I
have
gone
to
Calvin
Broyles
on
numerous
occasions
during
the
past
year.
I
have
purchased
new
jewelry
and
also
had
old
jewelry
repaired.
The
experiences
have
always
been
enjoyable.
The
manager,
Amanda,
usually
assisted
me.
She
is
knowledgeable
and
helpful.
It
is
obvious
that
she
is
passionate
about
her
craft.
That
translates
to
good
customer
experiences.
I
recently
went
back
to
Calvin
Broyles
with
a
special
challenge.
I
presented
one
of
my
deceased
mother's
diamond
cluster
rings
and
asked
Amanda
to
make
3
sets
of
diamond
cluster
ear
rings
from
the
ring.
It
was
not
a
straight
forward
process
because
many
of
the
diamonds
in
the
cluster
ring
were
of
different
sizes.
Regardless,
she
developed
a
strategy
and
it
worked.
She
was
able
to
make
3
identical
sets
of
cluster
ear
rings,
which
were
beautiful.
That
was
special
for
me
because
my
goal
for
the
ear
rings
were
to
gift
those
to
people
that
were
special
to
my
mother.
The
gifts
brought
smiles
and
tears
of
joy.
I
am
appreciative
of
Amanda's
efforts.
