Had my full body medical checkup and very happy with the service provided. Got in early so that I didn’t have to wait for very long and the staffs were very helpful. Blood and urine sample were taken for the lab analysis. Result was ready for pickup in less than a week and the Doc (Dr Sara) went through the report with me to help me understanding my health condition. I have had medical Checkup done at other private hospitals in the past and they costs 5 times more the price and not as detailed as CMH. This hospital is strongly recommended.

Excellent service from the nurses and doctors, very hospitable and had a comfortable stay despite my ongoing pain. When I had an emergency, the nurses responded promptly and effectively. Very reassuring and friendly. Dr Eswaran saw to my case quickly and handled it well, and further instructions on how to care for the wound were given in great detail from his nurse. All in all, highly recommend coming here as their doctors and nurses are professional and get the job done!

We just came back from NSCMH. The specialist, Prof Chin was very rude. My parents did not understand the doctor's explanation and asked a few questions then the doctor was very impatient, spoke loudly, and hurried to leave. Never come again, NSCMH was blacklisted.

Overall the service was good. I was treated by Dr Eswaran and he calmly answers all my questions. The food service was good. However, I think that the hospital should improve on the door stopper in the ward rooms. If possible to have Magnet stopper for the door especially for patients have to use wheelchair/ walker.

Recommending Dr Eswaran, very humble doctor. Always has his specific way to greet and consult his patients. Happy with his treatment. Not really satified with admission process, insurance was delay but didn't receive a proper feedback. Food was okay, not like last time. Nurses was excellent. Physio staff helped well on my recovery.

I stayed here for almost 4 days. Excellent service by Dr Jeeva and Nurses . Admissions is quite late due to some documentation (insurance) issue, but the staffs are help me a lot and special thanks to Customer service assistant Mr Sundar. Really appreciated. Food services need to improve a lot and the foods are they serve not worth it at all. Thank you.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Dr. Eswaran were all very attentive and an incredible doctor. He really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a good physiotherapy session under his own excellent team. The doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

I'm working in KL and back seremban during weekend. I wanted to do medical check up in weekend at this hospital, and they told me that no service provided during weekend except blood test. They only provide during weekday office hour. If there is the case, why i want to go this hospital? It is better for me do the test in KL, much convenient for me!

Dr Eswaran is an excellent doctor, admitted for 5days and he did a great job and explained very well on my condition. Nurses in Orchid Ward deserved the best, they were very polite and humble.

The clerk that in charge at the registration counter is rude and not friendly. When, I ask her how many patients are waiting for the respected doctor. She call the nurse and answer me in a rude manner. Another one, at the other private hospitals they will refer to the GL sent in the portal. But she is asking me for the hard copy and she is showing her face. I suggest CMH to send their staff to attend the training on how to handle the patient in a polite manner. Better improve the service.

We went to the A&E on New Year around 11am.. Everything was quick and the nurses on duty and Dr Woo were very attentive.. My mom was on drip due to dehydration and the nurses (1 Indian & Malay girl on duty) keep checking to make sure my mom is ok.. they even helped me to push the wheelchair when my mom needed to go the washroom.. When we’re ready to discharge, the other 2 nurses took over (from the new shift) and the services were very different.. Note: I have been to the A&E department numerous times and usually the nurses in A&E don’t look welcoming, sometimes rude.. besides, the management need to continuously review the payment process. 2 counters to cater the crowd it’s definitely not efficient at all!! Sometimes only 1 counter is working and the other is busy clearing her work instead of receiving payment..

I highly recommend Dr Rubini from General Paediatrics. Twice when my daughter got admitted, Dr Rubini treated her very well and my daughter recovered fast. Dr Rubini was very patience and understanding when she handled my daughter. I would also like to commend Mr Sarkunan from Admission Centre for his excellent service and support during my time there. He did his duty very diligently and took care of all our needs. Lastly, as a Zurich medical card holder, I would be grateful if NSCMH is reinstated into Zurich panelist.

I am not happy with the admission at CMH since the admission havent call to be admitted. Addition the PCR results were not informed. PCR results were informed very late. There is a miscommunication between staffs at admission. Firstly mentioned PCR was negative later they called and mention still pending PCR results. What is really happening? Hope the management will take action.

Brought my husband to consult Dr Eswaran here at CMH Hospital, very good service. My husband suffered with back pain, the very next day MRI was done. One of the best hospital I had ever been. I had admitted thrice under Doctor Mahes (2 times) and Doctor Maidin (1 times) for UTI and back pain the doctor and nurse are so friendly.
