Lovely...... just in front of beach. Full view of sea for front side rooms only. Really a treat to watch. Staff very cooperative and food is tasty. Foods are only on order, i.e you have to give prior order in advance. Ofcourse few drawbacks are there as: 1. No outside foods allowed 2. Bit far from Swagdwar (around 1.5 km to 2 km) for which you have to pay around 50 - 80 bucks whenever you have to go to the centre of attraction "Swargdwar" by auto. 3. Strict dinning time to be maintain. But things apart it will be enjoyable stay with sea facing rooms.

1. Too far from main puri beach & mandir, 2. Room quality average, Geyser is not working but they provide hot water when we needed, 3. Room service & behavior of the staff is too good, they try to give their best, 4. Room distance from seabeach 10meter only, 5. As per out looks of this hotel I give 5 out of 10, 6. Hotel name was change, It becomes Eastern Sham hotel" from Marina beach resort.

Just opposite beach. Location is good but the rooms are ok with basic amenities. Not a luxurious hotel but the food is good. Its similar to home cooked food. You have to place your food order well in advance. Staff was helpful and polite.

It's a small hotel with good sea facing rooms. If u book early they will give you rooms with whole day packages. The food quality is good but starters could be a bit better.

Wonderful experience. I just loved its location. The sea view from our room was awesome. The behaviour of the stuffs were very polite. They always provide tasty fresh food. The manager of this hotel is very co-operative .

Value for money rooms. Right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean linens and washrooms. Safe- We didn't even lock our room while going out!

Good place at puri if you wanted to stay far from the general crowd. It's located almost 7 km far from puri swargadwar on new marine drive. The scenic beauty is far far better than the puri city. However market is far from this place. The beach is not at all secure for sea bath.

It is the best room for all tourist that I ever seen.

I was in room no. 203 and the room was too good and every staffs behaviour was very nice. I would prefer any tourist to come here and enjoy their holidays very freely

This small hotel but with big hearted and pet friendly staff will cater to your specific needs During our stay the cook personally came to our room and made the meals as per our specific dietary requirements They even made simple boiled chicken for my puppies to enjoy and showed great affection towards them The hotel is situated a little away from Swargardar and the silence provides a much needed break from the loud and busy city life In conclusion i would recommend this hotel to all pet lovers or those seeking a break from the monotonous routine of their hectic life

This place is not exactly at the location as per Google map. They have not updated their location. It takes Rs 70-80 in auto to go to the main beach. Otherwise the staffs here are well behaved n very helpful.

Accommodation : Room requires maintenance. The room in which I stayed had seepage and also cracks. Food : It's very good and price is also reasonable. WiFi & Network Connectivity : WiFi was not working and Jio connectivity is not good. Staff : They are polite and helpful. The rooms in which I stayed was sea facing. So it's very good.

If you want to spent MEEE time I must suggest you should be there as the Hotel situated 2 mins from the Light House and bit vacant area so you will find peace of mind and you can feel the Sea if you got the Room 301 or 302 as these two rooms are the BEST. I personally feel to stay bit away from the crowd so its my kind of hotel.The stuffs are very polite and the food quality is super awesome :) You will feel like you are in Home & you will get the fresh food as what they do whatever you order they go to market and purchase the things and prepare the dishes for you.I was feeling like it was my home and I stay away from home and came to Puri for having a leisure time. I didn't want to give any stars to the hotel. It was such a waste of money to stay there. We had faced enormous problems while our stay in there. The generator was not working as a result of which we had to spent 5 hrs without electricity. Then, in the morning we had no water available in the washroom because the water pump was out of service. In a busy town as puri, there was no signal available on the cellphones inside the room. The staff's were very casual about every problems and didn't felt at all like solving them. No one should ever visit a place like MARINA BEACH HOUSE where the vacation to enjoy becomes a vacation of great distress. It was really a very bad experience!
