Have always only seen D&P before this but never realized the reality that time would come for me to progress to proposing. Had very little knowledge and extremely blur and all I had in mind was getting a ring. Was greeted amazingly by Mr Sean and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in guiding and advicing me in choosing the right ring. Was travelling from Kuantan to Pyramid only during weekends so was only able to see and confirm the rings for a short duration of time. Mr Sean however was helpful enough to send so many pictures, and was entertaining my endless questions, doubts and requests. Many times I bypass the Diamond & Platinum outlet at Sunway Pyramid for several years but never step in before,always have the thought of the price will be very pricy.Finally it was my first my first experience stepping into the outlet. Welcome greeting was given at the door step.As I walked into the outlet,I was immediately assisted by a friendly and approachable sales executive Jane Lee, she patiently showing the design of rings to my request as she gives a clear explanation on each of unique design.Never thought to buy at the moment but I was very impressed by the service and able to convince my heart with the eye catching ring which I was like it so much.Finally I decided to purchase the ring with No regrets..😀 Will definitely go again soon to get the couple ring and will introduce to others as well. I went to other stores in the mall prior to coming to D&P, and the treatment I received from those stores were far from pleasant. Mr. Sean Lee at D&P however was very welcoming from the second we walked in, and he was very helpful in assisting us to find the perfect ring. Given it’s our first time, he made the whole process so easy and we felt comfortable. I can safely say our decision to buy a ring from D&P (apart from the design and quality) is also largely attributed to the excellent service. Recommended! Will definitely come back again.

My fiance bought my ring from here and it is so so beautiful. Of course it was pricey and cost him a bomb but whenever you look at the ring it definitely brings a smile on your face. Have come here (and also the other branches) a few times to look at and purchase a few pieces. Very happy to tell that I've had really great experiences each time! I've had experience with other shops that only allow you to try pieces 1 at a time and would quickly keep the rest. The staff here are very eager to let you try multiple pieces of jewelery to allow you to compare. They even have no problems letting you put on pieces that cost 6 digits! Really recommended~
