I'm rarely to leave this type of comment but I honestly felt such a waste of money coming here. I was a loyal MyClinic Melawati customer when I used to live in kl. They always knew how to tackle my acne. I just recently moved to IOI City and thought to try out Dr Lo's clinic which is much nearer. I didn't expect to spend RM1k + on first session. All they did was gave me a chemical peel and a RM400 moisturizer. 3 issues that I have: 1. During facial, they said they wouldn't do any extraction to not scar my skin. When they said that, I became scared to ask them to do extraction on me even if I wanted to. They themselves are not confident & skillful enough to perform extractions. 5 days after the appt, my skin is still flaring with the old pimples & new ones show up. When customers pay a good amount of money, of course they expect immediate results. Because I could spend way less at other clinic and get better results. 2. As a consumer, when I paid RM400 for a moisturizer (which is very expensive in my opinion) I expect to at least get the ingredient list on the bottle. I searched for the ingredient list online but couldn't find. When I chat with them & politely ask for the ingredients list, they only bothered to give me ONE ingredient. The product gives me burning sensation on the skin & does not properly treat my existing acne. They were already pushing for me to buy whitening product instead of treating the acne first. 3. Before writing this comment, I asked them personally if there is anything they could do. But no response. Overall, I just do not think that this clinic is knowledgeable enough about my skin. I wouldn't mind paying this amount of money every month if the results were good. Sadly I will not be returning here. Update: (reply to owner) I came in to your clinic with only a few pimples that can be easily extracted. Now I ended up with a massive breakout on my forehead and it just keeps getting worse by day. If I spend RM700 ONCE at other premium clinics my problems can already be solved and I'll be good for the whole month. I guess I'm just going to continue with my former clinic even though it's a bit far as long as my money is not wasted down the drain. Thank you for your response.

Bad experience Went in with sore throat but the medicine provided developed terrible runny rose instead of curing my cough And the running nose stopped immediately after discontinuing the medicine The Dr that attended me was very young and obviously inexperienced as she kept looking at the nurse for reassurance Never to come back!

Good attitude and professional service

Eyebrow laser for my mom is okay, but commercially doctor have promised my mom to give additional laser session if after 6 sessions is not sufficient to remove the eyebrow tattoo. Unfortunately during the last session, the doctor on duty have denied on such promise as he mentioned that it's not on file. Instead, the doctor suggested my mom to buy another package. Advise to make sure when u negotiate with the doctor, make sure the doctor put it on file for the negotiated deal.
