It's not a resort. Don't get impressed by seeing all reviews. In reception they are taking customer phones saying you will get discount and then taking review by their own. They tried the same with me. Took my phone saying they will show the offer before I could realize they gave the review in make my trip app. It's a normal hotel with basic amenities. I am not happy with my stay. I have expected a better stay experience.

This is best family hotel in puri, near golden beach, budget friendly, private balcony is available in every room. Amenities are worked properly. Lower floor restaurant is available. Staffs were very supportive. Definitely visit again.

This is indeed a 2 star hotel. I booked my stay here very recently and found the place unreasonably expensive. There are some good and bad experience of this place that led me to give this a 2 star. The Good: 1. It is located really close to the golden beach. 2. The service is good; the boys working there were responsive and helpful. The Bad: 1. The room and the bathroom were not very clean, the wash basin faucet in my room was non functional and when I complained about it, there was an arrogant old man who was in the reception, I gently asked him that "Sir, why don't you check it before giving the room", who instead of being polite and admitting the fault says "We cant go to 100s of rooms and check whats wrong." The lock in my room was also broken and not easily operable. 2. The bathroom was bad , smelly, broken lightboard switches. The geyser was non functional. 3. Not really worth the price per room; this place should not be more than 800 RS per day. Overall, this place was less than okay for the price I paid and I felt that they don't respect the customer but rather just doing their business.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotel of Puri. Staring from the booking process to check out, all the processes were taken care efficiently. I particularly liked the services and food quality. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Sea beach is at 5-7min walking distance. Various tour & travel companies are available nearby. They take care of room cleanliness very seriously which is an excellent thing depending upon the current situation. This is a perfect hotel for family. I highly recommend Reba Beach Resort for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Room quality with given price is good. Every room has a balcony. Bathrooms could be more cleaner. Bathroom items like soap, toothpaste, shampoos are provided only one per booking, not daily. Living staffs are helpful and well behaved. Accommodation for 3 guest is done with higher price in the same two bed room and they provide a bed on the ground to sleep. Kitchen staffs are not good. Food quality in the hotel restaurant is good but service is late. Room service related to food is also very late on few occasions. Tea is not good which is a must Lift is not available, the hotel boys helps with luggage, but issue for elderly.

A good budget hotel in Puri. Even though its not overlooking the beach its just a short walking distance from the beach. The rooms were spacious enough. The food was decent. The kitchen staff chef was excellent. He was very courteous and prepared the food as per our liking. There was a little lack of coordination between reception and the housekeeping staff. But nothing too blunt and alarming. Informed the kitchen staff to check on the dairy products for the expiry date. Definitely an area of improvement. But we liked was that they acknowledged their mistakes and took action immediately. The best part was the food. Ate good food at quite a reasonable price. Parking space is just for two cars inside the premise. So if its full you would have to park your car outside. It seems relatively safe. Good experience.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Before I book saw review in google and it was best in review platform. But when I stayed actually I felt that the review was true. Everything is smooth. You can take outside food. They will provide cold water whenever you required. The best thing is cleanness. Talking about staff, they are really very humble and honest. Pathetic service. Very unprofessional behaviour by the front office. Restaurant service is a joke. Location and rooms are okay. Not recommending at all. You will find many better hotels nearby at same or better rate. Very much disheartened by the customer reception behaviour. Overall very much unsatisfactory experience. Scam alert: requested for late check-out over phone while enquiring for booking, they informed ₹500/- as late check-out fees. Later while booking, they confirm ₹1000/- will be charged extra if we do late check-out. While check-in, they asked ₹2000/- if we do late check-out.

This hotel is nearby golden beach in holy city of Puri. It's at 500-600 metre inside from beach road. Hotel campus is pretty small, no dedicated parking available. But one may use the outside street space for parking in the night time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. But geyser was not working in my room although it was not much requirements in Puri. There was no lift available too. My room was allotted on top floor, even after requesting they didn't change the room saying no room available. It was very difficult for my parents to come up and down since they are senior citizens. All other things were good.

Pathetic Experience. No alternate arrangement in case of no water supply due to system failure. Faced this issue and it effected the entire days plan due to non availability of water no bath no bathroom usage ladies are suffering. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and not maintained. No extra time providing after hotel checkout timiing despite of rooms availed checked in after 12 hrs from checkin time with full payment. Reception personel an old man very bad and ruthless behaviour . Every cleaning and other staffs ask for tips though it is their duty. No sea view rooms . Foods are repeated everyday for launch . Costly than other local shops though food items are not upto the mark. Water purifier not working but connected with tab and showing working and giving that water to guests. It is simply playing with hygiene and health. Bad Experience

It's an economy Beach Resort. Don't go with the name. Beach is 5 minutes ahead . But you can see Sea Beach from its balcony and the plus thing is to see Jagannath Mandir top from it's balcony. Overall as per price it's pocket friendly and penny worthy.

Very kind, courteous and helpfull hotel staff. The hotel staff speaks good hindi which is important. We would have given more than 5stars for service. They allowed us to keep luggage even after checkout. No comments on food as we didn’t opt for it. The location of hotel is little inside but close to beach and it is compensated by comfort of rooms, We will definitely would recommend this hotel and also we will consider staying here if we come back in future.

Distance from the resort to the beach is 5 minutes only and the to the Jagannath Temple is 15 minutes. The resort is very neat and clean, rooms are pretty big and flexible. Room service is absolutely prompt. We had a last moment booking and they were so cooperative about it. It is couple friendly resort as well as family and child friendly. You can book it without any doubt.

We stayed there for 2 days. Budget friendly hotel, clean rooms. Like the service also, everyone were really helpful.There lunch and dinner is nice. But other items are not that up to the mark. If you are visiting with aged persons or people who could not climb the stairs then this might not be the hotel for you as it has no lift. Beach is in a walking distance.

I have recently visited Reba beach resort for a family vacation. Puri beach is 2mints walking distance from this place. The rooms are spacious, clean and had all amenities required. The manager and hotel staffs are also very helpful and cooporative. Highly recommended to people who want a hassle free stay with friends and family.

A very nice place to stay with family. Rooms, services, staff behaviour, cleanliness are excellent. Having a very good restaurant facility. Superb location. The only negative point is the non availability of any sea viewing room.

Rooms are okay but not up to the price they charge. Not properly clean as well. Cleaning staff not proper. They look pretty old and have not been maintained to upgrade to current date. The Hotel does NOT have lifts. So people with such needs, be cautious. The hotel does not have proper restaurant. The take before time orders. You can not even get tea before 8 am. No snacks in the eve. I felt the service is not at all up to the level. Most of times they will not do the necessities and will have to follow up for a lot of things. In quick, its not a place you can feel free and relaxed like you expect a hotel to be. Overpriced than what is provided.

First of all it's Hotel not Resort, there's huge difference between this two things. When I checked in it seemed all good, I was there for two days with my family with my 6 months old daughter and first day was good with everything but all the things get changed. Servicing get delayed and a old man at the reception doesn't even know the the meaning of politeness n to understand customer's need. Age of 60 to 65 with no experience of this means u r useless. Overall apart from all this bad part excluding these people other staffs are very good. Food was good, service delayed. Every room has a balcony which is a very good thing, no lift

Very nice hotel with homely environment...Came to know from them that somehow their website has been linked to some fake website with contact number that is not of actual Reba Beach Resort,Puri...Many people are being cheated as in when they are being directed to the fake website and on calling the wrong number, being asked for advance payment which are actually being taken by these fake people.Besides, although the hotel authorities are not responsible for any such fraud people are misunderstanding!!!
