The shopping complex has outlets selling various merchandise. I have experience with regard to Fish stalls only. I can recommend the shopping complex for buying fresh fish in the morning. There are several stalls selling a variety of fresh fish including Squid, Prawns, Tuna, Mackerel. Fresh Crabs are available here as well. I must say the fish is really tasty because of freshness. You can get great deals here if you buy in bulk as the price per kilogram is significantly less in comparison to the prices in the fish stalls in other, more inland cities and the bigger cities. If you are going to travel far you can get some ice packed among the fish especially if you have a styrofoam box with you. Of course, you can buy one from the city, if you don't have one with you.

Best place to buy anything before going to wilpattu. There are no main town in between wilpattu & puttalam

That is puttalam shopping complex. But any one it's call super market, because there are more separet outlets . And it is two stories building there are cooray tailors, A and A communication center, 3book shops, 3 spair part shops, electronic shop. Electronic repair shops.

No proper arrangments....toomuch auto drivers , its disturbing the passengers ...
