As we walk in the shop, I noticed the crowd is noticeably missing. Used to be crowded in the mornings. Then the answers was drawn to us. Price has increased and size of dimsum much reduced. Added on is service charge and sales tax which was not calculated into the bill before. Making double expensive the food. Food is served hot after we made order. Of the items we ordered, fishballs taste is below par but other items taste ok.

Nice dim sum dishes, with lots of variety. The siew mai are huge. Dishes priced around RM 6 to 8 each. A shop with high ceiling, and so even without air-conditioning, it feels cool and airy. Clean restaurant and well managed. Tables are spaced well apart for social distancing SOP. We like it.

Great selection of dim sums and served fresh. Service is excellent as always. They also sell frozen dim sums now so you can eat it at the comfort of your home. Wonderful settings, large seating area and this is the place to go if you like dim sum.

It's good. Around RM7-9 per dish. Is it better than others? Not very sure but by it's own, it is ok. I'm not dim sum regular so I can't comment much unfortunately. Update 2023: I still come here and eat the dim sums here. Most likely location is less hectic compared to other dim sum. The taste is still good and I still like their fried carrot cake. However, there still some difference between other places. The dim sum at Taipan, they have their own unique creation. So in the end, best to try every dim sum can find, compare the price and see what you missed. If you just wanna eat only, well this place is good enough and there are parking during the weekend.

Good varieties of dim sum at reasonable prices. They even have fish maw and super baby abalone. The only suggestion is to have the beancurd prawn cheong fun to be crispier and less sauce so that the beancurd doesn't soften up so quickly.

They served better than average dim sum but the char siew pau and lo mai kai is a bit smaller than usual to me. And price wise is no cheap compared to those famous one or even can be almost same as dim sum price at hotel.

Always good to come back to this lovely Dim Sum place. The price ranged between RM6 to RM12 depending on what you order. Taste wise is very good and fresh. I tend to bring along my grandma to eat here for breakfast last time. They do delivery too which is an added bonus.

Food as GOOD as before ! We arrived at 9am, waited for more than 30 minutes for seat, worth waiting as the DimSum is delicious and tasty as before ! Good for SOP as Open Air and very social distance. Only that they are too busy, missed out 2 types of Dim Sum. Overall family happy with DimSum

The food is really lovely and everything is served hot. We ordered quite a lot of dishes, around 12 different types of Dim Sum and it only came up to around 120. The place is quite hot unfortunately as it's not air conditioned, however they do have an air-conditioned section but it was not open today. The service staff are nice and polite. I would recommend it if you want quality dim sum.

For an Ipoh Lang, the food brings me back to the old Ipoh Foh San I once loved. Trolley pushing here and there. Highly recommended siew mai, char kuey, and the fried taro dumplings.

New discovery on my 1st day breakfast for 2024. Satisfied with all dim sum ordered, good taste. Price is reasonable. Service is good, environment is clean, seatings are comfort. One side open air hall is fan seatings, the other side is air conditioned hall. Beancurd cheong fun is crispy inside, soft outside, nice. Sweet potato roll is crispy outside soft inside, nice too. LOL...

Yam lava bun was good, raddish cake, siew mai and shrimp dumplings was ok. Arrived the shop around 12 something in the afternoon. Wasn't too much crowd, wasn't really easy to find a parking around that area

I think this is definitely one of the best place if you crave for dim sum. The dim sum is freshly made and taste good. I have tried about 10 dishes on the menu and I really like it. Highly recommend their portuguese egg tart, pastry bbq pork bao and steamed char siu bao.

Came with my family of 4 during Christmas week 🎄 The restaurant is three shoplot wide. Parking may be difficult as they are limited, or you could park across the road or in Main Place. Order from the order chit and they'll send it to the table. We enjoyed the kopi 😂 It's also non-aircond (good for my parents who can't stand the cold). ** There's also air-cond at the inner seating area. We find their dimsum are really fresh and taste good! We arrived around 12pm, the fried food were hot too. Personally, my top 3 favourite are the siu mai, beancurd prawn roll and chee cheong fun. 👍🏻

Dimsum was overall not bad! Decent variety of food, service was good, food came quite fast (weekday morning), ample seating available and fairly spacious, and just a note they have a toilet! XLB was out of stock quite quickly (we ordered 4 but only 3 came) and some items were OOS on the menu. We ordered ~13 dishes and drinks and the bill came up about RM120 for 3 of us! Recommended: xiao long bao, liu sha bao, chili oil wanton, pandan chicken Not recommended: prawn cheese ball, seafood pork seaweed ball, char siew chee cheong fun

Food here is still as good as before , only thing that price is getting more and more expensive due to inflation . Overall it's still good to have once awhile 5/5 recommended to try this dimsum !

Been coming here for years. The food is consistently good. Best dishes is the eggplant, the carrot cake, the chee cheong fun and the seafood fried tofu. Price has increased over the few years, abit pricy now with each dish about 7.5 to 8 bucks. Crowded during the weekends, but its well organised and managed by the staff, you never need to wait long for a table.
