I was in need of a place to stay as I'm waiting on my house to get finished and they are kind enough to allow me to stay without making a reservation every week the owner is very friendly and welcoming. If there is any problems they work quickly to get it fixed. The prices are very reasonable with friendly staff if I ever need them in the future I will definitely use them. Thanks

This motel is hands down my favorite motel to stay at. Everything is exactly how it should be. The staff is amazing and very helpful , you can tell it's very family oriented and they all make you feel so welcomed! The rooms are very decently priced and very clean . If you need anything all you have to do is ask they will figure out a way to help with whatever it is you need. I was jumping motel to motel till I found this one. They make you feel as if you're at home . If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Palatka/East Palatka the River Crest is 1000% the best option!

Nice rooms, big bed and all the appliances necissary, consistent renovations and replacements aswell.

Do not even stop here! I stopped with my fiance and went into the 'office' (a room no bigger than a large broom closet) with the lights off, to a sign that read ring bell. I rang the bell.... nothing.... ran the bell, and a man very much interrupted and aggravated came out and said YES. Not how may i help you, not can i get you a room, just yes! So i ask him if i can give him my ID and look at a room. He said no turned off the light and walked out of the 'Office'. I am a valuable customer who was looking to stay two weeks on business. He wouldn't know that though...

it was good, for 35 bucks, full refrigerator, microwave, quiet to and the mangers and his family was really nice...it's not high best western but i dont see why people kept saying not to stay there, i felt safer there then anywhere else... dont get it.. its completely safe, and great shower

I started work there in Jan. Of 2021 cause the motel yellastar was closed dew to a fire the owner Lisa took me in and gave me a new start, me and her daughter was always at each other and just never connected but we did laugh and had a fun time I'm being a man and saying I'm sorry to them for the hell I caused I longer work there and it's hard cause I lost a good friend and Lisa took care of me I will miss them and I realize what I lost, but there working on the motel making it a nice place to stay and y'all should give them a visit all the bad things that were said ain't true I gave them a bad review and I'm sorry for that it was the kid in me, there good people. They are super friendly and straight forward. They will do anything they can to help you out. A lot of people take advantage of them.

Owner is a little high strung, bordering on rude. The rooms are in bad need of renovation. Pretty cheap at only $60, but you get what you pay for.

I'm a pastor and was delivering food people that are hungry and I was delivering food to rooms that have people in it so they can have food to eat. In this day and age there are people that live out of motels and this one this one particular Motel is providing shelter for those that are working and yet have no way to provide for food so I find out about this and through prayer God blesses and through those blessings I deliver food too many families at this Motel, it's wonderful to know you can serve God everyday if you just apply yourself
