Went to Healthland Kuchai Lama on 30th June. The staff at the front desk were polite and courteous. The messeure attended to me was 1176. She was very good and experienced. The strength and pressure she used was just right. I felt so relaxed throughout the 2-hr massage. My body felt so light and my stiff shoulder disappeared after the massage. Will definitely revisit Kuchai Lama branch again soon. Thank you .

This is by far THE worst massage experience I’ve ever encountered and I feel compelled to share my negative experience here to warn anyone thinking of visiting this establishment. The quality of service provided fell far below expectations despite the Google reviews here. To begin with, the masseur's was really rough and applied excessive force throughout the session, resulting in a thoroughly uncomfortable experience. In addition, the masseur's long nails proved to be a constant annoyance with the discomfort of incessant scratching on my body. You can see in the photo that there was even a scratch mark on my shoulder after the massage. It is truly unacceptable for a masseur to have nails that cause such discomfort to clients. I was also taken aback when I noticed that the masseur was sitting on the floor while massaging my arms. The masseur's lack of expertise became evident when she started massaging my head. Shockingly, soon after the head massage, I noticed that my hair started falling out. This was a distressing experience and completely unacceptable. I expected a relaxing session, not a hair loss treatment! To make matters worse, during the massage, the masseur inexplicably disappeared for an extended period of time. When she finally returned, she didn't even apologize for her absence or provide an explanation. Instead, all she brought were cold towels to wipe off the excess oil from my body. To top it off, my husband also had a really bad experience with his masseur and when we attempted to address our concerns with the counter staff, their response was disappointingly dismissive. Despite explaining the issues we encountered during the massage, they offered no resolution or apology. Instead, they directed me to leave my feedback on Google reviews, so here I am. I strongly advise anyone looking for massage services to seek alternative options to avoid subjecting themselves to such subpar service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

currently the Ramadan deal quite worthy. the staff are friendly and helpful. the masseur are skillful. definitely will come back and have another session. whole session are relaxing and feel body not so stiff after 90 min massage. another deal very worthy is be their membership, all massage will be cheaper.

Masseurs are well trained. Hardly ever had a bad massage. Used to go to another outlet but was told the masseur I regularly booked had gone back to his home country. Recently discovered a masseur at Kuchai Lama outlet with similar massage style and experience and been going there more regularly.

Services is not so good. The package I have can only book my appt over WhatsApp because on system it will not deduct correctly. But when book on WhatsApp a lot of times it took forever to response. Had to call them to book. When call stated clearly to have seperate room they still give one room for 2 people. Not everyone that come together want to be in the same room. Please buckle up.

Got myself a pretty professional masseuse. The only place she didn't properly get it was my top back muscles. Pressed too hard and it kinda hurt. However, that one small mis-pressed was nothing. The overall experience was pleasant. She was able to crack my bones. Definitely will return.

Had been a regular for many years but recently there a sales/staff talk very loud pushing the packages. It’s so loud that i can hear even the door closed at the foot massage area.
