Had a lunch here with a group of friends. This is my 1st time here..but 2nd times for my friends. Quality of foods was good. I had spegheti lemak cili api. The taste is creamy but not so spicy. For dessert i chosen raspberry pistachio cake. Its taste ok with chia seed maybe. But fr me the cake texture abit dry. My friends had spegeti carbonara, chicken chop, waffles, and seafood olio oglio. All was good. This place also sell premix cake, premix rownies and premix cookies. They also have cakes in jar, rolls cake and assorted tarts. At the 1st floor is Gula Creamary where sell assorted smoothies and ice-creams etc. I take away a few slices berry pavlova, tiramisu almond cake, biscoff chocolate tart, blackout chocolate cake and double chocolate Nutella cake. My favouriteis blackout choc cake bcoz it use dark chocolate and not too sweet compare to double choc nutella. I informed the staff named siti nur atiqah whom duty as cashier on that day on my suggestion for cake order improvement. Suggested to assign 1 staff at display chiller to take orders as for my 1st timer here, i can't remember all the cakes name when i spoke to the cashier who took the order. I hv to go back to the chiller and told her my cakes selections. Keep it up for improvement.

Oh it was a splendid experience here! The cakes and drinks were all scrumptious. My drink was Mocha Latte and I really loved it given that both of the coffee and chocolate flavors were really there. Anyone who hasn't tried should give it a shot. Hope you'll have the exact amazing moment as I had.

Price - 16 per slice Service - Quick Parking - easy to find parking Ambience - quite cozy Instagrammability - Average Overall - would definitely go for their pavlova again!

Most of our meals were top notch. The only complain we have is that the mussels were not open… My personal favourite is the carbonara pasta with mushroom and chicken. It was almost full house when we arrived at 3pm, hence I’d recommend booking a table, which has a deposit of RM100. There is also toilet and surau in the premise, which I find convenient but didn’t use it though.

I bought a lot of cakes here. I tried the pistachio raspberry cake, it was awesome. It has strong pistachio taste and the raspberry cream is sourish to match the cake. It was perfect. I also tried the momofuku apple cake. Its my favourite, the cake is not sweet and the cream match with the sponge cake and sourish apple. I love it here.

Had a wonderful evening here! The foods were nice. The mantou buns, crispy on the outside soft on the inside! The mussels were huge, mouthful. The tartar-like sauce gave a really whole different flavour when eating with the sweet potato fries. Their service was quite fast for Sunday tea time. Recommended to try here!

I tried the Dreamy Oreo cheesecake, and it tastes good! The price per piece is RM18, but at that time, there was a 30% discount. Make sure to check the receipt when you pay to avoid any issues with staff refusing the discount. I also tried their Hainanese chicken chop, and it was delicious! The chicken is large, the steak-cut fries are plentiful, but the coleslaw is a bit limited. The Hainanese flavor is rich and contains lots of caramelized onions. The staff is attentive, providing a glass of water. I thought it is complimentary as they charge 10% to service charge. However, it turns out they charged 50 cents for the glass of water. Overall, I could say you may spend RM60 per person. You will be charged 10% for service charged + 6% tax service. Cannot eat everyday. Can eat once in a while.

A cosy little restaurant that deserves all the stars given. I am truly amazed. Delicious smells as you enter. I first noticed the glass counter with the cakes and pastries. Then, as I went through the menu, the variety on offer almost overwhelmed me. In the end, I ordered something very few get it right. Hainanese chicken chop. When it arrived, and I had a bite, it was really good. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sweet and sour gravy made it special. The coleslaw had a homemade quality to it. The fries that came together were crunchy. Maybe it is better than the one in Coliseum Cafe Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Anyway, I washed it down with a nostalgic root beer float. Next visit, the cakes will be my target.

So far the best place to eat western food and cakes - in Shah Alam area. The cakes are delightful. The western food have the taste and feel of those you get overseas (America). Local food is also good. I like the muscle dish - be warn for those that can't stand the chilly heat! Ask for less spicy. Place is air conditioned and kept clean. Getting there from Shah Alam town (where I live) is easy. Ample parking space. Though be warn during peak hours - you might need to stand in queue. Have a try, bet you will love it.

Nice rustic place to chill. Ordered burnt cheesecake & biscoff burnt cheesecake, both were great, although biscoff burnt cheesecake was too sweet for my palate. The service was fast and friendly. There was ample parking spaces, but pricing is on high side, a slice of cake costs around RM15-17 (in October 2020).

This shop served variety of foods like sandwiches, western foods, Coffee series, etc., despite their famous cakes like of Pavlova. The tastes of the cake in my humble opinion of having the Pavlova and the mango cheesecake one is of premium, but I really love the taste of creamy sugary of the Pavlova, for me it is the tastes you should try :)

Food & all overall pretty good… they tend to be quite heavy on the spices… I’m just rating 4/5 because a tad pricey - equivalent to PJ/KL prices though I’m used to KK price slightly lower… Glad to find pavlova here

Cozy area, friendly staffs and delicious food. I often come here to celebrate my birthdays or my family birthdays. The good thing is that you’ll get a free birthday cake if it’s your birthday. I’ll always order the carbonara with bacon and in my opinion it’s very tasty although there are nicer ones out there. I’ll also always order the cakes here too!

First time tried the food here. Normally we just had cakes. For burger 4/5 Grillled chicken 3/5. Best if can have mashed potatoes instead of fries. And would better if have coleslaw/salad instead of tomatoes and onion. The onion should be more caramelized. The cakes are yummy as always

I am a regulars customer at GC, but pretty disappointed with the service I got yesterday. I ordered lamb chop for lunch, but I wasn’t informed that they were out of mint sauce (this sauce add a kick to this meal always). On top of that, food arrived after 40 minutes of order which was unusual. I tried to put my frustration aside but that didn’t last long, coz the moment I tasted the lamb chop I was horrified. It was extremely salty! I paid so much for this meal but I could not finish it. GC should really look into this matter.

We picked salted macadamia and fudge brownies ice cream to pair together with the waffle. A MUST TRY! The saltiness and bitter taste of chocolate is a perfect pairing. Waffle is thick and soft on the inside. I wanted to cry because it is so good 🥹

The cafe ambiance is ok, but I quite dislike it, maybe because of dining tables arrangements & position. Maybe they could do something on interior design. The coffee was good but I was a bit disappointed with the spaghetti carbonara because I tasted the spaghetti was overcooked & squishy. The cake was great. Overall is ok but must improve.
