This is healthy breakfast club, where friends of good nutrition gather every morning to inspire each other to live a healthy and happier life. I loss 17 Kg body fat, gained 6 Kg lean mass and shaped up 4 inches around my waist by just coming to the club for my healthy breakfast. Thank you to my good friend and wellness coach Fredrik Talloen who invited me to see another way to live my life that is full of love, happiness, friendship, peace and joy by helping other people everyday.
