I visited KFC Nadapuram today and had a disappointing experience overall. When we entered, the entire place was filled with smoke, which made the environment quite uncomfortable right from the start. While the staff were polite and well-behaved, the overall condition of the outlet was not up to standard. There was excessive water dripping from the AC, with droplets falling all around, making the space messy and inconvenient. On top of that, the restaurant felt very hot and poorly ventilated — we were sweating throughout our meal, which made it difficult to enjoy the food. I appreciate the staff’s attitude, but the maintenance and overall environment need serious improvement to provide a comfortable dining experience.

The chicken was half cooked, waiting was too long. I puked after having it. Plus theres nobody to clear out the trash and they want us to eat next to it. Worst kfc ever visited
