for their filter coffee, and it does not disappoint. They use coffee beans from the Hunkal brand, the same quality beans available at the Hunkal Store in Jayanagar, Bangalore, sourced directly from the Hunkal Coffee Estate. That said, I still feel that the milk commonly available in Kerala whether Milma or any other brands does not quite meet the ideal standard required for true filter coffee. However, despite this limitation, the filter coffee served here is better than any other available option in the area. I will update this review again based on future visits and experiences.
