Few days ago we went to SK Midvalley to find our wedding bands. CK spotted and greeted us warmly. He was really patient and professional at directing us to the bands that we fell in love with. Thumb up to wenny who served professionally ( brought a diamond ring from her , however need to resize ) , upon completion in one month time , no one call me once for collection ( I drop by when the due date) served by two very very unprofessional girls ( one trainee , another short hair chubby one ) , both of them drop my diamond ring and no say a sorry , very very unprofessional and bad attitude ( they can’t find the series number for the diamond to proof is the same one for my collection receipt , and showed a very bad attitude like just take it , I can’t find , got light reflection and give tonnes of nonsense for it ) in the end me and husband find by ourself ( using the torch light and find it under the microscope) totally thumb down for the two girls ( very very poorly trained and bad attitude )

Henry has been amazing throughout my journey on picking the perfect Wedding Engagement ring! He has a whole lot of stories to tell behind each designs which is entertaining.. Look for him if you want the best deals you can get! Nikki who is his colleague and helped out with the process was great as well!

Nikki is a very friendly and sincere sales advisor. She spent almost 1.5 hr to explain and provide recommendation for my proposal ring in my 1st visit (sorry that I am kind of person that hardly make a decision). She even recommend me to take a lower price ring due it its higher worthiness over price. No push sales and the best part is she stand on customer perspective. So I decide to buy from her the second day. Highly recommended.
