Good price for rent. The view is stunning at certain rooms but only problem is the management. I paid Rm500 for deposit so I am able to bring my furniture inside but they won't even let the lorry come all the way in and instead we had to carry it all the way into the elevator. Another problem is the banning of dogs. Utropolis would be able to get so much more residents if that was allowed. Overall, bad management.

The location is good, the shops at the market place are okay. Nothing fancy. The traffic in and out of the place is frustrating sometime. Especially with all the construction that is currently ongoing.

This place is really wonderfull. A very lovely compound that's nice to stay in. There's almost everything youll need here. A good breakfast place. A convenient store and soon to be a grocery mart. If you're planning on renting an Air BnB here. I wouldn't reccomend it as it's far from Damansara. That's where u want to go. But if you're planning on staying between Klang and Damansara. Then it's not bad a place.

It's a nice place to live in. Good for KDU utropolis glenmarie students because the suites and the campus are within walking range. There's a regular clinic, dentist clinic , food park, banks, grocery store , a gym, swimming pool, leisure areas and lots of food shops for convenience.

Probably the best place for your stay if you frequently commute to KL using LRT. It's gonna let u skip all the traffic if you're from other part of Shah Alam. Ok probably 2nd best place if you compare with Temasya 8.

We live here around 3 years. Got steal for two times. The management did not take this issues seriously. First time was cigarettes and second time (17/7/2021) was my sandals! I should consider to lodge a police report and let police officer to give them trouble!

House location perfect. Beside kdu. Below is mydin grocer and cyber cafes and restaurants and maybank and clinics. Distance is sunway n subang around 15 mins drive. Cons is traffic is bad after working hours.

The rents can cost from 650-1300rm. Very cheap compared to apartments in Subang area. You might need to look for a bit though. But a good agent can manage you a good place.

I like the place. Alot of aminities, good management, clean enviroment and very organized. Peaceful

Do not visit the condo! I was basically held at random to leave the condo's carpark by the management. I arrived at 9pm to my friend's place who lives there and left at 2am. I was trying to leave the carpark, but the guards didn't want to open the gate, claiming that I had to pay to leave despite my other friend Infront of me in a separate car not having to pay. On the card they have me upon entering it says you have to pay RM10 for an over night stay (with no indication after that time it is overnight). I eventually had to pay, and they couldn't provide me with a receipt. This is really unproy as I was visiting a friend and the management does not take account of the guests the residents will have. This is the first time I ever had to pay parking to visit a friend's place. Feels like the management is cheapskate.

Utropolis Suites is a new place and is comprised of a set of appartments right behind and on top of the shopping centre.. KDU University College is next door.. . most of the customers are KDU students.. there is a nice swimming pool for the residents and guests..
