very
attentive
to
my
dogs
condition
when
brought
there.
My
shih
tzu
is
14.5
years
old.
He
had
reverse
breathing
attacks
that
happened
pretty
frequent
within
a
week
and
had
escalated
to
a
very
worrying
state.
Dr.Thiba
did
an
amazing
job
by
getting
our
dog
to
do
a
blood
test
and
x-ray
first
to
check
on
his
current
condition
before
we’re
able
to
rule
out
certain
conditions
and
work
towards
the
root
of
my
dogs
condition.
From
the
report
she
shared
what
could
be
the
cause
of
his
condition
and
also
explained
and
provided
us
information
on
the
medications
that
she
prescribed
for
him,
advise
on
diet
change
plans
that
we
could
work
out
for
him
and
shared
her
knowledge
on
supplements
that
can
help
and
improve
our
dogs
condition.
Upon
diagnosis
she
suggested
a
more
thorough
check
and
referred
us
to
UPM
vet
hospital
to
get
him
checked,
however
at
UPM
we
had
to
pre-schedule
his
Echo
scan
which
is
a
week
long
wait.
His
breathing
difficulty
attacked
again
and
we
were
running
out
if
time,
Dr.Thiba
and
team
then
quickly
arranged
us
another
referral
to
Gasing
pet
hospital
and
we
managed
to
get
our
dogs
Echo
scan
there.
After
his
medications,
emergency
vet
visits
to
Ministre
of
Pets
clinic
for
oxygen,
LOADS
of
care,
diet
change,
etc,
he
finally
regained
his
health.
We
really
thought
we
would
have
lose
our
dog
as
he
stopped
eating
for
4
days.
During
those
days,
Dr.Thiba
and
team
kept
checking
in
on
our
dog’s
condition
and
given
us
a
lot
of
support.

Replying
all
our
WhatsApp,
returning
our
calls.
Always
giving
us
prompt
and
quick
response
whenever
we
needed
vets
advice.

grateful

with
you.
