Very disappointed with the experience today. I purchased a family pack worth ₹2098, but right from the beginning the behavior of the front office staff was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a water bottle, they said there was no stock, so I had to buy it separately from another counter. After purchasing the bottle, I requested 4 cups just to drink water with my family, but the staff refused to provide even cups. I really don’t understand this kind of attitude towards customers. This is not about money — it is about basic courtesy and humanity. In most places, if a customer asks for cups to drink water, staff are happy to help. But here, the behavior was completely opposite and made us feel very uncomfortable. After paying ₹2098 for a family pack, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I was thoroughly impressed by the incredible atmosphere at this Chicking outlet. It goes far beyond your typical fast-food environment, offering a genuinely premium and inviting vibe. The entire service center is beautifully designed with modern aesthetics and excellent lighting, creating a bright and cheerful space that immediately lifts your mood. It’s remarkably clean, orderly, and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about how efficiently the branch is managed. There is a wonderful, lively buzz in the air, yet the seating layout offers enough space and comfort to sit back, relax, and truly enjoy your time. Whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a family dinner, the cozy and positive environment makes the whole experience special. It sets a really high standard for food service centers!

I had a really good experience at Chicking. The food quality was excellent, and the chicken was fresh, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The menu has a good variety of items, and everything I tried was served hot and tasted great. The service was quick, and the staff members were polite, friendly, and attentive to customers. The shop was also clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere for dining with friends and family. The pricing felt reasonable compared to the quality and quantity of food provided. Overall, it is a great place for fast food lovers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty chicken, burgers, and snacks.
