First time here and all credit card terminals not working? Staff not wearing masks in preparing and cooking of properly. Staff also eating while serving customers? Manager / Supervisor not seen to be around?

Waffle taste like expired batter. And service is slow. First and last will visit. Couldn’t finish the waffle because the taste is sour. Please serve a better food next time.

The place is empty at lunch hour. Went in to ask for Chicken Coney Tuesday and the waiter insists that they don't have despite this deal is a permanent deal since the birth of A&W Malaysia. Sickening branch that is severely undertrained, and workers don't seem to enjoy their job there. So unpassionate on a franchise that is loved by boomers and Generation X. The branch is just sitting there waiting for its final hour towards imminent closure.

They gave the wrong chicken set, was too spicy for the kids but managed to change the 3 pieces to aroma chicken ( bought 5, so wasted 2). The spicy chicken was very dry and the aroma chicken was really bad! Hard like rock and tasted stale and old. Pls improve. Fries were cold too.

Waffle and rootbeer float not as good as last time but consider still boleh lah. Still got abit of the old taste but much less now. The outlet got a row of charging plugs but not sure usable or not didn't try them though.

Terrible service, staff so unhappy. Fstfoid but waited for 25min.

Manager/supervisor two male worker with grey uniform not doing their work at alllll !!!!!!! ,only two female worker is doing their job 💯,felt pity to them ,just fired two useless male worker , they contributed nothing!!!!!! Hopefully A&W malaysia take action toward this two male worker and train their worker more professionally

I was served my A&W drink with a broken/ chipped mug. I did'nt realized until my lips bleeding.

Ordered n Paid take away Fried Chicken set...Onion Rings n Chicken CNY at +- rm60 on returning home discovered they did not give me my Chicken CNY @ rm10.50 Tried to call back...no number given...number found on receipt was directed to Kepong branch....staff ain't helpful at all.. ask to search Google for phone number etc Pls....hv the courtesy to be honest...do not cheat customers ....😡
