Quality check of the products are missing. Sad to know that the one we most trusted is turning out to be the worst. I rarely write negative comments until and unless it’s really serious. I am going to raise issue and will write the responses as soon as possible. As a reply to the response I was given Ashirwad Atta and cash balance. Appreciate you for the spontaneous response. Hope the authority will ensure to overcome such issues and maintain quality check over every product.

Good place for buying monthly groceries. Some good staff's some very rude and senseless. Don't expect any support or smile form the staff's. May be they are not happy. Just go buy what you want and come back that's it. Check for any damages and expiry also.

Ordering online and its delivery has been difficult for the past couple of months. The reasons are as follows. 1.They don't keep the slot time mentioned on the app ( That is ok i can understand the orders will be more and you have keep the adequate man power for the same) 2. Many of the items ordered by you online App are not visible when they arrive. 3. Many of the billed items will not be seen after delivery. In my experience this has happened all the time. It would have been nice to have noticed. This container charged 13.68 rs / piece Last month ie. On Feb 2022 I bought some coriander. It was destroyed within a week time even i have not opened the pack and I took a photo of it and sent it to the owner on 26 Feb 2022 and got no reply till date.Thanks Attaching the snaps and screen shot.

One of the best departmental stores one can visit... From salt to camphor.... There is nothing u can't get here to satiate ur household requirements..... Situated very close to Thirumala junction on the way to Valiyavila, Kunnil is a place everyone should visit.... Very well stocked with adequate parking, this is a must place visit..... Great supermarket overall ! Will get a variety of things, even hard to find ones ! The vegetable section is small and quality is lacking! Exist checking is present! And it's slow !

Staff attitude is very bad. Especially the stationary department hindi guy.

Best option for people living in and around the Thirumala area. You will get all groceries for your home and most popular brands are available. The staff is friendly as well. This is the biggest supermarket in Thirumala.

Poor customer care. Sales person don't know what the products are available there. Price above average. Always crowded.

Nice shopping experience.

In a place like thirmala , kunnil is a great shopping experience. All under one roof. They have a lot of options in the products offered.

The person who is there at the entrance counter won't allow me to keep my bag there where I could see belongings being kept. Instead, he told me to keep it on the top of the many trolleys kept outside. When I asked him if someone took it, his response astonished me that no one else would take it but me. One of my friends told me that there are facilities to keep our belongings at the entrance counter . Is this the way one behaves to a customer? This is the first bad impression I've faced in the Kunnil supermarket. So for this reason, I'm giving only 1 star.

Decent Super Market. Most of the groceries and day to day items are available here. Customer service is also good. Pan across multiple floors. Can park around 8 cars in the lot which is decent.

Best part is the ample parking space available. A decent department store for groceries and daily essentials at good price. Also has an extended meat shop outside selling fish and meat items. The store can feel a little cramped when there are lots of customers. Overall a good store to have in the vicinity.

Good super market which has almost all the items and they will accept Sodexo too
