Let me say this first, Grandqouver is really reassuring and good. Very good and professional customer service. 1. Made sure client is satisfied with the 3D design and customisation at the start before deposit is made. 2. If there is any concerns/questions/problems, they made sure to address it asap and without any sign of annoyance or complaints. We had a lot of questions and even requested multiple 3D drawings to help us with our final decision. We even asked to recheck the final product quality as we noticed some flaws. The result? They got us a brand new pair of wedding bands. Very satisfied with the final product 1. It came out the way we wanted it to be at a relatively cheaper price despite being bespoke. It only seemed right to have praises without complaints for Grandqouver.

After putting in the deposit, I was worried and I “challenged” the quality of his product, asking if other shops were selling better diamonds at a better price, and he responded assertively yet courteously. I think I might have offended him by my questioning but he made it clear that he delivers the promised quality. The diamond Ronald picked turned out really awesome. I had my engagement ring done here,and their service is beyond then I expected. They are very professional, caring and supportive to our ideas. They even kept my ring for almost 4 to 5 mths due to my nature of work which resulted in delay in collection. They kept it well and they were patience with me. I know there are many luxurious franchise outlets out there, but grandqouver is just very genuine. They only entertain client via appointment, this gives clients privacy in dealing their desired jewellery. Their price are also very competitive. I vote this place 9/10 in my books..

Had my tailored wedding band made here at a good price. The final output met my expectations and the jewellers were committed to ensure that I was happy with my ring. However, I would suggest that you leave ample time for the creation of any odd shape custom rings as the manufacturing process may need some iterations. Overall it was a good experience as it was my first time working on a tailored ring.
