The INOX theatre needs to be renovated and maintained well. The screens have become dirty and clarity of videos not good. Cushions on chairs need to be changed. It looks like a local cinema theatre and doesn't give a premium experience anymore. The management has to look into the matter seriously.

ATTENTION! Kindly dont book this hotel . The phone number is used for scamming people. The hotel owner should take action against the scammer but i think they are involved in this together.

Really proud of this mall as this is the 2nd biggest mall to come up at Bhubaneswar, Saheed Nagar after Forum Mall, Satya Nagar. This is the first mall to host a multiplex INOX in Bhubaneswar. They used to allow Terrace parking of vehicles via lifts when the ground level parking used to get filled up. One of my favourite shopping joints still is Brand Factory and GIANI ice-creams 🍦.

Very good place to stay, everything is available nearby. In-house restaurant do serve you good food. Service is good but not very professional. Earlier I stayed in The Victoria, their Service is way better than Seagull. Inside and backside of the hotel not properly maintained, it looks like you in a dumpster. And the most unpleasant thing is, after you had your lunch/dinner in the restaurant, you have to go to the washroom in the back side of the hotel which is utterly disgusting. You will vomit after after you enter the washroom.

Rooms are excellent. Location perfect. It's an extremely crowded area specially in evening, full of markets. Temple & Sea beach both closest. Recommend to stay here. Food is also good & ambience

I always wish to stay here. Because it's located in a very good position of Puri Sea beach ( Swargadwar).You can enjoy the sea from your balcony. All the necessary activities are very nearby, like the market, sea beach, medical shop, wine shop and the restaurant named Make in China which I think the best restaurant in this place of Puri.

We used to stay in Seagull in our every visit to Puri for quite some time. This time while I called up to know the room rental, the staff was extremely rude. He got tired just to give tariff detail about 2 types of rooms. This reflects that the hotel no longer have trained staffs with enough knowledge about the hospitality industry. Hence changed my mind. There are plenty of more hotels in that rate with better staff.

The hotel ambience was good but the management and staffs are very rude, not helpful, utter miserable. The toiletries and other stuffs needs to be begged from the service provider. They don't provide things on time. They break rules by making early check out. Discomfort in beds are noticeable. No proper reception given. Food is below average as per as price is concerned. Cooks are not available on time.overall needs improvement for better stays.

We stayed in the hotel rooms 210&211. The rooms are good sea facing ones but the curtains and windows were dirty. The staffs are very cooperative. Room service was also good but I didn't find food quantity that good. We preferred dining outside. Overall it was a nice stay.

I am really disappointed with this mall. Neither cleanliness nor look is maintained. The condition of public rest room is the worst. Most of the shops are closed. If you going to Bhabani mall for a grand shopping, I swear, you are going to a wrong place. But the theatre is awesome.

This was Bhubaneswar's first biggest mall. Bt as days passes it looses its popularity, there were many reson for this to happen. Many more mall established with better shopping experience with extra features. Also this place does not have many brand & outlet to attract crowds. Now days people only go for movie to watch to INOX & sometimes to Brand factory outlet. If you want less crowded mall then you can come here.

Hotel Seagull is one of the best and good hotels, especially ideal for your holidays if you want to have a room just in and around the beach. The rooms are available at different tariffs. You can dial a call or book through prominent websites to get yourself a place with the happiest view.

Great hotel, with an excellent view of the ocean. Right next to Swargadwar, every place is easily accessible from the hotel, including Jagannath temple. The wifi in the room was a boon.

I stayed at room 315 in this hotel from 23.12.23- 26.12.23, it was sea facing . Extremely nice vew I have had.The services of them sometimes was not good, may be they unable to provide their services properly on time during this over crowded season. The food quality was very nice. Overall It was nice experience. I would prefer to stay in this hotel in future.

Didnt stay at the hotel. But had food at the newly forming restaurant. It is still in the making phase. The biriyani was good. But didnt like the chicken chap. Service needs a lot of work.

Stayed at Hotel Seagull's premium deluxe room for three days in May 2023. Nice hotel, polite staff, good food and above all nice view of sea direct from the room. Value for money. Hope to stay there in future also.

Bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. Didn't change them after repeated requests. Food quality was good and restaurant staff who served us was very nice. Reception was ok. Location is excellent,we had sea facing rooms. Can watch sea sitting on lying on your bed. Toilet is ok

Most unprofessional hotel. Only the good words before booking. Post that ridiculous service. AC not working. Fan regulator not working. Hotel doesn't have an extra bedsheet. For anything you complain, only the guy will listen. No action on complain rectification. Worst service.

Front premium rooms are good but back side rooms are horrible. Don't take the back side rooms . Food is average better to take the food outside. Location is very good but check out time is 7 am that may hamper everything

The location of the hotel is excellent. We booked two four-bed rooms which were spacious and well furnished. The housekeeping and room service was satisfactory. The quality of food was good but highly overpriced. The only negative is that the property does not accept digital payments. So carry cash or card.

One of the best positioned hotels on Puri Sea Beach, This is our second stay here after 2019, The restaurant has pathetic service. The behaviour of the restaurant staff also not good. They nag for immediate payment and shall not club with room bill. Food delivery time also very high. Wash basin is outside the restaurant which is not at all convenient for elderly persons. Rooms are ok , but do not justify the rates.

Place and location is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. In crowdy session service little bit poor but normal session they will treat like VIP. see face rooms are costlier than normal rooms. Beach and market is very near from the hotel. You will get transportation easily toward blue flag beach and Jagannath temple. Approximately 7 to 9 kms bus stand and railway station. Puri is a always crowded place, better to visit in summer time for less crowd. Oct to Feb and rathyayatra time will be extremely crowded.

Definitely a good 2 star hotel for middle income people's, situated at the centre point of swargodwar puri faced towards sea. Restaurants, food , service and behaviour of the employees were also good. I strongly recommended.

Hotel location is on Puri Swargadwar near the statue of Sri Choitanya. We were at 3rd Floor in room no316. It is a sea facing room. Room is spacious,neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and big enough. However there is no Balcony. Through lightly coloured glass window you have to see the waves. However lying on bed also you will be able to see the vast expanse of sea and waves are breaking on shore. During day time through the window you will see the make- shift beech bazar.The blue coloured plastik cover of the roofs give very ugly look.However as evening descend, the shops open and lights up, from hotel room it creats beautiful panaromic view. So far room service is concerned it is not so good. They will not provide electric kettle,with tea coffe arrangement. They would not provide hot water also on the asking. It seems they don't have flask. Restaurant is good,however price is as usual higher side. They provide touring service. They charged rs1400 for five hours trip to konark by ac Swift desire. Also they provide trip to chilka. Overall experience is good. They should improve their reception service.

We stayed in front sea facing room on 1st floor . Location wise this is one of the best hotel in puri, I loved the view from the window. However rooms and bathrooms are not so clean. Moreover in the name of Triple bed room they provide a small sofa as bed in addition to one double bed . Sleeping in that small sofa was very uncomfortable 😣 .

Very helpful, I got injury in my leg in beach, they are so helpful and kind-hearted, they supplied ice whenever I requested them. I am fully satisfied. Neat and clean , sufficient water supply, very good breakfast. Thank you Seagull

Terrific Infrastructure displayed however terrible service. The housekeeping arrives at 10PM at night to change the sheets and clean the room(including toilet), but when required the intercom is "non responsive" (housekeeping staff asking for money to clean the room is an additional quality of hospitality here). Toiletries are provided only once irrespective of your stay duration. The staffs are lazy and unwilling to work, and the behaviour is rude and unprofessional as well (including reception). Room service is pathetic, mostly the phone is unanswered and if you are lucky you will receive a response and then wait for around 90 minutes for someone to turn up at the door just to ask the reason for calling restaurant/room service. This hotel is an absolute disaster and a joke to hospitality. The only good thing is the location. It is highly recommended to avoid this property and this kind of service that practically can ruin your stay.

It is a really good hotel. The interiors look amazing. The rooms are spacious and good. Sea faced rooms are available. They have their own restaurant here. The food is great. Service of staff is also good. This hotel is situated right next to the road and is easily accessible. Would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in Puri.

Hotel is going on under renovation. Superb location. Behaviour of staff is good. Excellent service. Excellent food quality. In house resturant. But in one thing I am little bit disappointed that they have wheelchair accessible entrance but they have no wheelchair in the hotel. I think today it should be necessary service to supply wheelchair free or rent basis for visitor in emergency.

I visited their restuarant for breakfast, lunch and dinner during my stay with my family. The food was good not so oily or rich, with reasonable price. The staff was friendly and approachable too, but my only complaint is they are a bit slow in doing their work. For example, we ordered lemon and pepper to have it with our lunch but they brought it after we had finished eating. Rest I loved their food and would visit this place again when I go there the next time. The view from the restaurant while having your meal is also mesmerizing.

I went for a vacation last week and stayed in room number 216,which was a front sea facing room. The room had almost all necessary amenities, which could be more clean. There were termites in the room, and no steps were taken after we informed the room service people though. The tarriff was a bit high according to the room. Location wise it is really good. Most of the items in the menu card of the self restaurant was not available. The reception area was well decorated to make it attractive. The staffs were good.

This mall is not so big and not so magnificent as a normal mall should be and didn't find an ideal place for spending time Esplanade is far better than this. NB:-(For tourists outside Odisha/Non Bhuvneshwar people) If anyone is gonna choose between BMC or Esplanade then please choose Esplanade if you really wanna enjoy or spend some time.

The mall is okay. Brand factory is not good here. Materials are very old stock and size is not available. However discounts are always there. The location is good. Different type of foods are available out side the mall. Spicy, fastfood, meals etc. Other cafes are available.

It is a 5 storied building, There are many shops are there including food court, restaurant, multiplex. The INOX Hall is big but screen size is small. You can enjoy. The lighting and picture quality also good. Seats also clean. You will get lots of street foods counter outside the mall. It's a good place to Hangout.

A quaint old place. It's surprising and saddening to know that half a decade ago, this was the only mall in Bhubaneswar. But it's a nice place to watch a movie randomly cause it's near Shahid Nagar and it has good tattoo parlors. I'm also genuinely surprised by how the mall hasn't turned into a drug den by this point. But it's a good safe place.
