👍👍 The service here is great, adding to the consistently good ramen Ippudo is known for. In addition to the great service, this branch is spacious and stylishly designed. This Japanese themed restaurant has polite waiters and waitresses. Original flavour of the ramen is definitely tastier than the spicy version and also a lot less saltier, so would be healthier for a healthier you. Not in the photos was the lemon mint soda drink I got. It was served in an interesting manner, lemon wedges and mint leaves with ice cubes in a jug, sugar syrup and soda water by the side. Everything was placed on a petite dish. Instagrammable!!!!!

I chose (stumbled upon really) Ippudo for my first ramen in two months after temporarily leaving Japan. Taste is subjective- I'm not crazy for theirs, but I've had better. My sister did like the salmon rice bowl, though. To be fair, I understand the exchange rate and cost of ingredients could be painful (it's about RM 35 per bowl), but I didn't feel that the taste is worthy of the price. Most memorable for me was the cold look and response I got when I asked for "just water", and when we chose not to get any drinks when told that they only have mineral water. Understandable, given the high rent, but a bit of a reverse cultural shock coming from Japan where water is pretty much always free no matter where you go. Welcome back to Malaysia, I guess. 😁

Authentic Japanese noodle (Non Muslim) restaurant served in a thick broth of your choice. Comes with a set of condiments to choose from. Sizeable portion and value for money. Service Crew are polite and efficient. Had a satisfying meal. Awesome!

Good service. Food served fast. Delicious. Ramen cost around rm30 to rm40. Greentea refillable. Nice environment and table distance. However on peak hours, might need to share table with customers beside. Otherwise still good place for dining

Lunch and dinner meals ... Ok ramen soup sets. Starters were average tasting... too thin but fresh salmon sashimi pieces, nice tasting rice bowl, and a couple small pieces of fried fish. Soups were also "just ok" with the very thin slices of pork (a bit thicker would be nicer). Clean restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff.

I had a satisfying meal at IPPUDO ramen. The broth was smooth and rich, and the noodles were al dente. I also tried their high ball with sour plum, which was a refreshing drink with a hint of sweetness and tartness. It paired well with the ramen. The service was quick and courteous, and the ambience was cozy and stylish.

Ippudo may not serve the best ramen but the outlets are consistent when it comes to taste and quality. I like how you can customize some of the ramen options by picking the chewiness. Prices are on the high side but food is not bad plus the service is always good and fast.

The ramen here reminded me of the ramen that I had in Fukuoka, Japan. The similarity of the taste is immaculate, so delicious and yummy, I enjoyed every bite of my bowl of ramen! As for the atmosphere, I came to dine in during non-peak hour, so the ambience was not too noisy and I could easily have conversations with my friends. Staff were really friendly. I had queries of the discounts available in their IPPUDO app as it was my birthday and they had birthday offers, and the staff were very much obliged to explain every discount in detail. All in all, it was a nice and pleasant yummy dine. Would definitely come again in the future!

It's the weekend, dinner time so there surely is a queue. Go early if you want to miss the crowd and queue. Ordered the kids meal and tried their pork fried rice. The pork fried rice was good. The broth for the kids meal was too porky. Overall dining experience was okay. Service was okay too.

There is hair in the noodle , feedback to the waitress about it. And she took the bowl away very quickly, I didn’t get the chance to take clear picture. At first, she said she will cancel the item. But then she came back and said that she won’t cancel it as she claimed that her manager said we almost finished the noodle already. She also said that there is no female in the kitchen as the hair is long and she made us feel like we are the one who put the hair into the noodle and didn’t want to pay for it. Bad experience. We felt awful.

Great restaurant for family with kids. Food were served within 10 mins we ordered. We took the lunch set, slightly too much for 2 adults to share. The ramens taste exactly like what we had back in Japan. The noodle in Kuro ramen was tangy and combination with black fungus and spring onions was perfect. The watermelon cream cheese salad was good to compliment with thick ramen broth to refresh. However, the fried chicken was slightly too salty to our liking. The service was good and waiters are friendly. They provide paper with games and activities which good to distract my kid’s attention, kudos for the restaurant!

Portion of everything was very small. Ordered the fried rice for RM25 but the portion is kids size, and also the gyoza and noodles. Taking a picture of the food looks good but the scale is so small, food is very little. Taste of the food is mostly salty. Total bill for noodles, fried rice and gyoza, ocha, mineral water, was RM97. Not a lot but for the same price, there are many other restaurants around them that are more satisfying. The cost went to the making of the menu and the renovations. I had to go to have another lunch elsewhere after this lunch. I wanted to pay with a Union Pay card, and the waiter told me it is not accepted in Ippudo but when I went to the cashier counter, there is the sign on the counter that says Union Pay is accepted. This is not good.

Best of Ramen at Ippudo. Tasty ramen where you can choose type of noodle from very hard to soft according to your enjoyment. Side orders like takoyaki, salmon roll and gyoza. For this tasty and yummy ramen will cost you RM40.00 per bowl. 👍😋

Always a fan for their ramen, but its the first time trying their Saikoro Steak. It was sooo good! Dont miss it if you visit them👍 For the Birthday Month Jumbo drinks, they now change to this lemon with strawberry. It's definitely better than the previous mango juice👌

Ordered Shiromaru ramen Its pork belly melts in mouth. They have exceptional service crew to manage the customer flow and turnover tables. Very rich ramen soup and authentic Japanese culinary.

Had a hearty bowl of shiromaru special, this time I asked for hard noodles and it was cooked just nice with a bouncy texture. The poached egg was also cooked to perfection. I have eaten in Ippudo for years, hopefully the price will not increase any further as it is on a high side now compared to other ramen places.

Visited during weekday lunch time. Not very packed with customers - able to get table. Ordered Karaka-Men medium spicy level. After mixing the chilli paste into the soup, noticed that it will make the soup base saltier. It didn't give a WOW! reaction to my tastebuds. Service staffs are attentive and the one that took my order able to answer my enquiries on the menu item. Ippudo Sunway Pyramid is at G floor (shops near the ice skating rink area)

We had the shiromaru and akamaru ramen. The taste and texture were slightly above average. But, I would say the quality of the food, ambience and service did not match the price tag. 😑

Ramen broth is very salty, noodle slightly harder than usual and the meat is definitely smaller now. The stout is ok but even for happy hour price of RM21 per glass, it is still consider expensive for such a small glass. Oh well, it's the first and last time visiting here. Not worth coming back again unless they improve the taste of their ramen.

The environment is chilled, and the food is great. Service is awesome, as the waitress will explain the menu by yours side, when they passed the dishes to you, they also mentioned about the dishes' name. It's a great experience, always in IPPUDO.

Japanese restaurant with a great variety of Ramen. The Karaka Special Ramen was fantastic! Also very reasonable prices for draught beer. The staff is very friendly and the food is quickly served.

Nice and lively environment especially in the open air kitchen nice ramen with chewy noodles and flavorful broth. Chicken nanban a bit salty when eaten together with its tartar sauce but at least the meat textures are solid and crispy on the outer layer. Maybe someone will find that I'm kinda picky but the plate they use to serve chicken nanban is a bit chip off on the side of it. It doesn't affect the taste but as a consumer I hope they pay more attention to the utensil as well.
