Very bad experience. Visited for buying some chips items, Maggie etc. The guard checked the items at the gate after billing. Three items were not billed. The complain counter is also at the second floor. Is it to prevent customers from complaining who won't like to go to 2nd floor just to complain. Anyways the products and the appearance was nice, so a 2 star will do. Improve your customer service😡

No food court is in there.Only collection is goof.I deduvt 2star because of not food court.Basically bred collection is good but no nog veg item like,nugetts(non veg),salame etc.so cant say complete bazar.some products available over here.just ok is the word to describe the place

You guys not delivered my product till now, and last night it self Idid my shopping and total payment. N worst service ur phone no is not working. There is no alternate way to contact you. Again i have to visit your shop to pick my product. Horrible service..

It's a great thing that Big Bazaar is located at Puri. For the location point of view, it's location also good. For the collection compare to other stores..Very less collections are there in garments section.

Recommended place in puri if you are finding any supermarket or want some shopping. You can go for gifts and fashion shopping there.

Big Bazar at Puri has been closed permanently. The left over things are being sold at ground floor by some non staff in exchange of cash only. No card transactions, Phonepe, Google pay, paytm, etc. is allowed there. On asking about prfit-club members (Who have already paid for one year's marketing expenses in advance) the sales persons there only note down your card number and phone number and console that our money will be refunded shortly. Months have been passed away but there is no response from Big Bazar side. Lo ! Without rating star we can't post a comment. If there were some negative options, not a single star would be rated. 👎👎👎👎

This is not of the big bazaar standards that would be applicable in metro cities. Nevertheless, it caters to the local needs and also offers entertainment for kids in its entrance with rc controlled small cars. The complex offers host of dining facilities, utilities such as tailoring in basement and third floor. Worth a visit.
