I bought a dress and asked them if I can change the size later, they said okay. Next day I went to exchange the size, cashier said the smaller size has a lower price, so I told her I will add more items to make up for that difference, she said "no, your money is burnt, your money is gone". She started talking about me in Malay to the other guy standing next to her, I can understand what she said, and that was so bad. I used to go there and buy items for 150-200 RM everytime. But I'm not going there again. The staff is beyond rude.

Excellent hypermall One can get all latest fashion and very cheap. Staff are very friendly and helpful service.

Worst customer service ever faced . Cashier is not even ready to fold the purchased clothes . Even the supervisor or manager is also not fond with us. Whatever crowd it may be . It is the responsible of a shop to fold the clothes nicely & deliver to customers. We are not buying old or dirty clothes to pile it up without folding into a plastic. Vendor try to understand the value of the product and service , not only receiving money & load it into the drawer.

The whole place was too crowded when visited and the quality of clothing displayed in very poor quality. Better go some where else for Better quality clothing. The clothing were left lying around on the floor. The basement were too crowded with poor air conditioning...not sure if there are enough fire exit incase of emergency.

Very busy during weekend. Prefer to come here during weekday if you have time. For weekend please come early morning. Store is very messy and crowded during evening. Price is very cheap so don't expect comfortable shopping experience like in proper mall.

It's actually a big wholesale emporium where you can find many types of Hijabs from Namaz dresses to Namaz scarf, Malaysian dress and pants of course all types of Hijabs are available in wholesale.

In terms of location, I would say it's very strategic. It's located in the heart of the sogo mall. In terms of price, I would consider it to be a good bargain as I can get cheaper prices on tudung and clothes, especially for Muslim. If I want to search for a go to everyday clothes I would consider going here but for a special occasion I would prefer elsewhere. In addition, as the price is cheap, the merchandise is scattered around, and I find it hard to search for things. If you don't mind the hassle, this would be the ideal place to go.

Huge store with a variety of options from scarves to set outfits. However they need to work on their customer service and not overcrowd the store. A tidy up and friendly staffs could have improved their ratings

Cheap cheap cheap cloths for ladies, heaven lah to shop there, but so ramai orang if go there during weekends. Eat first then dive in to shop here. Lots of choices now. Good quality also.

In case you wanna save money on normal/daily clothing. This will be your place. You can get chiffon shawl as low as rm3.90. Blouse ranging from rm15-25. A set of baju kurung or blouse with pant, you can get it with the price below rm40. The current clothing is follow the trend. Therefore, you won’t be missing out the trend with the cheap price.

Good price, some item do have good quality. Hygiene part need to do some improvement.

I love this shop a lot, went here on 31st October 2021 for buying scarf and shawl. The prices really reasonable with good quality. Price range between rm5 until rm15, there's a lot material and design. I've spent rm200 buying scarf, shawl, blouse and pants. Definitely i will visit this store again.
