I
went
here
one
Saturday
evening
with
a
friend
who
had
been
wanting
to
try
this
recently
opened
Japanese
eatery.
I
love
a
gyoza,
so
I
had
the
chicken
ones
to
start,
although
both
my
dishes
came
together,
which
I
didn't
mind.
The
gyozas
were
pan-fried
and
piping
hot,
which
was
fine.
It
shows
they're
made
to
order
and
not
just
kept
warm
and
ready.
They
were
tasty
with
plenty
of
flavour
and
went
down
rather
well
with
the
dipping
sauce.
For
my
main,
I
had
the
Tonkotsu
Ramen
as
I
love
noodles,
meat,
and
a
good
broth!
In
my
opinion,
all
the
elements
in
this
dish
were
spot
on.
The
egg
was
still
gooey,
the
noodles
had
a
bit
of
bite,
and
I
could
taste
the
ginger,
sesame
seeds,
and
spring
onions,
and
the
two
nice
generous
slices
of
pork
were
soft
and
succulent!
My
only
negative
comment
would
be
that
there
wasn't
much
broth!
It
could
have
done
with
another
big
ladle
of
it
in
there!
But
overall
lovely
food
and
great
value
for
money!
I
shall
be
going
back!
So,
if
you
like
Japanese
food
and
you're
in
the
area,
then
definitely
check
this
place
out!
The
5
stars
are
deserved!
