The pizza was superb. They gave lots of cheese and I really enjoy it. I think they are better than other pizza brands. Price wise is acceptable too.

It's not worth it. The portion for the food is really small for its expensive price. The pizza, to compare with others its so-so only. Ordered a hot tea and was expecting a higher brand of tea, but NO! It was just a cheap normal Lipton tea for RM 6. Will be my first and last visit here.

Local Malaysian brand. The beef peperoni is taste better than Dominos and way better than pizza hut.

Pizza good as always. Service can be improved, a lot! Other than that, the only available drinks were iced tea & soft drinks. Even the promotional drinks as posted on their window is not available. Might need to go to other branches next time.

Ordered via Foodpanda delivery for office lunch. Everyone struggled with the pizzas as none of us had such horrible pizzas in our lives. Tasted funny and they were just plain can't-put-in-your-mouth. Personally had been to the SS15 branch and the food there was superb. Not sure what went wrong here. But it was plain disgusting. Not likely will get from them again.

Pizza is OK, service was fast, place is clean Mushroom soup is diluted. Overall OK

The pizza is okay for me and I love it. The taste is quite unique and flavorful. The staff is also friendly and heart warming. I would totally recommend you guys to try Salted Egg Pizza. I would say at first, the taste quite confusing but lama-lama it become addicted. Definitely worth to try!

Finally here! Ordered through online and pickup according to the time i selected. Received a call when it’s ready to be collected. Friendly business owners too. Parking is quite limited, but ok to park at the sides if just for pickup. The interior was beautifully done. The pizza is just the same as other US Pizza outlets. Some menu is not available for this outlet. Anyway, recommended!

Food is very expensive, about twice the price of Pizza hut or Domino's, but the food itself is quite good. Might be worth a try if you have coupons or some extra money to throw around. Either way, its a decent enough pizzaria.

The Pizza is always very fresh and tasty. The flavours are amazing and I love the ambience. The place is not crowded and ideal for someone who is looking for some quiet and private time together.

Very badly done. Should be a good marketing strategy to promote your brand but it back fire badly! We went to kota kemuning branch. 1. There is TnC but is not stated. Not in this official post too! People came happily post voting for FREE PIZZA AS PROMOTED HERE but no.... no free pizza. Need to buy something from the menu to entitle the free pizza. What?🤷‍♀️ 2. Bad service. Arrive, queue, reach counter, asked how to redeem free voting pizza, said need to fill up form. A4 paper is given with name, IC number, tel no. Then written 6 number on the paper. Asked if any tnc, say need to buy anything from the menu. I reconfirmed, anything from the menu? She said yes. Then said each person one receipt, each person need to order something. Then she will call name to make payment. Ok fine. Go fill up the form with our order, hand over. Rejected cos EVERYONE NEED TO give name, ic no and tel no. 😑 and not write down what we want to order. 😑 The whole process, her face is like I owe her the pizza I want to redeem. 3. Not consistent tnc. A few of customers while we were waiting, we noticed the tnc keep on add on the spot. From didn't mention need to purchase (2.45pm queueing up) to need to purchasse food from the menu, no beverage allowed (3.45pm). 4. Bad planning. Knew people were lining up to buy the personal pizza, but why didn't start making earlier? It's all the same free pizza anyway. Not only that, after 45 min of waiting, manage to key in 17 order? But when I hand my paper over, she said is a 45 min wait. 😑 In the end, we calculated and gave up. We didn't order and left. What I don't understand is, why you need our ic number to entitle the free pizza? The whole process is unpleasant. #uspizzamalaysia #freepizzage15 #failure

I came at 8:51PM and the guy said the restaurant is not taking dine in order. Bad experience. How is that make sense a restaurant is about to close before 9PM!?.

I don’t know why the pizza is getting worst now. Soggy, too salty, just plain & keras. Order take away mushroom soup and the packaging is like from pasar malam which makes the soup cold. Plus mushroom soup sangat cair. What a bad experience!
