Fahnestock
State
Park
Campground
offers
a
very
peaceful
and
safe
camping
ground
for
novice
and
experts
alike.
Stayed
for
2
nights
in
the
campground
and
surprisingly
with
good
amenities.
The
bathroom
and
shower
rooms
(with
hot
water)
are
well
kept
and
that’s
the
only
place
you
can
get
electricity
from
(if
you
need
to
charge
your
electronics
and
all).
There
is
also
a
place
where
you
can
wash
your
dishes
right
next
to
the
restrooms.
Each
camp
site
has
its
own
table,
fire
pit
and
grill
to
use.
The
hike
around
the
camp
site
is
fairly
easy
to
do
with
beautiful
foliage
(visited
fall
of
2022)
with
the
good
view
of
the
lake
and
ponds.
Would
have
been
better
to
have
more
restrooms
and
shower
rooms
to
use.
