This super market was good when it started. Recent changes: Don't care customers, no selection, no assistance, not listening to client's needs. FRUIT SECTION IS VERY BAD IN SERVICE. Informed floor manager Mr. Sarathy too.

They have a wide range of seasonal fruits and vegetables at all times and varieties of cheese and curds which comes in different sizes and brands . Be it any groceries they have a vast collection and quality items . They have their own parking space and paid street parking is also available. .

The shop has stock of almost everything that you require on a daily basis. During peak hours parking could be an issue. All the staff are well mannered. The placement of billing counters is a bit odd and could have been sorted.

Good supermarket having all the necessary grocery...Staffs are all polite and well behaved..Keep it up...

They got a good variety of foods, grocery, cold storage items, meat, ham,,sausages, millets etc though the vegetable section was lacking, may due to heavy rains recently. Staff friendly though parking is a problem.

Ample space for parking.. variety of things are available ... fresh Dairy products..

Well stocked supermarket. Good supply of vegetables, fruits, dairy as well as frozen food.

Nilgiri's Supermarket/QRS shopping centre is located near to LIC building, Pattom, Trivandrum. This can be easily noticed while commuting in a normal traffic. Parking lot is a small one and hardly 2-3 Cars can only be parked. If you don't get parking, only way is to park alongside of the main road. Supermarket is in the ground floor and QRS is in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the same building. You can shop for groceries and also any electronic devices in the same building.

Good Mart for household daily needs,but prices of fruit & vegetables higher than local market.

Reccomend. You will get almost every need of you households / groceries etc. A decent collection of electronic products available. Carparking available at the basement level as well. you need bit care if you are not so expert driver. The security person in the front side is very nice and helpful (not sure he is the same person still doing the duty) lift facilities available. Billing section in the grocery section can be improved a bit more, especially the placement of counters. Expecting more brands and options to the supermarket. Highly recommended.

Small showroom,limited products and not that much items available. No much choice of brands or quality varieties. But the people there are helpful and that's why this 3 stars. Hope you will have the stock. And one more thing, no discounts.

While grocery items are as standard as any other supermarkets, the vegetables and fruits are not so fresh. Their cash counters are set in awkward manner that the customer has to hold the item until the cashier take it directly from him to punch. There's no option to keep the items in cash counters before punching the item.
