Nice organic vegetarian food, but thought the waitress can be more attentive. Ordered cheese toast 👍👍 price is slightly higher

I went there just for dinner. The eating place is at level 1, only by stairs (maybe there is a elevator) Noodle is not nice, it is too watery. The staff is not passionate at all, looking tired. My bowl of red bean soup has plastic wrapper in it. I told the waitress and she did nothing except saying sorry. The pumpkin rice is too salty, not very healthy. And the price is no where cheap, it might be affordable but it is not reasonable given the quality of food and service. Not coming back again.

Dining environment is OK, just don't like their staff attitude, especially the eldest aunty. They will very friendly to you if you're heavy buyer, or else you need to ignore their bad attitude (like look down to you, because you didn't buy much).

[July 2023] BMS ORGANIC Store became smaller but basic variety is still available. Vegan food is available too. Went for some bread but it's below my expectations. Sourdough wasnt to my standard which is too fluffy textured like white bread instead. Staff is too clingy and pushy while you are looking at the products especially the lady. It's quite disturbing. Bought several items to try. Black sesame paste without sugar: Texture is quite rough after mixing. Can feel sand like texture not sure it's grinded fine sand or sesame husk. Wasnt too appealing to repurchase again. I add in their soymilk powder for sweetness hint. Tiger mushroom soymilk: low sweet option. No exceptional odor from the tiger mushroom. Taste exactly like less sweet soya milk.. Jujube soymilk: medium low sweet option. Maybe it's from the jujube sweet as well. No jujube odor...but after mixing can see the reddish jujube powder subside at the bottom. Just stir and drink. OAT STORY- Not recommended! Oat Story partnership and located inside bms organic. Situated at the storefront while bms is at the back. The signage became less visible as they changed it into white colour. Onde onde oatcake: such a disappointment. It had been kept in freezer for too long looking unfresh. And even have frost bite. It's so freaking hard to scoop. Not sure it's suppose to be cake or ice cream cake. Overall it's a failure product. Avoid this. Oatmilk soft serve: you can get it for free when you like their fb page. Stated in their promotional banner. Texture is over diluted with a bit icy grain in it. Not as expected creaminess. Not sweet. Light taste.

1. it price is not same with the menu, the waiter also didn't inform. the chili banmee in the menu is rm13.90, but the price we pay is rm15.90 2. we ask whether there is the RM19.90 one meal set promotion, the waiter say there is, but when we pay, the say the promotion is not available.

The food is spoiled order thru grab. Very bad and insincere food. Be careful when you visit this shop.
