Dishonest shop, they will not inform u the treatment is not yet paid, will just proceed to it even you haven’t pay for the treatment After you complete the treatments, they will tell you one of the treatment is not yet paid, then charge directly to you! Suddenly I’m being charged rm1200+ due to this, as I thought I already bought it (Attached with my sudden billing) Therefore I recommend you guys if really want to go here, before they do any treatment, just ask “ is it paid?” If u dont wan a sudden bill after you complete the treatments

I have started visiting Kaiteki since 2020/2021 during Covid times and every single month I look forward for my facial session with Lisa. Also, I’m really grateful to have Dr Jessie as my aesthetic doctor who provides recommendation on treatments and injections based on my desire outcome and concerned. Basically they will not hard sell you anything and only recommend treatments which fixes your concerns，highly recommended as their doctors and beauticians are responsible to what they are recommending. It is not easy to find aesthetic clinics with CERTIFIED AND RESPONSIBLE doctors nowadays.

Never have I ever been worried about any procedures because their doctors are all certified and provide very thorough explanations in prior and during process, big thanks to Dr. Pei Nee & beautician Shane especially because now I am more confident in bare face, even friends give compliments that my face is glowing! Great service and professional. It is my first visit so we started off with consultation on my skin concerns, followed by recommendations on the right treatment. What I love is there's no hard selling if you refuse any of the recommended treatments! I did the pico laser treatment and it is my first time doing laser so I was given explanation on what to expect at every step which really helps manage my expectations. Definitely will come back.
