    Very rude attitude (Loan officer/chubby one)! She said why dont you settle with call center?with rude tone! And mumbling that this one can settle by call center only. πŸ˜’ Educate your staff to have good attitude not only deliver figure!

    Agree with others. Counter ada, staff takde. Took some time until my queue but the servicing time is quick anyways. Branch is pretty clean, not crowded. And also, good luck finding parkingπŸ˜­πŸš—πŸš—

    Amazing and smooth experience ! Came with a walking stick due to my bilateral ACL knee injury to withdraw my ASB and was mentally prepared to climb the stairs shall I ever need to but the guard, seeing me walking in pain quickly allowed me to go into the fast lane β€˜Preferred CIMB ’ office on the ground floor which if I’m not mistaken is only for certain Dato’/VIPs with certain amount of saving. I was soo touched and the service was prompt, warm and super gentle! Kudos to amazing CIMB staff esp the sweet lady handling the ASB counter and also the guard on duty on the morning of 5/1/2023 that day; forgot to ask their names ! May God bless you !

    Fast service. ATM ground floor. 1st floor for other matters. Does not appear to have a lift to go the 1st floor. Not disabled friendly

    Poor customer service & condescending attitude showed by service staff. Not even addressing the customers by basic proper salutation like Cik / Encik / Tuan / Puan. They should really learn from Maybank.

    The staffs are not helpful. Customers are kept waiting although most counters are open. Was there for credit card related problem. I was bounced from the counter to the booth. And yet, was told my issue cannot be resolved at the bank itself. Left with the unresolved problem as I went in.

    Service is super slow due to lack of manpower. It's 2019 and still the 60s way of banking. Opening of bank account with loan approved by their bank took ages and forever.

    Very limited parking. Entrance fee is rm1, max rm3. There's 3rd party parking space next door which charge u rm4 per entry

    The banking counter was a bit difficult to find. It is actually through the ATM side, then upstairs. Went to open an account. It was busier than usual. There were 2 counters for account opening. Waiting time was about 40 minutes, but generally the service was good and the staff was helpful.

    Reqxtivated my dormant account here in 40 mins, service was quite good. I went to KLCC branch and in 2 hours still not finished. so overall i think im quite happy with this branch

However application was not submitted. Reassurance given and was told to follow up via phone. So for 1month i had to call CIMB every week x2-3 to ensure it was submitted but Ain kept on missing and not picking up calls Finally was redirected to CIMB customer care at back of card. Spoke to the operator and everything settled. Operator was also nice and issued an apology on plaza azalea behalf. I hope management would look into this kind of issue especially rude staff who are not willing to help and work. Disappointed customer

    This lady from counter service is very impolite, I was tried to get assistance on the scam report she and one of the security guard together tried to drive me away. And when I asked her name she gave me a fake name β€œGee”. Is this the attitude that CIMB staff should have? I just only here to ask for helpβ€¦πŸ™ƒ
