Hans Coco Palm is one of the best ever beach resort to spend holidays. The state of the art amenities, beautiful and luxurious interior, eye catching and soothing garden all around, swimming pool, sitting arrangements in the garden, exclusive balconies with each room make it as one of the best choices for the visitors. The hospitality of the hotel employees is adorable, they are helpful as well as quite descent and understanding. As a whole I would like to give 10/10 to this resort as a much visit destination in Puri.

I recently had the most incredible travel experience in Puri. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the landscapes and the warm hospitality of the locals. The trip was filled with exciting activities and breathtaking sights. The Odissa has something for everyone. Whether you love history, nature, or adventure, you won't be disappointed. I explored ancient ruins, hiked through lush forests, and marveled at stunning waterfalls. The diverse range of experiences left me in awe of this wonderful place.

Stayed here for 2 days for team mate marriage ceremony on 1st Dec 2019. Location is great with a beach view as resort is nearer to the beach and Puri Jagannath temple which is at walkable distance only(1.5 - 2km). Food is non spicy. Rooms are neatly cleaned. Food

The location of the hotel is nice, very close to the sea. The hotel looks old, poorly managed and rooms are not very clean. The bathroom is awful. There was a man at the reception very unfriendly and non customer oriented. Even before saying hallo he mentioned that check out time was at 08:00am!!!! Never happened in my life. Managed to negoziate a late check out at 09:00 .... Restaurant is simple, looks old but food is good and staff friendly. Surely is not an accommodation I recommend

Amazing resort, amazing views. Words won't be enough to describe how good of an experience this was. Parking: They have a designated area for parking, with round the clock security. Reception: The reception is very vast and spacious, with a terrace overlooking their pool with a clear view of puri sea line. We were greeted with raw mango drinks along with wet towels which refreshed us after a very long journey. Rooms: The room was the cherry on top. It had such a nice rustic feel, but with all modern amenities. The king sized bed along with the wooden headstand was the showpiece. Apart from that, the lamps and the wooden chairs all added to the feel of the room. The rooms have their dedicated balconies as well, where you can relax in the evening and enjoy the view of the sea with the cool breeze. The bathroom is a tad small, but well designed. The room contains a mini fridge as well, along with a safe to contain your valuables. Overall, it was a very good experience at Hans Coco Palm. Would definitely visit this resort again while visiting Puri.

Peaceful stay as well as perfect venue for the wedding. however never take the decorator recommend by the hotel. They commit many things take high charges but screw you towards end. Not at all competent, no co ordinator, poor service, delayed completion and massively cheat on flower and quality of materials.For everything you need to call them. Better appointments outside agencies and pay extra charge to hotel else avoid this hotel.

Overall I expected it to be better. I initially booked Mayfair Waves but cancelled it to stay in Hans Coco as it was recommended to me by a lot of people and having stayed in Mayfair Gopalpur and Bhuvneshwar I thought of trying a new resort property. I regret the decision now.

This is a resort in Puri which I found most suitable for a family looking for a seaside resort to spend a valued holiday. It starts with a welcome drink and ends with a sweet memory. The Ambience of the resort is great as it has a swimming pool which is surrounded by palm trees. Also, you can enjoy the sea if you are staying in the first floor rooms. You can avail Room no.-1&2 if you are traveling with more kids as these rooms are interconnected to each other. The quality of complementary breakfast is very good at the restaurant. They serve equal quality of ver and non-veg dishes. Also, there is a bar, though I have not been there. The speciality in the salad is that they prepare it organic, if you wish to. They also have all the arrangements if you wish to go to the sea shore. It is located near the lighthouse and just on the right hand side of the main road ( if you are coming from 'Swargadwar'.

Had a wonderful stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Beach is just across the road. One of the most preferred property for destination wedding in Puri

Very old hotel need renovation in all angles Very poor hospitality , Staffs work as if there is no Management over them. Food is average but with very high price as per quality This hotel is doing business due to its summing pool and garden only The owner of the hotel should change the complete Management here to save the property Will never stay in this property over all experience very poor

I visited the resort with my family last week. We stayed for 4 nights. We booked this by reading reviews on trip advisor. It is a lovely resort with an excellent location. From the moment we checked in to our check out every thing was just perfect. The staff are very cooperative always willing to help you. Whatever we ordered food was very tasty. Breakfast spread was good. The resort is very well maintained and clean. Beach is also too close and maintained by resort. Jaganath temple is also not far. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely visit again.

Amazing property with clean rooms and a well maintained swimming pool. The location was good as well. Both housekeeping and room service staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A few suggestions for the hotel management would be 1. Please provide a glass partition in the shower area as the washroom size is small 2. Please ensure that there are enough options available for lunch and dinner which we missed during our stay. The breakfast spread was good . As we visit puri every year we are looking forward to stay in this property again for sure.

It was already past lunch time and we had a growling tummy which we needed to appease.. Hence, we landed up at Coco Palms for lunch and had some soup, noodles, and veg biryani.( Odd combination) delicious is the word for everything we had. Staff were polite and also helpful as they suggested us a few good places to stay at, since they were already full with their guests.

Pros: Quite near to the beach. View outside the rooms is nice. Cons: Checkout time is at 8AM, after requesting they allowed us till 9AM, which was still very early. Drainage smell in the bathroom was consistent, and taking a bath or even doing face wash was quite difficult. Room was of very small size, paying 10K was not worth it.

Extremely overpriced property. Location is very good and staff is polite. However the staff at the reception is quite unfriendly and not helpful at all. Rooms are quite simple and need to be maintained better. Overall for the price we paid, it was a rip off. Never staying here again.

We stayed here during our anniversary weekend It was a beautiful experience with a lovely grounds . The view is excellent . The only thing I did not like is that even after saying that we asked to have our anniversary dinner by a quiet corner near the pool away from others , but the socially clueless staff chatted with us small talk for an hour . We spent so much to spend time as a couple and instead he just kept talking and we had to oblige him out of politeness .

I would like to give this less than average and not worth it, I'm just saying the honestly here: the rooms were okay type but just for the luxury they include only one doormat...and even the bathroom space is really small and no space to keep stuff there is more of a empty space and nothing else. Now about the food it was overpriced for nothing I actually ordered Chef's special pizza of 475 RS and it was not worth like dominos the crust was very hard and wasn't the worth. As usual the service is good The swimming pool is also avarage

The Hans Coco Palms is a great place to stay in Puri. It's located right on the beach, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The property is beautiful and at a great location. But it is not very well maintained. Things like Water kettle, cups and even towels were unclean. Also the reception staff was very rude, didn’t greet, didn’t help during the stay for basic services. Need to refurbish the property with new furniture, towels, bedsheets, etc else this will not attract tourists going forward.

This is significantly nicer resort than most others in the area. But that does not make it very nice resort. All the others just look so much worse. Infrastructure at the hotel is crumbling. Buildings nor pool have seen any maintenance since ever. Everything is covered in rust and broken in more than one way. I believe the owner does not want to invest in maintenance, because this is still best looking place around here. Lack of real competition is running this place into its ruin. Staff here is super nice and helpful. But they seem to be craving for tips. Every interaction feels over extended because staff waits and waits for tip. Also they keep interrupting you in hopes of tips. One evening our room was called 3 times and some house keeper came to ring our door bell another 3 times asking if we want anything or if they can swipe the floor or something. Never seen staff this overly eager. Restaurant and room service were quite affordable and quick. Though breakfast buffet was incredibly low class. All in all i would give this place 3 stars, but pool was nice if you are able to see past the fact that it is falling appart. So lets call it 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and included a beautiful pool and hot tub. There were plenty of activities available to keep everyone entertained, including a game room, movie theater, and mini-golf course. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Overall, my experience at Hotel and Resort was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed in hans coco palms for 4 nights. Initially they gave us a handicapped room and when you told them it’s inconvenient due to the western toilet which was too low. It’s also extremely inconvenient for handicapped people. Then their refrigerator wasn’t working in the new room and then after one night their ac was was not working. Theo filter was jammed with dirt and then this thermostat was not working . It is said to be an extremely good hotel but it has no maintenance at all. The service people don’t know how long to wait before they should ring the bell the second time. If they are taking so much money they should start taking care of the customer satisfaction and also maintain their rooms.

The rooms were a nightmare to say the least. The bathroom door was broken and infested with termites. There are mosquitoes all around. There is just one charging point. The quality of towels are horrible and they should be used as footmats. The staff members are just worried about the billings. They have not been trained to address the guests. The Fans in the lobby and rooms remind us of the pre-independence era. The staff and the guests in the lobby are dripped in sweat and the stingy Management doesn't even deem fit to make the lobby air-conditioned. The tariff is exorbitant for the ordinary services they render. The pool is alright though. Never again! The guests who have given good rating haven't stayed in good hotels, for sure! Too over-rated and perhaps under-staffed. The hotel calls for an immediate renovation

Hotel is below standard. Ongoing Renovation/ repair work is noisy and very disruptive. Swimming pool under renovation. Changed three rooms during a four nighr stay. Housekeeping and toiletries need constant prodding and prompting.

Staff were extremely friendly amd helpful. The operations manager Rajendra Das deserves a 5 star rating on his own he makes sure all his guests feel like they are VIP

Good food good environment for relaxing your mind. Staffs are good well behaved and attentive. Swimming pool is clean. Interior and all if good. Very near to the sea beach.

Check In on 30/10/21 and check out on 1/11/21. So writing a review with a fresh mind keeping the experience fresh. First things first, check in process is smooth with fragrant towels and a welcome drink, the guests are already comforted by the staff. Coming to the room size, good enough for 3 people (we were in a double occupancy room) and the best part is that the room being in ground floor, the back door opened directly to the swimming pool. All rooms have a pool view. The swimming pool is nice, clean and safe. The food portion is good enough for two people and is tasty. There is drink service available at the poolside, though we had to wait for long time to place our orders in the first place. The WiFi is slow too. The bathroom doors need to be maintained/repaired. Deducting one star for that. What could have been a complete refreshing experience was marred by these minor inconveniences. But a hotel with pristine view with premium services, a great place to stay. Not to forget to mention: the breakfast buffet was awesome too.

Ground floor u will get only green lawn view and pool view. Food is little expensive but that's worth it if u want a luxury vacation. I tried both veg and non veg food,all good.

Very nice ambience and beautiful property. Food is really good especially continental and the seafood. Had a nice time, only the bathrooms need a remodeling badly,found that the only drawback. Poolside rooms are the best and staff is very courteous as well. The pool is very nice.

Coco Palm Puri gave us a very pleasant stay experience, last week. The lush green lawn, the well maintained pool, the smiling and conscientious staff made the ambience very reassuring. The restaurant is excellent so far as both North Indian and Continental cuisine goes. The staff are very courteous. The housekeeping staff in all shifts were prompt and well-behaved. I'll remember to look for Ranjita in my next visit. The Laundry had been a great support, with professional care for the clothes and promptness once again. The general upkeep of the property in spite of this terrible covid days is really worth appreciating. Good job team Coco Palm. Will be there again for sure. 😀

The dine-in ambience in the pool area is awesome. Candle light dinner with the full moon was brilliant experience.. Good food.. good staff.. and a very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a meal with your loved ones..

Amazing resort. Has direct access to the beach. The resort itself is beautiful and calming. The room service is prompt. The ground floor rooms have an exclusive balcony which is great. The bathrooms however are very small and toilet facilities can be improved. Reducing a star for it.

We had a very cozy stay in the resort with a wonderful view of the beach. Location stands at a peaceful place far away from the busy streets of the main city. The staff is very polite with excellent behavior. The swimming pool is very well maintained with crystal clear water making it very attractive to the guests.

Location of hotel is the best very close to sea. The rooms are not that great but ok type. The hotel needs lot of modernization as it is dilapidated. Food is good and tasty particularly non vegetarian food. Particularly breakfast spread. The best part of the hotel is swimming pool which is quite big and beautiful. What a experience it was I was there to attended a marriage function The resort was booked for the guests for two days 1) The property is really big a spacious. 2) The location 📍is awesome, I mean you get out of the gates cross the road and tada you are at the beach, best part the beach here is not crowded so you can have your prace. 3) The staff of the resort are very amicable. 4) If you are having any difficulty with the services offered you give them a call and it's been taken care of. 5) The food was very delicious. 6) They have a big swimming pool too so it's up to you whether you wanna take a dip in the sea or the pool 🏊😂😂

Room was not ready when we arrived. In room supplies was there no Dental kit No sleepers too much sound by air conditioner tv remote and channels not not working as well food didn't cooked properly food quality was not good. I'll never come back here and they are posting fake reviews by local people

Excellent place to stay. It's 40 years old hotel but they keep the rooms up-to-date. Hospitality is simply Great. We are happy. Swimming pool, beach are worth mentioning. We witnessed cool breathe from our balcony. We could able to see beautiful Sunrise today. Hotel in short superb in all respects. Food items are very tasty. Morning breakfast is awesome.

Rooms need renovation. The incurred charges do raise expectations. The mini bar is seriously under stacked. Complimentary services need to be reviewed. By the way... you'd like the body wash. Pretty good. Use it and trash the rest.

I went there to attend the meetings so cannot share my views on rooms and other services. The location of hotel is good not having its private beach but next to sea. Food was good and staff also looks very supportive and friendly.

It was the first trip for my 1 year old and everyone there was so supportive. From helping with check-in/check-out timings to the lovely staff in kitchen. Special shout out to Upender. Everything was super clean and has easy accessibility to the beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
