Food tasted better since reopened. Love the Grilled Chicken. Need to reduce waiting time for food a bit more

NEW UPDATE 24/11/23: Service semakin teruk. Been two times I came here with family and waiting time is more than 1 hour for food. So unprofessional and testing people’s patience. It’s not nice to make people wait for food this long. Please improve speed and service. You just reopen your business, might as well make it right this time when people are trying to have a decent family time and support this restaurant. OLDER REVIEW: Chicken chop is satisfying to me, a bit on the salty side but I personally love that. Nasi putih with daging berlada is super spicy. Meals are a bit on the pricey side but I guess justified by the quality and ambience 😊

Ordered using QR code. The time taken to prepare the meal was short. The staff were attentive. The food had a nice taste to it. My first time too. The burger patty was handmade and the fries was super crispy and tasty. I recommend. Oh you have to pay via card or QR Pay. No cash.

Several staff, 1 customer (me), and they couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones make me a coffee. Incredibly lazy, one even played with his shoe before finally serving me without hand washing. Would never go back.

Ordered grilled chicken and lambshank. Grilled chicken was average with some fridge odour in the luke warm sauce. Lambshank was not tender at all felt like eating week old frozen lambshank (probably is). 1/3 way eating it, I noticed the center part was fridge cold. Complained and the waiter took it back with no sense of guilt. It came back slightly hot, but sauce was cold. One of the most disgusting sensation you can get in your mouth. Secret Recipe's lambshank would be way better and tastier than this. Seems the staff are not well-trained and kitchen crew doesn't have respect for the food they are preparing. I wouldn't come back even if they offer me free food.

The last time i was here is in 2014. Food was very good that time. Today, I ordered steak burger with ice blended oreo and recieved 2 pieces of toasted bread with a few beef cutlet and veggies in the middle. 20 sticks of fries and you can taste it was fried with old cooking oil. Ice blended oreo not so tasty. RM40.90 for 1 person dinner is pricey with such food. Very disappointed. Sorry for the bad review. However... food presentation is okey.

After they re-opened last year, the taste was the same but the price was insanely, crazily, HIGH! So pricey! The costs almost rm30 per each menu. And you know the most dissapointed part? We can no longer order plain water.. previously can, but now had to order rm3 mineral water. This place is no longer serve affordable western for you anymore. Sad.

Great and friendly service. Had the chicken parmigiana and it was good but the side salad could have used some dressing. Clean and cozy vibes.

Had smokey salmon pasta, tasted sooo good! Smokey taste from the salmon💯, creamy with tomato tanginess and the portion was very worthy every penny! Will do repeat it again with a large number of pax.

Our first time there....we ordered burger, nasi daging goreng kunyit n mustard chicken plus mushroom soups. It took them 40 minutes to serve the soups...after being prompted. Another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. When asked, the polite waiter explained that they had 2 cooks plus 1 trainee. The foods were ok n the chicken was good except a bit salty. Portion was good. The same polite young man apologised for the delay. Upon paying I advised the waiter to tell the customers to expect long waiting time before taking orders.

Waited for almost 2 hours for my food to arrive, just horrible. Everyone was just waiting and waiting, no updates from the waiter. Successfully ruined the family dinner time. No aircond, very not conducive for families.
